I had an amazing experience with Seth and Total Off-road. I brought in my 2019 Jeep Wrangler to get new teraflex control arms. I had been to other shops who never diagnosed the correct issue. Seth took his time and got a 2nd opinion to confirm what I needed done. It s been driving much smoother thanks to Seth and the Total Off-road team. Thank you guys!

The team at 4 Wheel Parts is top notch. They have a significant inventory of items and accessories to outfit your truck or jeep. I was able to find bed covers and steps rails that I haven t seen elsewhere. The team is knowledgeable and helpful. Separately, my truck was in their shared parking lot one evening and I couldn t get it to start. I came into the store right before closing and asked if they had any suggestions before I called AAA. Without hesitation, Tim and Will came right out, assessed the situation and they were able to charge up the battery enough for me and my young son to make it home without having to wait on a service call. Outstanding fellas.Thanks again!

Had my personal truck built by total off-road in Charlotte, had the 7 inch readylift kit and some 2 piece 22x12 s and 37 s put on, can t believe how well this thing rides. Highly rate total off-road of Charlotte !

I needed to install a winch, bumper and lights to get my truck ready for mountain life in the PNW. I had limited knowledge but I was able to tell Casey and his team what I was looking for and they knew exactly what I needed. Excellent service, great prices and the installation was top notch! Yall will not believe this but my Jeep had DEATH WOBBLE and some other worn out parts due to age and abuse. Brought it to the awesome team at Total Offroad for a complete shake down of everything I needed to get my Wrangler back on the trails and most importantly get rid of the death wobble! I am happy to report I got my Jeep back with a fast turn around time with every issue I had fixed to a T! No more death wobble!! Shout out to Seth and Matthew they did awesome work and went above and beyond! Highly recommend Total Offroad & More.

This company was such a PAIN to work with! They installed parts on my 2020 Rubicon Jeep Wrangler that SHOULD not have been. They would install HALF of what was truly needed to make the price appear to be cheaper only to have to SPEND MORE later to get it right. For example, the OVERSIZED tires I bought, I needed a new mount, well the tire is so heavy the back door on the jeep is now bent because of the weight because they didnt install new hinges! The backup camera is mostly blocked by tire, they didnt tell me I'd need to buy an extension kit. My car will not even turn properly anymore with the huge tires on (not even sure whats wrong with that now). They never regeared my jeep (never knew that was a thing) after they lifted it so now my transmission is starting to slip. A whole bunch of issues like the dead battery. This cost me $$$$ to find out why. They hooked up all the new electronics on it ALL WRONG! The jeep was perfect before they touched it! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE besides here and do yourself the favor!

I have now purchased more than 2 times from this store and had one installation. From the start Seth was knowledgeable and courteous with me and my kids when it came to Q&A about the ARB Air Compressors. We ended up having the onboard installed and it was way beyond perfect.The installation originally was quoted at 1.5 days since it was complicated and took numerous parts to make it work in my Jeep. Not only was it done in one day (not 1.5) but it was the cleanest installation of have seen on any aftermarket part.Seth, Will, Tim are all great and the manager Mike is lucky to have that crew as well as his service team. I highly recommend this location and store for anyone needing any off road parts and work done.Great work guys and thank you!

Specifically ask if they knew how to align with SPC adjustable control arms on a Toyota. Was there 4 hours and alignment was worse then when I got there. Turned caster all the way back on the lower control arms so I couldn t even turn without rubbing and didn t even touch the adjustment on the SPC upper adjustable control arms. Then blamed it not being in spec on some bushings. Waste of money and time. Had another shop that actually knew what they were doing set the lower came bolts back where I had had them originally set and adjust off the SPC upper adjustable control arms and everything aligned in spec no problem.

This shop really helped me out find exactly what I needed with a smile. The tall man working the desk (Will, I believe) was integral in helping me find the parts I needed for my outdoor adventures. I will absolutely be returning!

My first experience with 4 Wheel Parts was in Austin, TX. I had a 2013 Tundra and they did a fantastic job with the wheels, tires and leveling kit. When I moved back to North Carolina a year ago, I had plans to outfit my new 2020 Tundra with a similar setup, and started shopping around. I live two hours away from the Charlotte 4 Wheel Parts location, but after speaking with numerous local shops I decided to make the trip down to obtain a quote. I m glad I did. Wes and Seth helped me numerous times, both in person and over the phone. They were flexible and attentive to my needs, even working with me on the price pretty significantly. To top it all off, my truck looks absolutely radical.These guys rock!

I Was hoping this could be a go to place since it s here in Charlotte. Unfortunately my overall experience wasn t positive. I asked how much the installation on the bumper would be, and was told $651.00. The actual cost was over $750.00. When it came to the installation I was told it would take 5-6 hours. I was also informed that there was an extended warranty that I might want to think about when my order was confirmed. When My bill was rung up at the register the warranty was already added to the bill. When I dropped my car off at 10am I was told it was going to be ready at 6pm. I received a call at 5:50 saying it wouldn t be ready until the following day. From 6 hours to 32 hours for my truck to be ready. When I was checking out the person who rung me up jokingly said my final bill was $100 more than it actually was. I do believe he was trying to be funny but still, At this point after my installation took 24 hours longer than it was supposed to, and after the estimate came in higher than originally quoted, I failed to see the humor. The installation also required a switch to be installed for the LED lights on the bumper. They charged me an extra $12 for the switch, (which isn t a huge deal) but the switch can easily fall out of the slot where it has been installed (see pic).This overall experience was less than ideal and I m hesitant to bring my vehicle back.

Bought a brand new 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat. I was a little uneasy turning over my brand new truck to these guys. I couldn t be happier. These guys are awesome! Extremely professional and responsive. My lift was immaculate. Highly recommend PRO COMP with upgraded coil overs. Pro Comp wheels and Toyo Open Country Tires. Truck drives so much better than stock. Ride is AWESOME. Exceptional communication and service. Outstanding experience. Mike Long runs a great shop!

Today I had a very bad experience. I visited the store, as I had to pick up a part I ordered (wasn t the first time I purchased parts from them). One of the employees tried to help me at the beginning, he showed me the part I ordered and I told him that it wasn t what I needed. My English is not good, so I decided to bring the parts I had in the car to show him what I was missing, so we could order the right part. I brought everything to the store (4 pieces), then the manager, Tim, came and I showed them the parts to make it easier. The manager was brutally rude, he began to treat me really bad, he was making fun of me with the others in the store, because of my English and my origin and he asked the other guy to stop helping me in the meantime, I left what I brought in the counter - I was already tired of the situation, so when the manager basically told him not to help me, I was going to take my parts and leave. Suddenly, one of the parts disappeared I asked them if they could help me find the part and the manager asked me to leave. I asked them very politely if they had cameras or any kind of surveillance but he basically kicked me out, again. I ve been traveling all my life to the US and I have never received this treatment. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Call here to get some work done on my truck. The 2 guys one of them name being Seth had the worst customer service. I guess companies are hiring anyone just to fill a chair. Sad.

If you need anything for your truck, Jeep or Bronco go to 4WP and ask for Seth! By far the best experience. Seth is so knowledgeable and his service is A+! I have recommended Seth and 4WP to everyone. Thank you Seth! You are the man!

The team members were extremely helpful in finding and ordering the particular parts we wanted, delivery was quick, and installation was fast and easy. Team members were helpful with our further questions about Jeep mods and offered any assistance we might need. Highly recommend them!

***UPDATE July 27th, 2023***I am editing this review and taking my 1 star to 5 stars. I was contacted about 15 minutes after leaving this review by the store manager, Tim, who was incredibly apologetic about the entire situation that had unfolded. He confirmed with me that 4 Wheel Parts - Charlotte did in fact have my tire at their location and Tim went above and beyond by offering to even mount the tire to my wheel free of charge to make this experience positive. I showed up the following morning when they opened and he personally came out and got my wheel, mounted the tire on it, and brought it back out to place in my vehicle. In person, he was apologetic again and I truly believe there was just some mis-communication. Since this review is for the Charlotte store personally, I'm giving them 5 stars as they went above and beyond. As for 4 Wheel Parts Customer Service at a corporate level, they have a lot of work to do. Don't even try to call them. Call your local store directly. They'll take care of you.-----July 26th, 2023Pretty disappointed in the service from both corporate 4WP and locally here in Charlotte. Ordered a single tire online to pick up in store since website said it was in stock and would ship that day. Obviously I read the fine print and saw it would be shipped directly from manufactures warehouse, but I bit the bullet anyway since their lead times seemed reasonable. 16 days later, my order still says it is processing. I called 4WP corporate and sat on hold for 30 minutes and the line hung up. Called again and sat on hold for another 30 minutes and the line hung up again. So I called the local Charlotte store to see if they could help and sat on hold for 15 minutes and the line hung up. Called again and finally someone picked up. Told them how frustrated I was and they cut me off mid-sentence and asked for my order number and put me on hold. They came back to tell me they did have a FedEx tracking number and it would be at their Charlotte Location in a couple of days. It seemed like they were just trying to get me off the phone after telling them I was frustrated. I'm now on day five of "a couple of days" and still nothing. There is a tracking number that showed up on my order status page but only says a "label was created" 14 days ago with no change in shipment status. I called again and was put on hold and the line hung up on me, so now I'm here leaving a review. Beyond frustrated with the service I have received so far.

It has been 2 years since we got some awesome new wheels installed here on our Jeep Wrangler and we were not disappointed. Have been on the trail with them several times since and have not had any issues of any kind! Staff is courteous and helpful, very very pleased! :)

These guys are awesome. Top notch service. All I had to do was give them the part numbers I wanted to order and they took care of the rest. I'm still just blown away by how awesome my truck turned out. They took the grandpa right out of it. I will definitely be back for more stuff.

I ordered wheels from the website to be delivered to the Charlotte store. I promptly got a call from Seth Williams telling me the wheels I chose have been having supply chain issues, but he'd see what he could do and get back to me.Seth went on a crusade to find stock from other 4WP stores around the country (yes, the country) and got them shipped in. It took a second, yeah, but his customer service is more like best friend service. After it was all said and done, I actually hung out in the store just to shoot the $hit with him and the guys; got some solid rec's on burgers, fried chicken, and cryptocurrency.Bottom line: Amazing crew & service + good deals. A no-brainer for your Jeep/truck/ATV life.

I ordered a winch online with 4 Wheel Parts and had to exchange it. I called Seth with 4 Wheel Parts in Charlotte and he was professional and helpful. Seth took care of my exchange within minutes and the entire process was effortless due to his knowledge and experience. I would recommend 4 Wheel Parts to anyone but I definitely encourage people to do business with 4 Wheel Parts in Charlotte, NC. These guys in Charlotte are second to NONE! This guys did the lift on my jeep as well as installing bigger rims with 37 inch tires. Its been about a year and I dont have any issues. People complain about the waiting time but I haven't seen anybody complain about the work they have done on their car, so they way I see it is you will receive good work on your car but you will have to wait a little longer than at the other places
