I rarely leave reviews, but I have to for this one. Don is an absolute gem. It turned out my headlight was wired incorrectly and the socket had melted, he took the time to fix it for me when he definitely didn t have to. He s extremely knowledgable and caught the wiring issue which could have been dangerous for me.Especially being a woman, I got so lucky going to this O Reilly s. Another guy at the front desk was also super kind to me when I bought the bulb for my headlight, wish I caught his name too.I m really touched by the kindness I ve been shown, I would highly recommend going here. thank y all so much!

These two guys, Max and his Coworker both worked relentlessly to find the screws for my Ford Escape for the flap that had fallen down after my mechanic had failed to screw it back up... Anyway these guys were terrific they were professional kind patient friendly wonderful conversation they went above and beyond to help and satisfy me as the customer so I had to take a picture of them to post because if you go to O'Reilly's on South boulevard these are the gentleman that you need to ask for I can't remember the taller guy's name but he's the one actually found the screws or improvised and he made it work and I didn't have to leave with my flap hanging down they were so kind these guys deserve a raise and respect thank you so much for your patience and professionalism it's hard to find good customer service help like this! By the way I'm speaking into the phone so forgive me for my lack of punctuations

Went in the afternoon around 5:00 for an oil change and nobody was around In the front desk so I drove around the back of their store and see someone washing their car. This is absolutely outrageous for this company to be doing this. Never coming here again.

I dropped in while waiting for my car to finish being serviced at the nearby Firestone. No one greeted me even after being inside of the store for about 10 minutes.Before leaving, I decided to get a price for a radiator. I had the pleasure of working with Yannely; whom I would be delighted to work with again.( I like that this location has bilingual Associates to meet the demands of their local community & better serve the public at large )The part I needed wasn't in stock, but I still say if you need a car part, give them a try & if you speak Spanish then no worries they have you covered with team members ready to help you.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG ROTORS, BRAKES, AND CALIPER. So when I go to return over 400.00 dollars worth of hardware. They didn't want to return. the items for two reasons. First off one of the employees gave my wife the quote sheet instead of the receipt, secondly, he didn't ask for my wife's phone number for warranted items, and last but not least. One of the rotors was in the wrong box so the managed wouldn't return any of it. (We had an expensive jack and other tools as well we were trying to return.)The store manager made us call customer satisfaction and it was an hour-long process. Here comes the crazy part. It took the manager not even five minutes to find our invoice. He could have done this from the start, but customer satisfaction told him to return it but then he called the Regional Manager an hour later, which could have taken five minutes he finally gave my money back. He did apologize and I respect him for that but he needs to retrain some of his staff.

The gentleman that helped me out might have been the manager, as he was training a new employee and stepped in to help me out. He was fantastic with the employee and VERY helpful to me. I ordered a part online from O'Reilly's and it arrived damaged. He was able to take the part back and get a new one coming ASAP. Super friendly and made the whole transaction very easy. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

Once again very good Customer service Went to drop off a battery to get a charge. Also asked him to check to see if my daughter alternator was going bad it wasn t the alternator it was a battery that they sold her three months ago they replaced it guarantee meanwhile

I went here for a new car battery. I researched online and saw they had in-stock. The younger staff member greeted me immediately, and went outside to have the battery checked. He had the manager come out and verify, and the manager was very pleasant as well. He really was 'coaching' the younger employee well, and showing him how to use the equipment properly. We picked out the right replacement battery, and the young man installed it for me, and made sure all the parts were put back properly. It's really nice to see that the manager and the staff work well together, and they really care about customer service. I'll go back here again.

Tonight I was helped by a gentleman named Franco. I was obviously struggling with something as small as coolent and belt conditioner. He was quick to come to my aid and in his own words told me "you got this" doing it by myself will help me learn and feel more independent. Being a single mother of two with a car I hope last me awhile, along with all other life challenges I will always tell myself, I got this and I am independent. O'Reilly and customers are lucky to have you and your coworkers, thanks again Franco!

I had a great experience at this O'Reilly location! I went in to buy the Pennzoil oil package around 4 pm today 5/26/15 & the staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. The guys not only helped me pick the best oil for my engine, they helped me to find the right size for my filter and they checked a filter for me. I prefer O'Reilly over most parts stores because of the low prices; I prefer this location because of the awesome staff. Thanks.

Luis or Lewis, manager at 7:00 p.m. on May 28th 2020, refused to price match a roll of shop towels from $3.99 to $1.99, or even to $2.99, for me. I'm a commercial customer, Lifetime Automotive, and spend countless thousands at OR"s every year. But even if I was a walk-in, non-commercial customer, there is no reason not to knock a $1 off a roll of shop towels if requested

Stopped in for a Honda CRV right windshield wiper blade. Both ladies 'up front' today were friendly-I was greeted at the door. My attendant was knowledgeable about my car and patiently described a range of brands/prices for me-Very Kool. Better price on this item than autozone, btw.

Juan was very rude when I called in about a part and told me he didn t have time to search or deal with the part I was looking for and that we weren t going to get anywhere with the conversation as to what I was searching for!! And why he is still working there is really sad!! Poor customer service!!!

Top notch staff. I came in for something small and they treated it like a big deal and gave me A+ attention. Only shop for parts at O Reillys. You are wasting your time anywhere else.

Really helpful staff. They didn't have the particular belt that I needed, and seemed really concerned. I had to wait, but they were very apologetic that it wasn't in stock.
