Tires needed changing. Quote was quick (matched a competitor) and 45 minutes later drove away. Clean waiting room with wifi, coffee, water. Clean and efficient operation. Love prices displayed on the board when you come in. No sneaky add-ons.

Chance, and the guys at SpeeDee always do a fantastic job. The only shop I take my car to, I don t ever leave feeling like I got scammed. I know when they suggest any additional work it s to keep my car running smoothly and not just to make more money. I highly recommend.

I just got my vehicle serviced yesterday, and the amount of positive things i have to say about this shop is astronomical!! The mechanics were extremely friendly, welcoming, and swift with their work! I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes for an inspection and an oil change!! Everybody made me feel extremely comfortable. I am definitely coming back for future services!

I'm really wowed by this place! Robert helped me today and did an amazing job. I've been going to my car's dealership for regular maintenance for the last couple years and just always feel a bit taken advantage of in terms of being told I need services that I don't and facing high prices. When it was time for regular maintenance this time, I decided to try something different and I'm so glad I did. I thought it would be really backed up on a Saturday morning but they got everything I needed done in about 15 minutes. I'm used to having to wait hours to get everything done! I also appreciated that Robert didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of services I didn't need, and he flagged a couple of things my dealership had never even told me about. Prices were super reasonable. I'll definitely be back! Thanks Robert and team!

I came in for an oil change, but in the process they discovered a bad oil leak in the Oil Pan Gasket requiring a replacement, along with other maintenance issues. The staff and the general manager was very professional and even reasonable about including other services in the price as a part of the repair, which was completed on the same day! Will be continuing to get my oil servicing done here as long as I m in the Charlotte area.

As a first time customer, I can't speak highly enough of this place. I was having some battery issues and had to get a tow to their shop. Not long after drop off, I received a call from Tiffany (and we spoke numerous times over the next day). Immediately knew it was a battery needed replacing. I told her while they had it, to check everything else which they did and found that I had a lose engine mount and my oil needed changing. I told her to go ahead and knock it all out.The mount needed to be shipped from their hub but arrived in no time and again, Tiffany kept me posted through every step of the process and answered all my questions about what was being done.I went to pick it up today was greeted by the front door by Kelly. She was phenomenal and it was some of the best customer service I've received anywhere, not just an auto service shop. She went through everything that was done, then I paid and she walked me to the door. (Any management reading this, bring and keep Kelly at this location!!!!)I went to pull off and before I left I got a chance to meet Tiffany and she was extremely friendly and did a quick recap of all that was done as well.I'm EXTREMELY happy with the service, speed, pricing, and quality of work done and will absolutely be back again, though hopefully not too soon!Thanks to everyone!

These guys are awesome. The service is quick and good. The pricing is also reasonable. I did my car inspection in several places in the last two years and was charged a little more than $100. These guys only charged me $40. I was so happy. Great service, great and honest people.

Great guys super fast service. These guys work like they have purpose. The manager is fantastic and does his absolute best at getting you in and out and taken care of. This place blows the jiffy lube down the street out of the water, don t expect anything worth your time from them. These guys are great!

Rob was extremely helpful. I honestly don't know much about cars but he explained the differences between the oils. When I asked for his recommendation, he went into further detail and asked about my driving habits so I can make the best decision. The customer service was great! Additionally, my wait to get my car taken care of was barely 30 mins. Thanks for your assistance Rob!

Charlie and Pali were very helpful and efficient in getting me in and out. I would have been hours at any Honda shop! I appreciated their courtesy towards me and how quickly they managed to get all 4 of my brakes completed at such a fair price.Thank you both!

I've been coming here for a few years now. Service is always quick and affordable! Techs are always very helpful! If my car needs anything, they always explain and show me the issue. I prefer this place over other oil change businesses on South Blvd.

I drive past at least 5 other mechanics on South Boulevard to get my oil changed in Charlotte because Robert (General Manager) knows how to connect with people and make honest recommendations for your car. He and his team are on top of their game and provide excellent customer service while taking care of my 2015 Toyota Corolla to make sure it keeps running well for many years to come.

I m going to start by saying, I m usually satisfied with the work performed at this location, been going for years. I wish I would have made a review for each of the other times, but this occasion I can t skip this one.So, I bring my car in for an oil change Friday 6/23/23 at 11:08 am, I really care about my car, it s actually my favorite toy. It s a 2007 Pontiac GXP roadster. I ve spent thousands on everything from the suspension, wheels and tires, new brakes and rotors, upgraded wires, intake, interior trim, sound system, etc. So, when the folks at the shop said I needed a brake flush, I said, do it. High mileage booster? Throw it on. New wipers? Gimme your best ones. After a 20 dollar discount, all and all, 346.97 spent.Whew..Problem #1At check out they realized they forgot to vacuum out my car, so they drive it back around to do that ok. Glad you caught that.Problem #2before I pulled off I thought to check the wipers. Guess what. They forgot to change those too. So, one of the workers comes out and changes those for me too.I drive my car home, park it and don t worry about it again until Monday morning in my way to work.PROBLEM #3At some point, one of the workers pushed in my dash light dimmer knob! I m guessing they thought it was a button. But, it s pushed way in. I WAS (and still am) LIVID!!! Why didn t anyone tell me!?Problem #4I call 1st thing in the morning to inform them of the issue and was told that they would review the tapes and call me back. Needless to say, I received no such call, so after my long day at work I visit the location and wait 45 mins to be acknowledged. I tell the manager on duty my dilemma, and he tells me that the area or regional manager (Brandon) had been informed and should be calling me. To be safe, the manager on duty gave me Brandon s number.Problem #5Brandon never calls me. I call him though and he tells me he would have my car repaired and to send a photo off the damage. I do so, and get no response from Brandon if he received it or not.Problem #6I called Brandon on July 7th for an update. He doesn t answer, but I call from another number and he answers immediately smhBrandon informs me that the part had been ordered and he s waiting to receive it and then they will take care of me. Ok, I said.So, today is now July 14th. Still no word. So my only option at this point is to make this review. I m sure my issue is not that important to them, but it is to me. And the whole reason this is starting to escalate is because of the lack of communication and the lack of customer service and appreciation.I will update this as we go and will adjust my rating accordingly. But, as of now I m losing my patience.***Update***The GM scheduled me for a repair and did reinstall the switch. So, I m happier now.

This is my 3rd time at Speedee oil change and auto service. They can get the basic service you ask for, however the technicians care to tell you the work that needs to be done to make sure the vehicle is safe to operate. Robert has given great service to make sure the mechanics get the job done.

I stopped by Speedee Oil Change at theSouth Blvd location in Charlotte on Monday March 25th at around 615pm. I came in to have the shop test my battery status. A manager named Robert assisted me that day. He tested the battery life and showed me the results. He was professional, helpful, honest and transparent. Robert didn't try to sell me a battery when I didn't need one. He told me up front that his goal is to treat all customers fairly and respectfully. After this encounter with Robert, I'll definitely return as a repeat customer. Thank you for a truly positive experience!!!

Best place for oil change in Charlotte! Reliable service , fast, honest and at great rates. The waiting area is child friendly , they also offer complimentary coffee and cocoa. If the service you need done takes more than 1 hour , the area is also great for dining in or take out - in the same parking lot there is an Arby's and a Firehouse subs, if you cross the street there's Domino's , walk a couple of blocks there is middle eastern , Cuban and Mexican restaurants.10/10 would recommend SpeeDee for oil change & auto service!

I came needing my state inspection, I was greeted with a smile and was able to get my oil changed and an inspection as well as got my brakes and rotors changed. I didn t have quite enough and I was given the opportunity to get financing for my repairs that were needed! The services were done in a timely manner and the team members were knowledgeable in what the products and services they offered me!

Horrible! Worst experience I've had in a while. Referred by another shop where all work and parts were paid for in advance. After receiving horrible customer service from Paulie, who I later found out was the new manager, I was told by him that I needed to pay again. Left us waiting, to pay a frivolous fee only to yell out amoungst his employees that "I'll just pay the damn $10 myself". I don't mind paying good money for good service. Everyone else there was amazing and had great service. Thank you for still providing great experiences while having subpar leadership.

Chance was the best ever to work with. Had an issue with my radiator coolant, and they diagnosed quickly and were flexible to get me back on the road. Would recommend 10/10.

Terrible. Too long a story. Short version is they wanted me to pay for a tune up(didn't ask for) on a car with a cylinder out. Then threatened with towing to an unspecified location until I paid for said unwanted tasks. All of which wasn't done by the shops direct line, only personal numbers(which I'm to be lead to believe is because the phones were out).

Charlie was the man!!!! Couldn t get the rear light housing off to change a light bulb. Six associates tried, but Charlie did itI do want to thank everyone that helped.I ll be back for the oil change.Thank you so very much!

The team was efficient and quick. I appreciate them for calling about an opening that came available in the evening, instead of making me wait for my previously scheduled appointment, which was on the following morning. I ll definitely go back for future service on my car.

The process was fast & simple and the employees were kind, helpful and thoroughly explained everything to me in detail about what was completed during the inspection. AMAZING Kelly and Charlie were AMAZING with showing me a program that I qualified for. Mike is a US Veteran like me and we were able to help each other with VA stuff which was nice.. Jeff bought me lunch because I was patient with the shop.. The issues with my vehicle were explained to me and when I "looked" like I was jus nodding - Mike an Charlie stopped and re-explained to make sure I knew what was going on. The crew as a whole moves like a FAMILY! The owners were Very nice and I will ONLY take my vehicle to THIS location and recommend this shop to All my friends and family. THANK YOU SPEEDEE.
