Took my car in for an oil change I couldn t make an appointment with the Audi dealer until December 1 and I need a because my light came on and I spoke to one of the mechanics before I got the work done and wanted to make sure that they accommodate my Audi Q7 which needs European he put my information in the computer and then they started to work on my truck I looked at the screen after I paid and saw that they were going to put the wrong oil I. My truck! So I had to tell the mechanic that I wanted nothing but oil in my truck and if they couldn t provide it then I had already purchased the proper oil that they can use. Long story short after coming home and getting in my truck the next day I saw a BIG puddle of oil under my truck in the driveway! Then while driving it I heard something clanking as well so instead of taking it to the south BLVd location I took it to the statesville rd location and they redid my truck over and said that the gasket was not put on correctly. Now I decided to check my truck again and it is still leaking oil and the plate underneath is not even screwed on either! LWTF! 11/22 update it is still leaking and somehow they messed with the wrong part and my alternator belt came off! Please go to a professional or a real mechanic!11/23 UPDATE I emailed the company back as requested and as of today still haven t gotten a response in my car is still leaking oil which I had to put 5 quarts in because it was on empty. This is Outrageous that I have to deal with this issue that I ve never had before.11/27 UPDATE: So ever since I emailed them with my complaint and claim number I have now gotten a returned response as of today! Very unprofessional at solving a problem that they occurred on my Audi! Will be contacting the BBB now!11/28 they finally sent me and email warning my Vin information so that they can look me up so I sent them the Vin information and they tell me I couldn t be found in a system which is untrue. So I sent them a copy of my receipt and emailed it back to them until this day. I still haven t heard or got an email back in reference to my issue with my oil still leaking.Update 12/12/23- still haven t heard back from Valvoline about the leaking oil changes that they did on my car! What good is emailing them back about a claim and they still don t do nothing to resolve the issue or a refund!

I have been coming to this particular Valvoline for about two years and I always leave satisfied with their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help! I ve always been greeted by friendly faces and pleasant attitudes from all the employees. Their interaction with each other also is a bonus because you can tell they work well with each other. Today I specifically want to draw attention to the manager Chris, and Lamonte. These two gentlemen were super helpful and definitely set the bar! I ll continue to get my vehicle serviced here!

I never tried their service before but I had to go today to try it because im leaving town and my dealership is fully booked. Long story short, their prices are even higher then the dealership. I have a V8 sport car and I really care about what goes in my engine. When I pulled in the lady treated me and drove me in. I asked her simple question to see if I am in good hands or not. which one is good for high mileage she said all of them. I was like .. ok!!It took her good 4min to find my engine oil cap under the hood. No issues. The idea after her answer and having a hard time to find the oil cap ( her daily job most basic step) really throw me off. I am panicking untill my next oil change, I do full synthetic oil and that thing costs me 130$ when at my dodge dealership costs me 91$Definitely not coming back there. ( im not blaming the lady who helped me, I am blaming the shop for not training that lady)When I left there was another guy who was doing oil change and he looked at me and said exactly your first time as well?, I said yes and my last one. He said me too

Visited this Valvoline for the first time and was very happy with the experience! Eric, Dyelan, and Jordan serviced my vehicle quickly. I think I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.Their positive attitudes and banter was entertaining. They were polite and helped me with a discount! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

They won t change your oil filter and will lie to your face when you ask about it. Immediately after they emptied the oil from my car they started refilling it, allowing no time to replace the filter. I asked the lady if they put a new filter on, she looked shocked and nervous, goes and looks under my hood (where you can t see the filter from) and says ya they replaced it . So I left and looked at the filter and it was not new. So I came back and got told we don t have any in stock and can t credit you. I go back to my car for a few minutes and low and behold they found a filter and replaced it in their parking lot

Worst place, they made me to purchase 75$ value Groupon and next day they told its not useful and they can't use it. Not recommended for this place.Please teach/share proper updates among technicians. Lack of knowledge and sharing same with customers.

I have visited this location twice and have been pleased with both visits. The staff I have dealt with have been pleasant. As fast as prices - I don t take my car to the dealership so I can t compare. But it seems reasonable. They usually have discounts online that I have used as well. Always check before or while you re there!

Don't go to this location. They use an impact wrench to put the screws back in. They put the screws in the wrong place and about a week after my visit part of my transmission block sheared off from the wrong screw being put too far in resulting in too much force.

My first time here and I went on a Sunday. It was two employees I noticed that was there the woman and some young boy. Pulled in and didn't get a Good morning how are you or anything. Mean looking facial expressions. The service was ok but I probably won't be returning here.

Edit; Discrimination???? Going to change my past review to a 1 star. Arrived 45 minutes before closing and the worker stated no more inspection being done for the day even though it takes 15-20 minutes?...... 1 star out of 1 star. Was I refused service because of my race? Discriminated against? Who knows. Stay away from this location if you want to be refused service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

I got my oil changed at south blvd Valvoline on 5/11/2023. About one month later on 6/14/2023 noticed all my oil leaked out on my driveway. I had my vehicle towed to the dealership for inspection. The dealership service department confirmed the oil leak occurred because the last person who changed my oil did not screw the filter back on tight enough so it came undone causing pressure to build up and resulted in the oil leak. I notified the store mgr named Omar at Valvoline immediately after learning that my filter had been too loose. They conducted an investigation for about one week then called me back with their findings. Valvoline said they could not reimburse me for the nearly $400 repair bill the dealership charged me to diagnose my issue and redo my oil change nor reimbursement me for the tow expense i incurred. The manager Chris simply offered to reimburse the $42 cost of the oil change and one free oil change on my next visit. Basically I m getting about $82 back for a mistake they made that ultimately cost me more than $400 to resolve. ($400 + tow bill). I feel this I unfair and poor customer service. Clearly after reading all these bad reviews they mess up peoples cars a lot and do not take accountability for their poorly trained staff. Find another oil change place because south blvd Valvoline will not pay you back if they mess up your car.

We had a very nice experience with a young man named Q! He was very attentive and thorough. He taught us how to reset the oil change monitor inside of the car. Terell and his team took excellent care of my car! Needed an inspection, tire rotation, oil change & headlight fixed. Speedy service, through, and very kind! Also reassured me many times they were fixing my headlight - oops car anxiety! At the end, even helped with a coupon for me. All in all, Terell deserves a raise! I went there today and they did an oil change. While closing the hood of the car, they broke the hood. my car was newer and was damaged. We wanted to look at the cameras but they didn't show. The employees there are very disrespectful. they didn't admit they made a mistake and didn't even apologize to us. We reported them to the necessary places.Service: Oil change

Second time I have had my oil changed here and the next day the guard under my car came half undone on the interstate. First time I happened to be close to home and was able to have them correct the issue. Second time I specifically asked if it was appropriately fastened and was assured it was. 25 miles up the interstate, same issue with the same side coming unfastened.My fault for giving it a second chance, but can assure you I won t be back.Service: Oil change

OMG they have great service here. They have multiple car bays. They checked and changed everything inside of out of vehicle.They walked us through everything. Arminian and Donta was awesome

Very bad customer service. They try to trick you. Example they put wrong battery and then manager say that s fine without putting the clipper to hold it back like the original way it coming in . When I refused they end up brining right size battery. I don t know why they been this lazy .Mechanic who worked on the car was nice. However his manager was a crook.Took them over 45 min Not worth time, not with that much money, I paid.

First time using this place to have the oil change. There was no customer service here. Rude people who charged an exorbitant amount of money without telling you what you were being charged for and if you asked why the charges were over $100 to have an oil change, they got offended. One after another came over to me to give me a piece of their mind. It was a horrible experience! They finally let me know they were charging me for the most expensive type of oil on the list but I told them I didn t need that. Looking through the glass window I could see the hood of my car propped up and some of the parts were removed I was worried that if I left they would mess up the car somehow. So I went ahead and let them put in the cheapest oil on the list. I told one guy I had a coupon from their website and could it be applied to the amounts, he flat out told me no. Then another guy came in and asked to see the coupon and said that they would take it. Finally, another guy let me know my car was ready, I took the key from him and said courteously: sorry about all that misunderstanding . As I was getting in my car I could hear him said to the other guys standing around giving evil eyes: She said she was sorry Needless to say NEVER AGAIN!! The incompetence of those working here cannot even begin to be explained by the widespread ignorance that pervades the establishment. They forgot to close the cap on my transmission oil while it was sitting there, and the mechanic just showed me that it has been leaking for who knows how long. It is not worth risking one's peace of mind in exchange for hurried service that is of a poor standard. Presented by a group of nitwits who think they know everything. Because of the incompetent service I received at the Valvoline on South Blvd., I really hope I don't end up losing my car.Service: Oil change

Extremely fast and efficient. I did not even have to leave my vehicle for an oil change or tire pressure check. And when? I. Did? Have to leave my car to. Get? A tire. Changed? It took less than ten minutes.

I took my new car here for an oil change. They were quick and nice but when I got home I smelled burning oil. They had spilled a fair amount of oil down the front of the car.
