Danita is my wife. I, Gordon had an excellent experience. Timely, efficient and professional. Advice on totally unrelated issue regarding my A/C bracket was very important and absolutely necessary. I would not have known this otherwise .

Super Eagle Auto Care did an EXCELLENT job on my car. I had an improper diagnosis of my engine light. When I went to Super Eagle Auto Care, they were able to give me the proper diagnosis and fix my car. My engine light went off and has stayed off. The best part was that the hose that needed to be repaired they were able to make it in the shop, so they did not have to order or pick up a part which saved me money. Thank you for being fair with pricing and kind while I was there. Thank you for what you do! I pray your business continues to thrive through these economic times. Continue to be fair with the community, and the community will continue to support your business. I will be back for my car needs and services. Best auto care around! Amazing service with every person I've talked to here. I feel that a lot of places have taken advantage of the fact that I'm a young woman with little knowledge about cars - Super Eagle Auto Care has never made me feel taken advantage of or talked down to. They keep you well updated on the status of your car and provide photos when necessary. They send options to approve or decline each recommended service.They diagnosed a problem my car has had for numerous years, saving me time and money in the future. They even patched my tire at my last visit, for free. Very reasonable prices and fast turnaround!I love this place!

I took my Mercedes to have the tail light replaced. Turns out it wasn't the light, but the entire module, which according to them, is a known problem. The technician resolved the issue, and the customer service representative explained everything, as well as what to expect.It was a very short wait, and they started working on my vehicle very shortly after I arrived. I was very pleased.I definitely recommend Super Eagle.

These guys really are the best! Car servicing can be daunting and it s easy to be up-sold, but I never walk away feeling anything but at ease. The Super Eagle staff is kind, compassionate, prompt, and very thorough and I know I ve found my mechanic in Charlotte! Thank you for all you do to keep me moving safely!

Super efficient and genuinely helpful explaining repair needs and costs. My service advisor Drew, went above and beyond securing parts for my old 1997 mercedes at the best price and applied all discounts available for best repair price. Highly recommended!

I have been a customer of Super Eagle Auto for about six years. They have taken great care of each one of my vehicles over the years and are very knowledgeable about foreign cars and their maintenance. The customer service is great, they are very transparent about costs, no weird or hidden fees, and they tell you what you re actually paying for. I would recommend their services to anyone, always a pleasure.

First time here and came because of the great reviews. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment in which I made an appointment in advance for. I came and was greeted immediately by Drew who was helpful throughout the process! It took about two hours which was more than understandable and was given military discount and complimentary inspection. My tires pressure also dipped that same morning and they filled them up without me saying anything. Will be taking my car here from now on thank you!

It s not easy to find a mechanic who is both honest and knowledgeable. Super Eagle Auto Care checks both these boxes and more. I had a transmission shuttering issue with my 2016 Honda Odyssey and had been delaying bringing it anywhere because was afraid of what the price would be. I finally brought it in here and they were able to fix the issue in a timely fashion and their communication throughout was fantastic. Price was reasonable as well. Ira sent me info on the issue and answered all my questions and was very informative without being pushy. Highly recommend this place!

I recently bought a fairly new car and took it to Super Eagle Auto Care. I met Dru there and he did a fantastic job of informing me of the true condition of my car. He was very thorough and informative, and I wish I taken them along for a pre-inspection before purchasing the car!Super Eagle Auto Care also provided me with a free diagnostic and a very fair billing to replace the needed parts. I know this because I got other mechanic price rates and found that Super Eagle Auto Care was very competitive.The time frame also was amazing ! Very quick ! I will definitely be sticking with them for all of my future car maintenance needs.

Great deal but even better service! I got a flyer in the mail for a oil change deal and couldn t pass it up. Guy up front was wonderful and super friendly. I had my tire light on before my service (nothing major just weather fluctuations) and they took the time to re-inflate my tires no extra charge. Will come back for future car maintenance and repair - highly recommend!

It is difficult to find an auto service business you feel you can trust. I tried Super Eagle a year ago when my new car was due for an inspection and was very impressed. My father used to own a dealership so I learned a great deal from just observing that business. Anyway, I made a note of the business and thought I would try it when my warranty ran out. I took it in and was even more impressed. I would go into detail but it would be too lengthy. Just take my word for it, give them a try....:)

Had never been to Super Eagle but needed a new place to get my car repaired. The shop was close to me so I went in to inquire about repairs. I met Zach first and he told me that they were slammed but to just drop my car off and they would get to it as soon as possible. The next morning I had a text showing everything they found wrong and individual prices for everything that needed to be done. I was surprised to see I could select the things I needed the most that I could afford at the time. I accepted and my reply went straight back to them. The Work was done in a timely manner and I went and picked up my car. Silver Eagle is my new repair shop for myself and my wife. There was no pressure whatsoever. Just advice on what needed to be done. They were friendly. They were more than courteous and great to work with. I have already recommended them to some friends of mine..

Pro: Great service, job well done.Con: I feel I was over charged for the service and the time it took to perform the job. I was lied to. My wife took the vehicle in a little after 9am say 9:20am and the job was finished shortly afterwards. I received a text saying that the vehicle was ready within 30 minutes after she arrived. The tech told me that it took closes to 2 hours to complete the service. My wife was checked out before 10:30am. I really like doing business with this place but don't like being taken advantage of and lied to.

I have been here a few times and I honestly feel this will be my go-to for maintenance on my three vehicles!Their customer service is excellent they keep you informed, the prices are reasonable they do everything from oil to tires with no pressure for extra services.An oil change goes quickly not HOURS like at the dealer. The waiting room there is very nice, too.

Hands down.. they will be taking care of my vehicles from here on out... Ida and Drew were very transparent about the repairs on my truck, taking photos of their findings and even on how long the repair would take. My vehicle is now back to itself. And these guys are a delight to work with. Thanks Super Eagle!!!!

I tried Super Eagle and discovered they are competitively priced, friendly, and efficient. They have a small comfortable waiting area. I had an oil change and NC vehicle inspection done on my 2020 BMW X5 SUV. I will definitely return when I need additional maintenance.

Super Eagle has done my oil change a couple of times. this time i needed rotors after having a bad experience at another shop. Was able to come to super eagle to get the job done right. Drew helped me and was very professional, courteous, and friendly. They even have a free Uber shuttle. 10/10 recommend.

I m a new driver and first time car owner. Needless to say, I don t know anything about cars. They were patient, explained the progress in a way that was easy to understand, and helped me decide how to prioritize my repair needs. My car is driving great and I look forward to completing the remaining repairs with them!

The staff members are pleasant and helpful, making me feel welcomed.One aspect that I particularly appreciated was their consideration for customers who needed to leave their cars for an extended period of time. The fact that they offered an Uber service was a convenience, especially for those who rely on their vehicle for daily transportation.However, I must admit that the prices at Super Eagle Auto Care were a bit on the higher side. But in this day and age, it seems like everything comes at a steep price, so it's hard to fault them for that. The quality of service provided is commendable, making the expense somewhat justifiable.Based on my observation, state inspection establishments tend to be faster and more efficient in this particular area.The waiting room at Super Eagle Auto Care is simple with a television and a designated area for kids. They have complimentary water.One minor issue I noticed was a slight odor in the waiting room, likely seeping in from the garage. However, the staff seemed proactive in addressing this concern by masking it with air fresheners.Overall, Super Eagle Auto Care is an above-average auto mechanic shop. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the Uber service and waiting room, make for a positive experience. Though the prices may be on the higher side, their commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction set them apart from the rest.

I like the fact that all of their oil changes are with full synthetic oil! They also have the best prices for a synthetic oil change. I also appreciated the full vehicle check that included pictures and the prices for the repairs. Most places just tell you what you may need, with no proof and they may not actually give you the costs. I enjoyed my experience and I will be back due to their up front and transparent actions.

Left a truthful review for Super Eagle Auto Care, but it mysteriously disappeared. Is this how you operate erasing any feedback you don t like to maintain a facade? A warning for fellow customers, especially the younger ones: steer clear of this place. They ll feed you misinformation to squeeze more money out of you, preying on your lack of car knowledge.Appointment scheduling is a mess comparing themselves to doctors when running late is absurd. Super Eagle Auto Care, is that supposed to be an American name? Because your moderation and questionable pricing practices feel far from it. Authenticity matters, and your actions are a disservice to customers.

Had my alternator go out. Went here and ended up taking them up on the other repairs they offered to me. (Shouldn t have)Parts replaced were fine but car also was returned to me with a rough idle they said may go away(never heard of) then check engine light comes on the next week with a egr valve code. Also had my car for several days after telling me they could get it done within the day. No communication on not being able to complete job. Did the same the NEXT day! 2100$ later to get my totally great starting & running 2005 Hyundai with 110,000 miles on it not operating as before more insult to injury to me was when I asked Drew stated they wanted to hold my car longer to make sure things were running well :-/. With that being said over promising and WAY under delivering. I ll never go again and unless you like feeling you re being sold & in this case lied & under informed to I d skip this place! unfortunately.
