I had a leak in my coolant & called multiple shops in the area. All were charging $70-100 to just get a pressure check to see where the leak was coming from, came to Meineke & the pressure check was free!!! They replaced my reservoir within an hour! Great customer service. Definitely recommend coming here for any minor repairs

Excellent service. The mechanics were awesome and not only explained but showed me specifically what was wrong with my car, what I needed to get fixed, and how much it would cost. There was no surprises and the level of concern was sincere. Thank you so very much for taking care of my car and providing impeccable service.

This place has been a God send. A year ago my car continued to fail inspection & Ronnie (RIP) was so kind and patient. He tried everything to help ease the burden. This location left a wonderful impression on me and continues to do so. Recently I had the pleasure of dealing with Gerald and his assistant. Both of them were just as kind and helpful as Ronnie. Gerald took a look at my car, worked his magic and returned with the best news that I absolutely didn t expect!! I feel completely confident in the services at this location, and the overall good energy that you can t miss. I highly recommend them. You won t be disappointed.Tonia J.

My car was taken back promptly at my scheduled time. My estimate was presented within 10 minutes and was very reasonably priced. The work was estimated at 2.5 hours but was completed within 2 hours. The front service staff was very pleasant. Should I need service in the future this is where I plan to come.

They are good people. The office could improve, give coffee, candy, etc. That way the employees can have coffee too.Also, I would like to ask to integrate to the payment system a way to give tips to the mechanics. I would improve the income of the ones that help us drive safe.I would say it again: they are good people.

I was quoted $6,000 from the dealership to fix a rusty pipe underneath my car that was causing it to sound louder than usual. The dealership recommended this Meineke since they specialize in mufflers. I am SO glad I came here for a second opinion. They were able to fix the issue for about $400 and able to fix it within an hour. 5/5 stars! Thank you!

When I walked into the office the gentleman greeted me, listened to my problem and gave me an appointment for the next morning. When I took it in I thought I needed a new muffler. I was told to let them look at the problem. They only had to reattach the muffler to the car. I am a women and don t know anything about cars but he was honest with me a fixed my car within a few hours and the cost was much less than I imagined. They did a great job for me and I would recommend them to anyone.

I recommend this Meinke location for car repairs. They did an excellent job replacing my starter in a reasonable amount of time and showed great service by helping me with my situation. This Meinke team is now my first place to go with car issues.

So I called inquiring about an inspection and the representative on the phone instructed me on what I need to do. I we explain my situation just for clarity and I was rudely told "I just told you what you need to do sir". Me not having knowledge about inspections, I wanted to make sure that everything I said was clear that I have the correct information. I did not deserve that response from the representative. I hope that meineke is able to train their associates efficiently and effectively when talking to customers.

Very patient and understanding, would definitely recommend coming here. I came in for a front and rear brake pad replacement and everyone was very helpful and kind! The prices are very fair as well!

My experience was spectacular.! The staff at the Tyvola location is always friendly and cares for their customers. I have been going to this location for about 8 years. Gerald is really an amazing head guy! My car was leaking oil and he saved me soo much money by coming up with another solution that worked in my favor. I've never been to meineke before; my regular car maintenance guy's schedule was tight. The guys at meineke were very attentive, seeing my roller chair they came out many times to talk with me. They also noticed my spark plugs needing replacement. I will go back again. Highly recommended.

I was told I would be charged if they fixed my A/C issue. I was given an invoice for repairs to fix my problem and was told to make an appointment during the week to have the problem taken care of. Yet I was still charged $200 even though my A/C is not fixed so essentially nothing was done to fix the problem I originally went in for

Very kind auto shop in this Meneike. The respect they have for people is unusual for a mechanic shop. Honest work on my vehicle. They did not try to upsale me anything. They were straightforward with their answers & they are not here to cheat folks. Its calm & quiet aint no goofin around & wasting time, very professional. Gerald has been very honest and efficient when working on my 2017 Subaru. Being new to the area, I had some bad work done to my vehicle at another shop. Fortunately, I was able to be worked into their schedule and the pricing was clear (& fair) from the start.Cherlyn was extremely friendly - and accommodating!

Gerald, Armando, Deric and Cheryl are awesome! These guys are good folk and knowledgeable. They may carry a big corporate name but this is a small locally owned business that will save you money where they can. I ve been going here since the 90s.

EXCELLENT customer service! Gerald, the manager and Cherylyn, the customer service assistant were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My baby (car) received excellent work for a mere fraction of what I thought it would cost! I'm from NY, but when I'm in town, I'm definitely coming back here for all my car needs. Thanks for the oil change and the lady at the desk was really friendly!The guy at the desk was very Unfriendly, and quoted me way to high to fix a exhaust issue, and when I said I thought it was high, he told me to go back to Iowa and get it fixed then.... very unprofessional thing to say to a potential client!!!!

Been in CLT for just under a year and visited a couple different places for routine maintenance, etc. looking to find our go to mechanic. The folks here at this Meineke won our business moving forward after our first visit. We've been back a couple times now with our vehicles. Personable, trustworthy and honest staff, a pleasure to deal with; Gerald and Cheryln are rock stars!Highly recommend.
