The staff is always great here! Huge shoutout to Patrick and his team. AAA said it was one issue with the car, Firestone said another. It ended up being something completely different and they were able to diagnose that by not just looking for money, but actually taking the time to find the issue accurately. I purchased tires from them. Later, while driving down the highway I noticed my steering wheel was shaking. I went back to question them and was told that they were out of weights to come back the next day for them. Although they placed them on the next day, that was dangerous, and to not be honest and upfront with me ruined their image. Also the tires were muddy and I had to ask him twice before he pressure washed them.

Had water pump go out on daughter's car on Friday afternoon and they came in on Saturday to get it done. Great job and fair price. Daughter said 'found a new mechanic so at least that's good.' She always sees the positive!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have never been treated so kindly, all while having my vehicle undergo top notch service. I was in and out within 15 minutes, all while I was made to feel right at home. The owner, as well as his staff, were all locals and some of the friendliest people I have ever met -- I will not go anywhere else for vehicle issues in this city -- BEST IN CHARLOTTE!!Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Auto interior vacuuming, Battery

Best car inspection service by far. I have never been treated so kindly and the staff was the friendliest people. They treated me like I was part of the family. My inspection took all of 22 minutes but this is the rare instance I wish it would have taken longer. I will definitely not go anywhere else for inspections and car repairs after that experience.

Technicians are good communicators and seem very knowledgeable about most makes and models, honest and reliable. Their rates are fair and reasonable. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it is difficult to reach them by phone.

Quick, affordable, knowledgeable! All 3 mechanics worked very well together and made sure everything was fixed before I left. A much better alternative than some of the other big chains.

I took my car in for a routine oil change to get it back with the paint scraped off to the silver .The owner said that he would fix it so I brought it back once he got the paint and he did a horrible job and then tried to say it might have been there before do not recommend this company because if they mess up your car they're not willing to fix it.
