Employees at this location were friendly, attentive, helpful and fast. I got 2 new tires put on a truck and I was done quicker than the predicted time. It was great to be able to choose my tires and make my appointment all online too.

dropped my wifes car off here this morning to diagnose the check engine light. I declined to have the service done after the diagnosis test so I guess they got mad and drained my engine coolant lol because on the way home my car started to run hot after I recently installed a brand new thermostat housing and had no leaks leading up to today. Got home to check coolant level and its empty with no signs of leakage on my garage floor. What about bunch of clowns. stay far away, wish I could give it negative 10 stars to be honest.

Very knowledgeable mechanics. They don't push you to do unnecessary things. Chastity pushed the Go button for me, her being open and honest made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for honest services.

We made an appointment, arrived a little early (as usual for us) but they took us almost immediately. We thought we'd need an inspection, but they told us we could wait until June. Great job, excellent service, and a reasonable price. We'll definitely be going back.

Great location.MY WIFE IS THE STORE MANAGER THERE.Chastity Neal-AndersonShe has been serving customers there for 5 years.She is dedicated. Trust me she answers the phone after hours no matter where we are she wants to make sure her customers are okay and she's there for them.She has a passion for helping others.

If I could put no stars i would. I got charged an additional 50.00 for gas when the uhaul was given back at what it was given to me with. I thought when a manager was put on the phone he would help me but NO. He absolutely did not. He was rude and did not care about the issue at all!!! I believe his name was Rodger. To sit behind a desk and lie just to get extra money is sad and pathetic for a business. I m sure if i was a white woman/man that outcome would have been different because the way he just didn t care about anything i was saying as if money grows on trees was just flat out disrespectful. It sucks because you just would think people wouldn t be like this.

Excellent service. the manager gave me his own trailer hub to fix my trailer and get me on the road on his day off. Amazing service. I highly recommend this company a real repair shop..

U-Haul renting inaccurate mileage and gas level. Rented a 15 truck for a moving. Put 60 miles for approximate mileage use for a 41 miles trip. I was charged 140 miles (more than $100 overcharged. Gas level was told to be 3/4 tank and it was barely half of tank. Contract was signed and made official by them before giving the chance to double check both items. Already started claim with U-haul to get GPS tracking and rates corrected.

Had all my brake pads and rotors replaced last year and still under warranty for both parts and labor. However, when I came in because the steering wheel shakes when brake is applied. The front office lady, very nice, told me my caliper was putting too much pressure on the brakes that caused the rotor to be damaged and I have to replace the caliper or they won t warrant my brakes. What doesn t make sense is they did all the work including messing with the caliper when they did the brakes but I have to pay for that issue now. Why would that one brake apply too much pressure?So, I came in for warranty work but ended up with a $616 bill. This place has nice people but they ll always find something wrong with your car and you ll always have to pay no matter what.I was skeptical and made a mistake last year when I decided to use their service instead of Subaru.

I drive in on a tire that was going flat. Even though they were short staffed that day they made time to take care of my problem in a timely manner. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and gave excellent customer service.

Got an inspection done with no problems no hassle & very quickly. Also replaced tire for the box truck of the company I work for. They are flexible and reasonable & honest

Got me out the same day, which was appreciated; however any business that has apprehension with giving honest pricing over the phone before the customer comes in is a major red flag. I called in asking about getting an alternator replaced and they didn't want to give me a straight answer. Being pressed for time, I let them do it, but I definitely could've found better pricing and quality customer service elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE! The price I was charged was more than twice the price I was quoted. They took more than two hours to do a simple service. They take this long because they are looking for ways to sell you services you did not ask for. They are not honest. I will be calling the BBB to file a report. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

This is a great Auto shopThat backs what they say they are going to do for customersGreat Technicians that knows what they are doing and the staff are friendly courteous and informative of your process when getting services and or questions customers may hve pertaining to getting services rendered on their vehicle.Will keep bringing my vehicle to them unlike so many shops I've brought my vehicles to, to get ripped off and no resolution to my problem I having w my vehicles

I was there for emission test, that went fine ,the man check my tires and found that I had screw in one of them. I knew that I needed 2 front but that info made me follow thru on getting them. The young lady was very nice also.

This was my first vist to a Tuffy Tire & Auto Service - Ayrsley and the experience was awesome. Upon entrance I was greeted by the Manager Chastity. Not only was she knowledgeable but her customer service was A+ (something that is hard to find today). During my appointment I had multiple services performed on my vehicle and the mechanic's were quick and efficient. I recommend this place to everyone and will be returning myself! Keep up the great work!

Terrible results. I came in with my engine light on. After getting my check engine done by advanced auto. I let Tuffy know I had a cylinder 3 miss fire for coils and spark plugs. And they ran a diagnostic and only found this issue.. red flag #1. I took a Lyft to come pick up my car after service and my Lyft driver warned me to stay away from this shop, one of his colleagues had to sue them for not completing the job right. And I m going to sue and report them to the BBB!! When I came in my car was rumbling and when I picked it up it was doing the same thing and my check engine light was back on within hrs. Now I have to find another mechanic that I can trust and pay more $$ for something that should ve been handled the first time.

Used it as it was close to the highway exit my car broke down. Nothing was fixed after labor for diagnose. Had to tow my car away and problem solved there. Do not recommend.

Gave me a fair price for a set of tires and other extensive work needed.He also alerted me that my vehicle was leaking Freon after having the compressor replaced earlier this year ver polite and will schedule all repairs with him.

Chastity the store manager went over and beyond on helping me get my vehicle repaired I am a veteran and really needed work done and didn t know how to get any assistance. She walked me through Snap and now I have brakes!! Customer Service is on point!

I have been taking my car to Tuffy for years and the best part of my service is Chastity, she always greets me with a smile. She makes sure to keep me up to date with what s going on with my car. Because of her and the great work the techs do is why I travel out of my just to get my car serviced there. I personally recommend this location to everyone I know.

Drive over 30 minutes to come to this location for services on our cars, we love Chasity. She is always super helpful, keeps us updated on our vehicles, gets us in and out when we come before work, always a good time when we sit in the lobby and talk to her. I have been coming to Tuffy for the last few years for my car and my family's. Every time we come we are greeted with a smile and shown great customer service and care from Chasity and the other employees. Chasity has went above and behind to make sure myself and my family are taken care of with our car repairs. She has dealt with my extended warranty company on multiple occasions and has maintained a professional attitude through the whole process even when I myself had gotten discouraged and frustrated by them. Fast, kind and honest. Miraculously, I had a flat tire occur less than two minutes down the road from Tuffy s and in less than an hour the Tuffy team had me on my way with a new tire despite it being hard find. I recently took my truck to Tuffy Automotive to have front tires replaced and find out why my truck was leaking oil. Was very surprised of the great service and help from the technician and manager. Very friendly and professional. They don't try to pressure you into getting a bunch of things done you don't really need right now. Thank you so much guys for the help and friendly attitude! I'll definitely will be bringing my truck back if it needs any work done.Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, Oil change
