A very bad experience. Was waiting for tech on the second day they were supposed to come and find out they reassigned it to a different tech, that tech doesn't show; very poor communication.After tech no showed, he apologized and then gave new date. The problem came after he did show up, he never contacted us again. Tried to contact him for 4 days. No response to any of my communications, email, text and voicemail. I became very upset because I already paid and still don't know what's wrong with the car and he would not answer me, so I requested a refund. It was a mini fight, but they did refund. I wish I could have fixed the car but at that point I didn't trust them to show up and fix it. In mobile mechanics defense, both mechanics were from the same shop, so maybe it's just that shop that has poor communication. It would have only taken one text from him and I would have let him fix the car. 4 days is a long time to ignore your customer. The possibilities they gave me were so unprofessional. I won't even put them on here.

So these guys are the worst of the worst! Don't waste your time or money with these clowns! I am currently in the process of having to sue them to return my retainer fee or finish the work on my truck! They broke more than they fixed while they were here and then they demanded payment before job was even done! Now won't correspond with me just threaten to put a mechanic clean against my truck if I don't pay for a job that was never even completed please save yourself the time and money call someone else
