I highly recommend TTS auto service. They repaired my 2005 GMC that required a replacement cylinder head. TTS offered me several options for this repair. After discussing the options with me, we decided on the repair that best fit my reliability/affordability needs. TTS completed the repair process perfectly and promptly.

After trying out different shops I've finally found "the one".The location is easy to get to and there always somewhere to park. The employees are friendly and honest. They're quick to provide you with an easy to understand explanation and an estimated cost and time of the services provided. They tried to find the best price for parts and got them in a quick timeframe. I felt comfortable leaving them with my vehicle and there were no surprises. The office is clean and there's a water dispenser and tv for your enjoyment. TTS probably should stand for Trustworthy Terrific Service, it's that good. I highly recommend this shop and it's where I'll be going to from now on.

TTS Auto Service is the place to go on the South End of Charlotte whenever you have an automotive need. Brandon and his team has serviced me with tire replacements, spark plugs/ignition coils, and a new alternator. Finding a business that excels in speed, affordability, and quality is rare. Most offer two of these traits, but fall short on the third. TTS, however, nails all three. TTS - These guys are great. Always polite and easy to work with. They work on a fleet of vehicles for us and they always turn around vehicles quickly and with good work. They also charge very good rates and we have never had an issue with worksmanship, and this is over a long period of time with many vehicles. They have worked on my personal vehicle as well as commercial ones, and my experience is always the same - they are great!

I have been using TTS Auto Service for many years now. I have always trusted them to take care of my '99 Ford Ranger and keep it running smoothly. They do a good job of diagnosing problems so I never waste money on unneeded repairs. And they even remind me when it is time for an oil change! They are always polite, cheerful, and efficient. I have just moved to another state and will not be able to use them anymore. I recommend this service center to anyone! I spoke with Brandon originally and his professionalism and attention to details was superb! During, the service process I was able to speak and work with Steve who also exemplified great customer service and patience through a delay from the warranty company. Such a great place to come! The gentlemen here are super nice and very knowledgeable with reasonable prices. I ve been here a couple times for some big repairs and have had a great experience each time. They re very organized and intentional with what they are doing. They reached out to me after a couple days to make sure everything was running smoothly, which anyone can and will appreciate. Very easy to talk to and explains things very well. They will also let you know what else may be wrong and will advise accordingly. Definitely my go to for my auto needs! I have been to TTS a few times for different work done on my vehicle and they are always great! This time around I had my brakes looked at and they gave me a fair price for the work that needed to be done and got it done that day.

Came here a couple months back to get my headlights replaced! Kay did such an amazing job and even after I wasn t pleased with the factory headlights, he replaced them with ones he assured me I d be happy with for no extra fees. I used to go to Woodies all the time and since finding TTS I will never be going anywhere else. Their professional manner, time frame and especially the price for getting work done is fantastic. Definitely feel safe and at ease taking my car to a place where I know the staff takes pride in their work and takes care of their customers. The guys at TTS were great! I had been searching for an honest mechanic and TTS popped up as a top suggestion so I tried it out and I was not disappointed. Had been having issues with my car for awhile. We tried to jump it to bring it in, it wouldn t jump. We live pretty close they came with a jump kit and jumped the car. Within 2 days my car was fixed. Highly recommend will be using for any future needs.

TTS Auto Service was able to provide a fix for my vehicle relatively quickly. They are honest workers and won t upsell you on unnecessary parts. If they do find other issues with your vehicle, they ll make sure to bring it up, but they don t pressure you either. Service was overall great. My only complaint was that it was slightly on the pricey side. I recommend coming to TTS to for all your small or major service/repairs.
