When it comes to repairs I don t recommend! I went in to get an oil change and also needed breaks pads. Estimated over $600I got my front breaks repaired (paid half the amount) & notice shortly after my car didn t drive as well as it did before I bought it there.I try to keep the maintenance up on my car considering it s a 2018. It felt like my tire was loose. My car didn t shake or anything it just made a weird noise. I thought to myself maybe it s fine because they also did a tire rotation as well along with a front breakpads but unfortunately a few weeks later on my way to work a bolt was loose where they replaced my breaks. That piece came off on the while I was driving on the highway which by the way could have caused me to have an accident if I didn t pull over. There remarks were the caliper bolt had broken and allowed the caliper to contact the wheel. It damaged the inside of my rim unfortunately. Luckily I had AAA but i had to pay $119 for a tow. But on the brighter side precision tune fixed my car for free( as if they had an option) and also checked to make sure it drove okay. It doesn t compensate the amount of my damage to my rim (which they didn t bother to fix),also what I had to pay for the tow truck and also missing a day of work due to the issue, but that is to be continued overall I recommend going to Firestone or your car dealership if you want your repair done right the 1st time.

Comfortable environment and waiting area. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Was helped immediately as a walk in for an oil change. Price was very reasonable. I ate lunch at the taco truck next door while I waited for my car that was the cherry on top because those were the most delicious tacos I ve ever had! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Marcus and Matt were kind, empathetic and understanding of the wait time, polite and overall professional during my visit. Marcus was honest and helpful in his interactions with other customers who were concerned about the wait time. I heard Matt reassure a father on the phone who was concerned for his daughter to get an oil change when he wasn t there to help her (and Matt reassured him he would get it taken care of). That being said, you may have to wait to get your car inspected/worked on and/or fixed, HOWEVER, the service at this location is unmatched. Quality over anything. I completely understand why this place is as busy as it is. I will always be a returning customer.

Went here on a wim because I as having so many opinions about what was wrong with my car.?Matt the owner took care of me and worked with me on repairs. I got my own parts because it was cheaper but Matt made sure my car was taken care of! The mechanic was very nice & educated me what was wrong with my car instead of just saying. I truly appreciate them & have found me a lifetime mechanic

I took my vehicle to this establishment and the work I requested was an oil change and transmission flush, brake fluid change. The original price the guy gave me was $892.00 because this is a tedious job 4-5 labor hrs., after contacting a friend of mine (mechanic out of town) in front of the guy he changes the amount to $632 and said he was giving me a package deal. I made him aware I brought all the parts( filters, oil and transmission fluid and kit for transmission (filter) they called me within 2 1/2 hours saying car is ready. Everything I brought was still in the front seat unused. I don t think they even did the work. When I questioned it the guy said I didn t tell him to use the what I bought and he didn t work on my car! I would give them a zero! I definitely asked them to use what I purchased, beware of this place! I am taking my vehicle to another auto shop to see if these things were done!

**Women beware this place is not female friendly** I brought my car in for a routine oil change and to flush my coolant. During my visit I overheard the female manager and a mechanic saying well are you going to tell her you messed up her car? . I was the only woman there but I didn t want to jump to conclusions and hoped if it was me they were talking about that they would just fix it so I didn t have to worry about it. Long story short they DID NOT fix whatever they did. The day after I received services here my check engine light turned on and my car no longer started properly. When I called the shop to ask them to fix whatever they did to my car, they refused to take accountability and refused to fix whatever they did to my car despite the manager on the phone acknowledging the conversation I overheard. Needless to say I am calling corporate, reporting them to the better business bureau for shady business practices, and contacting them through a lawyer.To the managers here: Do better. In every industry, when you make a mistake or accidentally mess something up. You fix it. It s your job to ensure costumers are receiving the best care.

I ve had a few cars serviced here , and when I say I ve never been treated better ! This time my 2005 Acura TSX had horrible Rotors and worn brake pads on the front end. Driving there I scrapped and rumbled the whole way. When I got there I was faced with two options , to either A.) allow them to use their Rotors and Brake pads with a warrantee on the service . Or B.) come back with my own materials and allow them to put it on. Obviously option B is cheaper and has its own perks. The issue was I had no ride to pick up the brake pads and materials for the job. I m unsure of the ladies name in the front, but she made me feel so secure and relaxed ! I was on the verge of a major breakdown , but she assured me I was in good hands . I finally got the part! unfortunately for me the Auto store sold me the wrong size Rotor. Matt and his team were patient as the time was late and it was clocking out time . They allowed me to get the right size part for my car and finished the job expeditiously! When I say my car drives better than it did before !!! Shoutout to the lady in the front , Matt, and Kimmy the tech ! You guys are doing the Lords work !!! 10/10 service !

I drive a vehicle that takes an extra quart of oil. I get my oil changed ( synthetic), and tires rotated for less than 80 bucks. That feels like a win. Customer service is great. I always leave my vehicle because parking here is really awful. Needs much improvement.

New Review -I am changing my rating to 1 star because of bad overall experience.The customer service was below average. They do not treat the customer well.I called them to check the wait time and I was told that it is 1 hour to 1.5 hour. When I reached there in 5-10 mins, they say its 2 hour.After 2 hours of continuous wait there is no update from them. Finally I decide to check with them myself just to hear that it would take "one more hour" , total 3 hours wait time, what? They do not even inform customer about the increase in wait time and check with us if we are okay with it. They are not apologetic about the delay either. Their gesture was rude.Not recommended at all.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Prior Review -Quality and speed of service is great. The way they treat customer is also commendable. Keep it up.

Awful company had a alternator replaced there and when left my check engine light was on and I had a issue that they didn t even tell me about when I was having the run down read off to me.They also put oil in my car and didn t even put the cap back on. How do you forget to put the cap back on? Lady in front was extremely rude and service takes a long time.

Brought car in because there was an AC check up special and my car was bliwing hot air. Front desk told me they could make the car colder by doing hvac and recharge that i wpuldnt need the checkup. Was charged around $209 and car isn't colder plus I'm missing my new cover for the hose. This is the last time i visit here.I was also told the car would be ready for pickup 11am. I called and they said they were going to be late because they were out of refrigerant in their tank. Got the call after 2pm.

Very long waiting times, even if you are the first customer. Going early doesn't seem to make a difference; it still takes hours. Maybe they prioritize finishing the work from previous days before processing today's work. It's better to drop off your car early and collect it later.but work quaity is very good. i am fully satisfed by their work .

my car broke down and I had it towed here after speaking with the manager Matt he told us it would be looked at the day after dropping it off. We were fine with that. We called the day after at noon like they told us it still hadn't been looked at. They then told us if we hadn t heard from them by 5 PM to give them a call and again it still hadn't even been looked at and wouldn't be looked at until the next day which would be a Saturday. by noon we hadn t heard from them on Saturday so we called at they told us that they weren t even sure if they would be getting diagnosed until Monday as they start the work on other vehicles before diagnosing the vehicles in line to be diagnosed no matter how long they have been there and no matter how long it takes to fix the car they are working on there are still two other cars in front of us. I use my car to work its been 48 hours with not even a diagnosis I will face homeless and other things while waiting for this auto mechanic to even look at my car mechanic if you need your car fixed quickly this is not the place for you as you can t even get a diagnosis in a timely manner the assistant manager, Wendy is extremely unhelpful and it seems to me that the store manager is never available to talk to you they ve had our car and even if I went and picked it up, it wouldn t be until the beginning of next week that I could get it looked at by another shop they could ve just told us they didn t know when it would be able to be looked at, and we would ve taken it somewhere else in the beginning

Ive been using them for years and always recommend them to others. They have done everyrhing from brakes, inspections, tires, alignments and major engine repair. Ive never had an issue they haven't handled. I got stuck 45 minutes from my home and had my car towed to the nearest shop. Matt went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was very communicative and empathetic with us during a time that was very difficult and stressful. Unfortunately, i have a history of meeting dishonest mechanics. So I always run the diagnosis and suggested repairs by my dad, father in law, and friend who is a mechanic. All three of them agreed with what Matt said and stated he was right. Not only that, but the prices charged were beyond fair. He is probably the first honest mechanic I have encountered. He has definitely earned our trust and our future business. His kindness was very moving. He gave a lot of credit to his tech Jordy who was the mechanic who actually worked on the car. The car has been running better than when I first even bought it. So props to Jordy as well! It was a great experience.

Took my car to this shop to get a new transmission installed, in my 2020 Chevy Impala & all 4 rotors changed. Dropped my car off on a Thursday. The following Tuesday, my insurance confirmed the price for the shop to fix my car. The next day which was a Wednesday, the shop received my parts. I was told they would start my car when the received my parts. They lied. I spoke with one of the managers on Thursday and I was told, they were taking the old transmission out my car. They stopped working on my car to fix another car, because, the person waited for they car to get fixed. That had NOTHING to do with my car b/c my car was already there. Friday, I was told they would be working in my car all day and that it was going to take 10 hours to fix everything. Saturday morning the manager Jay sent me a Pictionary my phone if my old transmission, said they just took it out .. Also on Saturday they were supposed to be fine with my car. Then proceeded to let me know oh we still have to call to see if your transmission has to be programmed to your car or not. Why would they have not already done this & have an appointment in place already, it s e no idea why. Like, why wait for the last minute to do something important??? Sunday pass & Monday come. Monday I called to see when I could pick my car up. They said Tuesday evening. Jay the store manager text me, hey, your car will be ready at 3 .. I got to the shop around 245-250. Pulled up, go inside, Jay tell me to have a seat, someone is out on the highway with my car and it s traffic . 3:20 pm I finally get my damn car!! That following Thursday I noticed scratches on my driver rear window and there s a damn burn hole on my upper right fri er side interior & my rotors are still making noises. I WOULDN T TAKE MY CAR back to this place if it was the last shop on earth!!

Needed an alignment and called at 8 when they opened and they said first come first serve. When I got there you couldn t park anywhere. Two people were inside and I asked how long of a wait and I was told it d be between 1-1:30 wait. I received 0 updates for 2 hrs until I asked and one of their employees (George) replied with are you in a rush or something? Like no I want to be here all day waiting on you thanks. I waited 4 hrs for an alignment because they couldn t fix it due to my tires. Throughout those 4 hours I saw their shop people drive customer vehicles like they were their own. Windows down, elbows out going fast in and out the shop. I saw another customer pick up their vehicle and come back 10 min later saying the issue was still there and they didn t want to take another look because they were understaffed. Don t waste your time here. If I could rate this a negative number I would. They don t even go by their online coupon prices and don t provide a breakdown of the cost per item just a general amount due. Again, don t waste your time here like I did.

Oil change and transmission flush- Everything was done in a timely manner and I saved money not going to the dealership. The manager Jeff is a friendly guy and seems to run a tight ship. The waiting room is comfortable, good reading material (Creative Loafing ,local,nice!) and a TV. Not very clean and no snack machine (just a drink machine) so BYOS if you have a long wait

The customer service at this location has greatly depreciated. I waited outside for 15+ min prior to opening at 8am. The face of the company and front desk worker (Wendy Royalty, usually a pleasure to interact with but not today) turned on the open sign and unlocked the door and was extremely rude since. She pushed the front door open without greeting me and when I told her GM and asked How are you? She gave me no response... she didn't want to answer any questions I had about an oil change? Like the difference between the oil changes, prices, and time frame? Overall, it seems as though she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and didn't leave her personal problems at the door. I've been consistently coming to this location for the last 2-3 years. Nonetheless, I will never return to this location again. Thanks Wendy. Be blessed

Terrible Customer Service."Wendy" & her lack of attention to her waiting room and disrepectful attitude to her customers is disgustingto say the least. But as multiple people have already mentioned her and her terrible customer service in the reviews before mine, I'll allow you all the opportunity to judge for yourselves.Nonetheless, I walked in and wasn't greeted. Someone was at the counter so to kept my distance from people, & stood to the side. She continued to ignore me and answered calls and went in and out of the shop with no response. What got me laughing at the situation was how she took another customer in front of me; and when asked if she was placed in line before me her excuse was... "did you come to the counter? "I'm too patient at times. All i could think was.... "Just walk out.. just walk out."Don't ever come here.

I decided to save a few dollars and change my air filter myself-big mistake. Apparently, the air filter casing is extremely hard to close. I called my dealership, but they couldn't fit me in. It was almost 6 pm, and I called Precision Tune Auto Care, and the lady who answered the phone said they could do it. I flew there, and they were able to close it for me. They didn't charge me anything, but I gave the mechanic something. They were lifesaver, and I would recommend them. Very professional and nice.

The customer service experience was great. I called and spoke with Matt before bringing my car in for repair of rack and pinion replacement. Matt was very helpful and even gave me estimate over the phone prior to dropping my car off. I picked my car up the next day and Matt reassured me that if I had any concerns to bring it back in.I did have knocking sounds that occurred after Initial repair that I had not previously had . I called Matt again and he told me to bring car in. He explained that it was a small fix and corrected it since it was their error.I am giving 5 star because of Matt. He was very kind and explained everything well. His customer service is not something that you see often and I hope he is paid his worth. This business does have a small parking lot and they stay busy so I would advise dropping your vehicle off for repairs to avoid frustration if you are able to.

Matt and the team are professionals. Their estimated wait time was accurate and the technician who did the oil change was patient and answered all my questions about the old oil. Besides the fact people (customers) are rude, the staff was cool. I wish there was more than one mechanic in the mornings. That would improve the wait time. Also there should be a camera to determine who came got there first to fix the entitlement people from cutting the line.

Had to get a small leak fixed on the valve gasket. I was told it'll be awhile on Monday before they could get to me. So, I agreed I'd go back to the shop on Tuesday morning at 8 am once they open. I was informed it'll be best to drop the car off due to the 9 appointments scheduled for 8 am. I agreed I would do just that. I arrived at 8 am to drop the vehicle off. I thought I'd get the call around 4 or 5 to pick the car up. Instead I received a call at exactly 12 pm to inform me that my car was ready. So, the timely effort to get it fixed was greatly appreciated! Also, it was cheaper than the quoted price which is a plus as well! My experience with Precision has always been good.Service: Oil change
