I love tech automotive their prices are best in town and they don't charge you a bunch of unnecessary fees for things you don't need. The waiting area is just like being at home in your living room they have a nice screen TV for you to watch, a microwave, water, a microwave and coffee and tea for their customers They even have a restroom. Did I mention they have a microwave? Bring your TV dinner or some popcorn to eat while you wait.

I came from a recommendation, I brought my 15 Rouge in after I had it at the Nissan Dealership, the dealer couldn t fix the issue and changed a lot of parts that did not need to be fixed and said it was a wiring harness issue that they didn t know about. I came upon Tech-Automotive and they were able to find and fix the issue the vehicle had and also told me that the parts that the dealer had changed were not even necessary and weren t even programmed. They got my vehicle to turn on and run like it should. I would recommend them if you ve had an experience like me, they explain to you how everything works and how the repair will fix the issue.

Ive brought my scion for repairs to improve the vehicle inside and out and my father has brought a terrain for all of our work. We have had an excellent experience every time we come here. We are always in a rush and the shop squeeze us in since we come from far away. We have gotten timing chains done on the terrain although another shop told us the vehicle needed an engine. The mechanic always tell us why he needs to do the repairs for a good price so i recommend them

Very frustrating experience. We had to bring the car back three times to have the wiring harness properly repaired. The first time we brought it in, we explained that our headlight was not working because animals had chewed through the wires in the wiring harness. We were told that all the wires of the wiring harness would have to be reconnected in order to find out which wires went to the headlights. After we got home, we realized that the wires to the rear view camera and to the fog lights had not been reconnected properly because now they were not working.I explained to Tech Automotive that I'm sure they did not realize that all the wires had not been connected properly the first time. We were told we would not have to pay for the entire repair all over again in order for them to reconnect the wires that they had missed in the first repair. However, when we picked up the car after the second repair, they had charged us even more to repair the wiring harness again than they did after the first wiring harness repair. When I asked why they charged so much, they said because they only fixed the wires in the wiring harness that went to the headlights the first time. Why would anyone want to leave some of wires in their wiring harness disconnected? When I complained about the second charge, they hung up on me. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers.

Our family and I have been coming here for over 7 years and have always brought every vehicle we have for electrical issues or mechanical. We've brought more than 6 vehicles here and they always get them right and always at a good price. I recommend them as the technician always knows what needs to be done and doesn't ever charge me for stuff I do not need

In my time of Need , I was in a crisis when my manual transmission broke down ,being new here to Charlotte I didn't have a regular mechanic to trust with such a significant job I trusted Tech Auto and after a month of having my transmission replaced I couldn't be more satisfied. This is an awesome family business, honest ,and caring . They make you feel like a family friend . I'll be getting all of my automotive needs met here from now on .

I ve had various issues fixed here and have always been satisfied with the service . Recently I ve had a parasitic drain fixed on my Silverado and suspension work on my Toyota Highlander. Everything is done to specs and is done is a timely and cost efficient manner. I will definitely keep returning here!

I ve been coming to get maintenance done on my Toyota and some repairs and they don t disappoint. I got a newer vehicle now and I come straight to them for any maintenance I need. I also bring my family here to get the vehicles serviced. I recommend them

I've gone to these guys for several different jobs now from a simple brake job to a complete engine swap and couldn't be more satisfied. Saul is extremely knowledgeable and will explain your car's problems very thoroughly to help you understand the issue. These guys don't try to screw you with unnecessary work on your car and their prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for a good shop that'll do your work efficiently and for a good price, this is the place to go!

As a new customer coming to Tech Auto I highly recommend them for your car care needs. They make you feel like family and before doing any work on your car they will explain/breakdown what type of work they are doing to your car. This is my favorite automotive shop! I only come here and highly recommend them to everyone in the Charlotte area. I have a Jaguar and cannot take my car to just anyone, either they will charge too or do not know how to work on my car. However, Saul and his family and friends always go above and beyond to help me and everyone else who comes through their door. This is a real review and I have been a faithful and loyal customer. This is one of, if not the best car service experiences I ve ever had in any city! Best prices guaranteed in the Charlotte area with exceptional service as well! They are efficient, fast, and extremely friendly. From the admins who answer my questions when I first called to the mechanics, everyone has been very helpful. I ve had a full engine replacement done here as well as my rotors and brakes done recently. I came to the Shop because my terrain broke down. I was diagnosed timing chains. Someone else had said it Was going to be the engine and had quoted me more. Im glad i came here My money Was not wasted and the techician explained everything well. Highly recommend

Friend recommended me to the shop, my honda kept overheating thinking it was the thermostat and it ended up being an electrical issue with the fuse box not mechanical . Later then i had an issue with my alarm system not going off and they were able to fix it as well. Highly recommended to bring in your vehicle they will save you money on something you do not need.

My brother recommended me here. I ve been trying to get the vehicle fixed for alignment and no one could do it. I came to tech automotive and they were able to fix everything that was wrong to get it aligned and my vehicle feels brand new. They care about you having the best performance on your vehicle and the smoothness when you drive. I got a lot of work done for the best price hands down. I brought my 2017 Silverado in because it was not cranking. The technician found an electrical issue leading to it not turning on on the wiring. After it was repaired, it was cranking normal. They are very specific and explained everything with diagrams , what they did and how it works, I ve never seen anyone ever do before. It s pocket friendly as well. I will keep coming back for repairs, especially if I have any other electrical issues. Highly will keep recommending Tech-Automotive to everyone for anything everyone needsService: Electrical repair

I brought in my truck in for repairs. A little old gmc truck. Got my motor overhauled and can t be any happier with the results. Truck runs better than before. I drove my truck after repairs from Charlotte to Florida and it s been great. Highly recommend for any motor needs or anything you need. I brought my 2021 Ford F-150 because I had a problem with the wiring harness and loss of communication on the booth of data on the truck after my truck caught on fire so It wasnt cranking. The shop explained how this would fix the issue AND after It was repaired, no More issues. Straightfoward, quick, and Will come back again For any other electrical issues
