I know the owner and family. The work they do is spot on detailed and the repeat clients are proof they stand for quality. Hats off.

Despite a glowing Google presence, my experience here was abysmal.I'd called and described the work I needed done to my RV so my buyer would close our deal.Daniel said they could do it, but it would take 2-3 weeks to get to it. He said they had the guy that could solve everything.At 3 weeks, someone else called with a reason it would take another 3-4 weeks. My buyer agreed.Then, at 2 months I contacted Daniel wanting an update, explaining that he was cutting into my buyers RV season. He offered the last excuse again (despite my knowing the guy was back at work).My buyer gave up and moved on, and four days later Daniel called all apologetic, and assured me I'd done nothing to earn the poor treatment.He told me that they had the first part done, and I should pick it up. The bill was for two hours of labor. Two months of waiting for two hours of labor.When I drove the four hours to fetch the RV he never spoke a word of apology.I will take it elsewhere to get the rest of the repair completed.

Repair shop has had my trailer since last Monday 6/26, I called first thing in the morning and spoke with Daniel, I told him what I needed checked out, he told me they could look at it last Wednesday 6/28. I said great and told him it was no rush because I was about to be out of town for a week. Call yesterday, Thursday 7/6, after they've had it for 10 days now and get a list of excuses why they haven't looked at it. He says that he can look at it Monday 7/10, but I have to leave for Vermont tomorrow and who says after having it for TWO WEEKS they will actually look at it Monday? Daniel tells me he will call me by end of day. So by 5:45pm I haven't received a call and they close at 6pm. I call and get placed on hold for 5 mins to be told that Daniel was on the phone and would call me back as soon as he got off the call. Nothing. No call back. I call at 10am this morning 7/7 and they still haven't looked at it and again just have a list of excuses. Guess I'm just picking it up and will continue to jump start my batteries and hopefully have brakes til I can get it to someone else who actually cares about their customers and their safety. So ridiculous. Will never return and will never recommend to anyone.

First off the man DANIEL is a big ol LIAR. He constantly forgetting what s been discussed. So I was told two weeks ago to drop my truck Wednesday or Thursday. I m thinking it will go straight into the bay one of those days since he said it s not an appointment shop. So kool. I get there Thursday and dropped off truck. He told me I would get my truck back Monday. It s Tuesday 11/16/21 and they didn t start on my truck. So I took my truck out this shop. Then he starts lying saying he didn t say this and that. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will NEVER bring another truck here or recommend going to this shop. He thinks it s ok to skip smaller truck companies and cost them money. That s not kool. DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE WEEKS TO LET YOUR TRUCK SIT!!!!!!!!!! If I could put 0 stars I must def would.

Great people, great service for all your tractor truck and trailers, truck pumps, inspections, welding, etc. I've been taking trucks and trailers there for nearly 8 years.
