I went here for an oil change and had great service! Eddie was very helpful and got me in right before they closed. Price was much better here compared to other places and I trust that he actually did what he was supposed to do. I will definitely be coming back for future service needs.

They were wonderful! I had a quick emergency and they were able to fit me in. They were honest genuine and fair. Megan was especially friendly and knowledgeable, and she even gave me some excellent advice about my moms car. Thank you so much, megan!

Sounded very condescending on the phone. I called to get a quote on a Canister Purge Value. He was quick to say "How do you know you need that?" & I tried to explain that AutoZone ran a scan on my car & I knew what the problem was myself. Before that, the man on the phone was quick to upsell a 'smoke test' which I did not ask for then when I declined, he hung up. Very glad I did not trust this shop.

I came in for a simple tire plug and he gave me an honest response that it wouldn t be worth it because of a nail that I did not know was in my tire and where it was located. I was going to leave and get a used tire but because of the service provided and level of care, my husband and I decided to purchase 4 new tires. I am big on customer service and it was a great experience at this location.

Here visiting from out of town and had some car issues. This might have been the best experience I ve had at a maintenance shop. The crew checked out my car and went up and beyond to do everything they could to get me back on the road. Took me short notice right before closing! Good vibes and honest crew working here.

Megan !!!! She goes above and beyond helping and assisting customers!! Her attitude and work ethic are amazing!! She has such a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about auto care!!Besides being a great staff I noticed someone threw up in the parking lot. She wasted no time getting it cleaned up!! She a great act of kindness and shows respect how much she valued and love her job!

I had an awesome experience here thanks to Eddie I appreciate you Sir I was in need of an inspection and didn't want to take any time off work which means I was pressed for time and he made it happen thanks again Sir greatly appreciate you, you must have known I couldn't have done that 2 hour wait. Once again this location goes above and beyond for me. Megan is professional, knowledgable and accountable. Eddie treated me with kindness and consideration. I recommend this location. They always take great care of me when I come in, and in a timely manner. They support military veterans, which is a huge plus. Their work is always satisfactory. The associates have great customer service skills, are attentive to customers needs, and are informative. Attempted to charge me $175 to replace a headlight even after calling and being quoted around $40 AND being aware of what type of car it was AND previously quoting me the same price at my last service. Literally wasted time and gas coming here

Very shady. I called in need of a fuel filter/pump for a 2020 Camry. He said it would take just over an hour and it would be $2500. We will not be going to this shop!

My license plate screws were stripped and so rusted and I needed to get another license plate on. I tried and it wouldn t budge. After contacting 5+ places with no answer and with one turning me down, this place was the only place that answered and told me to come in whenever. I was there for maybe 10 minutes and I knew it was a hard job - they were really stuck. They did it free of charge.They work on commission so please tip them!!!Thank you Eddie and Mike!

I truly enjoy going to this location. Since moving to Charlotte, I found it difficult to find a good place to do my oil changes. I ve been here several times, and I always appreciate the assistance from the staff and their prices are extremely reasonable for oil changes compares to other places. Today I had the opportunity to meet Carlos he Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Eddie Was very kind when I called to see how long the wait is he told me to go ahead and come on in it wasn t very busy and Him and Carlos were able to get me in and out In a little less than an hour for my oil change. I appreciate both of their help today.

I would not encourage anyone to take their vehicle to this location. I brought my 2021 Vw in for a routine state inspection, the mechanic broke the hood latch release and never mentioned anything. I found out days later when my car needed oil but I was unable to open the hood. The mechanic was too busy hitting on me to ask me how to properly open the hood of my vehicleI had to take my car to VW for it to be repaired.

I've been going here since 2022 and Meghan is Definitely great and knowledgeable I like to stick to what and who I know , awesome when it comes to efficiency and caring for my car. Between oil changes , keeping me updated with my cars health and what's needed to know for my next visit. Especially since I have an old toyota and most places I went to in the past act like they've never worked on a old Toyota before.

Love, love, love coming here for all my car needs. The receptionist Monique is always super polite, knowledgeable, and ACTUALLY engages with you while you are waiting on your vehicle to be completed. She has such a warm and welcoming personality and makes coming in that front door worth it everytime. Then there s the manager Eddie. Man let me tell y all about Eddie. He went above and beyond to get my car together. I had drove through a construction area and blew all 4 tires. Eddie put on some gloves and fix my car himself. When another company put the wrong oil in my car Eddie fixed that problem expeditiously. And I can t leave out all the mechanic who helped with my car every time I came and answered all my questions and concerns. Thank y all so much for helping me keep my car together for the safety of me and my family. And definitely thank you for being VERYYYYYY AFFORDABLE

I went to a nearby precision and was told wait time would be an hour but it ended up being two (they were short staffed). I called the South boulevard location and spoke to Megan she was extremely pleasant and helpful and told me that she could get me in within 30 minutes if I came to that location. When I arrived they were able to take my car right away Megan continued to be extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I highly recommend the South boulevard location and especially Megan who communicates extremely well and is super helpful.Service: Oil change

The services was excellent and the team kept me fully aware of what was going on with my vehicle. The office manager Eddie was very very helpful and did an excellent job showing me the issue and walked me through the steps on how to get it repaired. I am definitely coming back for my repairs!!!

Waste of time and money. I went for a full synthetic oil change. That comes with fluids being topped off. I squirted windshield fluid twice not only did water come out but now it's empty again. The coolant is low, I called and the guy told me if it's low when you arrive then they don't fill it up? That's not a top off!!! Also you want to charge me more to change two brake lights than the whole oil change. Never again Nice people but very disappointed with their service.Service: Oil change

Went to get a wheel alignment and was greeted by Megan, the receptionist who is very knowledgeable and kind. She definitely sets the tone to be a positive one! Derek took care of me and explained everything thoroughly. They only accept walk-ins but I personally did not wait to get my car in. They are also very transparent about wait times. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful and took care of me. I d recommend for any tire needs! Thank you Derek and Megan

When it comes to customer service, if I could give 6 stars to this place i would. I came here to get a head gasket replaced and fix a right axle. I was quoted what the price was going to be before they started, so there wouldn't be any surprises. I had to leave my car there overnight. Immediately, the next morning i got a call from them telling me that someone had broke into my car. The back passenger side window was smashed and and the steering column was broke with the cover laying on the floor. They were extremely apologetic and sympathetic to my situation. Without hesitation they immediately went into damage control and started working on my windows. They constantly kept me up to date until everything was fixed (windows, steering column, new ignition switch and keys from the dealership, new window weather protectors that were broken, cleaning out all the broken glass). Not only that, they gave my car a free wash. When my car was finally finished and I came in the get it, they still remained apologetic to the situation. They honored a coupon I had for the initial service. They didn't try to come with any silly reason for me to pay for any of the extra work done as a result of the break in. And I drove away in a car that looked like nothing ever happen to it. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They were absolutely awesome! (Btw, the idiots were caught)Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My first time going, I went there for oil change on June 1 I went back on June 6 because my car started acting and making loud noises and when I got there they told me they left the oil cap off now my car is not running right it jerks really bad. My check engine light is on, and also my oil light kept on coming out I am a single mother of two babies which one of my kids are special-needs. I cannot afford another car. I went there for a simple oil change and now I m having nothing but problems with my car
