Jorge and the team are extremely friendly and talented. I could not be more impressed with the work they have done.My car was hit while parked the day before I was going to sell it and I was extremely upset. I drove around for an entire day getting quotes and visited a total of 11 body shops including Sonesta.Jorge gave me an amazing price and they did not disappoint. Not only were they quick but they did amazing body work and earned a customer for life.If you re having doubts, you shouldn t. I ve already went to the other body shops for you and this is the one.They are very professional and can be trusted with work of any kind.Thank you Jorge and the team!

I went to get my car inspected because my usual place couldn t do the inspection that day. I ll be coming back here from now on. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and personable. The facility waiting area was small but clean and the office manager was actively cleaning up while I was there. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes and even parked my car so that I could pull out quickly. I ll be back next year!

I recommend this shop they make mechanical works fast and in an affordable price. They offer great diagnostics and solutions in order to keep your car running. An extra solution is that you can pay the mechanic job using acima financial and that is something great!

First time going and I was unsure of certain things that i,d needed done to my carOne employee particular was super helpful and attentive to my services. Yanquiel answered all of my questions and than some. Excellent customer service. Definitely will be back.

Especially for single ladies,I really stumbled across this shop. The owner is exceptionally nice and knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. I had a radiator and fan replaced he charged me $370. The other quotes I got for just my radiator was over $900. (With my own radiator) I didn't know I needed a fan until he started the job he discovered that the fan was not working. Not only does he do mechanical work, he does terrific body work as well. So I drive a C300 Mercedes Benz, he took off my bottom bumper where it was cracked and scratched, e repaired and painted. It looks new now. He has also replaced my lights all for $300. Ladies and Gentlemen, you can't beat his prices along with the quality....A+If you are looking for Quality and Knowledge, Sonesta is the place to be!

Went with a friend to get a diagnostic lift they didn t charge her but when i went back with my car they wanted to charge me a $60 fee. So they discriminate and choose who they want to do free services for. Shame on you Jorge at Sonesta.

Yo y'all, please don't trust this place, bad business, how you gonna tell me that I didn't buy tires from you when I have the receipt to prove that I did and I have the inspection receipt, channel 9 is going to get a call from me yo sonesta see you soon.
