Great service. Though the oil change only takes about five minutes, you have to wait longer if there's a line. I waited almost 25 minutes. However, the service is quick and professional. That makes it worth the wait. And the guy that runs the place is a great team leader.

These gentlemen worked extremely well under pressure with only two guys Running the shop. It wit was after work and six cars deep. I will say I did not like seeing three guys change and leave after their shift and not stay and help..... kudos other than that. They impressed me enough that I actually drove back by and gave them a large tip.

Quick and thorough service. My cabin filter was replaced by someone else before and not input correctly, but the store manager took care of it with no problem. I usually don t pay this much for a routine oil change, but it was worth every penny!

Yesterday I went to take five on Monroe Road in Charlotte. There was a car in each of the base no one else online I was directed to line up behind the right side, bay, park there and waited a few minutes. Then the left side bay was vacated and I was waived over to enter that bay I was waved in and parked And waited and no one proceeded to start to service me. I observed two men that were there having been working in another employee seem to have just arrived as I continue to wait the gentleman that waved me in, walked up to the car behind me, which was occupied by a female driver And engage her in conversation. I still waited. He walked around. He still did not engage with me is to what my service would be the car in the other bay next to me was also is it unattractive, female driver, and this whole time the employee was still engaged with her when someone finally walked up to me I asked are they only serving female drivers today because I was given absolutely no attention , they started to engage me and get my information to start service when a gentleman that wave me into the bay who as it turns out was I guess the manager or supervisor question me about whether I was that they were giving preferential treatment to women I said I have been ignored when you went to talk to a woman behind me before even starting to give me service he proceeded to tell the other employees Not to service me and threw me out of the establishment. I did not use vulgarity or anger. I simply asked the question because I did not believe I was being served properly. I believe the employees in this establishment, more interested in flirting with females than giving proper service to customers I am 70 years old. I am in no way Karen , or feel that I am entitled I just want simple, simple, basic service, and at this location they seem unable to do that and on top of that all rude and unprofessional

The customer service at the location at Monroe rd. was an awesome experience. Everyone was attentive to my needs and made sure I received the service I requested. The manager at this location made sure his staff was knowledgeable and treated my car with adequate care. I also appreciated the manager spraying his cologne on my air filter. Now I got to find it lol Thank you fellas. Keep up the good work

This place used to be great. We've gone here for many years...NEVER again. Outrageous prices. The cost of two air filters should NOT be $80 and they know it. Should've checked the cost before allowing them to do the work, but it used to be far more affordable. Go literally anywhere else.And to management: No, I don't care to check your website for discounts because I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I always use Take 5, but the crew here was the best yet! They had great attitudes and were extremely friendly. Took great care of me and my car. Thank you gentlemen y all were awesome

I had a minimal wait time. I was offered a bottle of water which I appreciated. The actual time of the oil change was minimal. The technicians performed the oil change professionally. I appreciate the Military Discount that Take 5 offers. The air filter check and the technician showing me the dipstick after oil change was appreciated. I will be a repeat customer as long as I own the 1995 Toyota Camry.

Always an awesome experience. The crew is friendly, thorough, and shoot you straight. My air filter was fine - but my guy could have said to me you should get this replaced and I would have. But he didn t. He said you don t need to replace this yet. It will be good until your next oil change . And I appreciate that. Service is always efficient. Can t thank the crew enough.

Every time I come to Take 5 I always receive great service. The employees are always friendly, offer water on hot days and just show care with the work they do. I have been solely going to Take 5 for my oil changes for several years now and I will continue to do so!

DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. yesterday I came and got my oil change and I don t know what kind of people they have working here but they obviously don t know what they are doing. I have called countless times annd every time I did I got hung up on. So I was trying to come to there in person today and as I was driving my car completely catches fire while I m in it. Thankful to be okay.Service: Oil change

The service was impressive, good team work with professionalism & Great work ethic. I experienced them making knowledgable recommendations to me & others in detail, regarding where things were with oil filters, windshield wipers, tested air pressure in tires & it was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Again impressive, & great representation. This is the location at Wendover & Monroe road in Charlotte N.C.

Professionalism was horrible my daughter who is 19 on a college budget could only pay the economy oil change and she had a coupon for $10 off they started making fun of her yelling back and forth to one another she s getting KFC oil and with a coupon. Laughing at her. Super disrespectful. We will definitely not be going back. Oil change itself was fine but not worth 1.5hr wait

Emmanuel helped me out after my tire shop replaced a tire and failed to fix it the right way. He hooked up with all 4 tires being checked quickly and professionally and even made me laugh! You can tell the crew there have fun every day at work. I appreciated them saving the day and recommend them for any tire or oil needs! This was the location near Oakhurst neighborhood and Westover rd. Super friendly group of people. :)

The guys always make my experience here so good. Their energies are always up and contagious.i loOoOove that they ve got the music loud and it s always such a vibe. I leave here feeling better than I did when I arrived! (and that s after spending money on something that isn t fun) I had to leave a review for them after today 10/10. I slid through on a Sunday morning to get my oil changed and let me tell you this was hands DOWN the best experience and best crew members I ve ever had here. Every person that was working on 11/19/23 at about 10am deserves a raise (special shout out to Emmanuel). They all had 10/10 personalities and were just fun to be around, not to mention how quickly and efficiently they got my oil changed and replaced both my cabin and engine air filter. Emmanuel was transparent about pricing the entire time and gave me different options each with a thorough explanation. This crew is amazing at their job and they all deserve to be recognized!!

The WORST take 5 I ve ever been to, would not recommend to anyone. On top of the unprofessional demeanor, long wait time, and extremely loud music during the actual oil change, they changed my air filter. I usually wouldn t go for their upsell, but he had already pulled it out and it was dirty. A month later, the check engine light comes on in my car. After taking it to the shop and paying almost $200, i learned they did not put the filter back in properly. I called corporate and was supposed to get a call from the shop owner, but so far nothing.

I had a Emmanual as my customer service representative. This man really cares about his job and not only that but he really cares about customers and being nice to them. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I could not see it enough. Kind words about him or any of the other staff working that day. He is really passionate about what he does, and he is funny and charismatic. This man should own the company. This should be the face of take five oil change, because I don t care about the price I would go just to see him. He s amazing. And kind. 10/10 give him a bonus. And a raise.

This is the best service i've ever gotten on my car. As a female you get worried that you'll be manipulated but the assistant manager emmaunel made the whole process amazing. He explained every step to me and didn't sugar coat it at all. 10/10 will return to this location again.

If you want your employees to charge people for things they don t need, at least train them to be better at it. When I first pulled in, before he even scanned my car into the system, the white boy named Casmir goes I have a special deal for you after seeing how many miles were on my car. After scanning, he goes oh do you want the same thing as last time? Notice how the special deal went away once he saw that I already get high mileage oil.Then he tries to tell me I need a coolant exchange before I tell him I already had that done. He checks the system and goes oh yeah, you right. Well do you want it done again? I can knock off $40 from the $140 for you. Like no why would I do it again so soon when I don t need it.Then he proceeds to tell me I need new windshield wipers BEFORE even touching my wipers to feel them. Mind you, I just purchased expensive wipers not even 2 months ago. He then stated that mine are dry and cracked which they are not lolAs I was pulling out, he points to my car and goes That lady I just kept going and didn t stop my car to hear his lame self.Thankfully I caught all of his foolishness on my dash cam. Take 5 please do better with your people. That s embarrassing

The two gentlemen that helped me Friday morning were amazing! Customer service through the roof! I ve never been for an oil change and was offered a bottle of water while I waited. Will definitely come back!

First, I came in for an oil change for $55.99 and was offered a $10 coupon, the price was over $60 because they charged me for an extra quart, which I was unaware that my vehicle needed.Second and most importantly, I drove up with my heat working and I drove off with no heat. I called the manager back and he was rude & didn t offer any help. I drove to another mechanic and they noticed that all my coolant was drained. The receipt I was given was checked off for Coolant being at a safe level . That wasn t true.

If I could give zero stars I would!1. Call center rep quoted price after I gave him year make model sent $10 off coupon.2. Arrived at Monroe rd location to be quoted a whole other price more than the dealer charges!I would not recommend this place the rep was like a shady used car salesman and the technicians onsite are there to upsale and they are totally not worth it!

My local Take 5 is great. They are always quick and professional and explain everything. I bring 4 out of my 5 cars here and they are all great. They don t ever try to over sell anything to me and have me in and out quickly!
