This is my second time using McClure Collision and everything about it was perfect from start to finish. Andrew answered all of my questions, concerns and kept me updated during the whole process. I have zero complaints! They really treat everyone there like family. I one hundred percent recommend McClure Collision! I added the before and after photos so you can see how amazing of a job they did. Thank you McClure Collision!!

This place is awesome. I visited them for repair may car and all the staff was very kind and profesional. I have no complaints, only compliments, specially for Andrew and Carlos, they kept me updated during the process and answered all my questions, with details, courtesy and empathy. 100% RECOMMEND!!! I am adding before and after pictures.I am very happy with their fantastic work!!!Thank you guys!!!

I couldn t have better things to say about McClure CC and team. Thank you Andrew for 5 star service and for being so wonderful to talk to! I found my forever body shop in Charlotte.From start to finish, they were professional, timely, reliable, and gave me a really fair quote. My car looks fantastic and it s 10 times cleaner than when I dropped it off. Highly recommend for all car needs.

Andrew and the team at McClure are AMAZING! Great communication from start to finish, clean office, family-owned and operated, and the work done on our car after an accident is top notch. Andrew is personable, and it s so obvious in his approach that he wants each customer to leave happy and feel like they ve made a friend along the way.We will definitely refer friends to McClure Collision and use them again in the future our 8 year old car looks like we just drove it off the sales lot!

Andrew at McClure is amazing. The whole team seems wonderful, but having worked with Andrew two times now, I can say with confidence if anything happens to my car again (fingers crossed nothing does), I would absolutely be back. The communication, the transparency, the willingness to help where they can, it all is above and beyond. Thank you for giving me back my car looking as good as it did when I drove it off the lot the day I bought it!

New to Charlotte and had zero clue where to look for a repair, and how not to get absolutely robbed cost wise. Thankfully I scheduled an appointment with McClure Collision, and they were nothing but friendly, welcoming, and to the point, without making you feel like you would be taken advantage of or blindsided with your repairs! I would choose McClure again, although hoping I don t have a reason to!

Very pleased with my collision repair at McClure Collision Center! They were very helpful and the repair bill was less than my estimate! The business is family owned and they take pride in pleasing the customer even if the repair cost in only a few thousand dollars (not much with the cost of cars today). They even took my rental car from Enterprise & made arrangements for them to come get it. I will recommend McClure anytime!

I ve never left a review before but felt compelled to after using McClure several times over the years (they were initially a recommendation from my mechanic). Every employee I ve ever met has been kind, knowledgeable and super helpful you can tell it s a great place to work. As a single female who doesn t know much about cars, I ve never felt taken advantage of; in fact, it s quite the opposite. They are incredibly honest, have integrity, and are always trying to do right by the customer. And did I mention that they also do great work?!!? You can t tell that my car s been banged up on both the front end and the back end. Andrew (my primary contact) has always taken time to explain things throughly. He is caring, courteous, and I felt treated like family.Bottom line if you need body work, go to McClure Collision. You will be happy you did!

These guys are awesome. Dropped off our car for a repair on a Monday, with a target completion date of Friday the same week. To my pleasant surprise, the work was finished a day early. The owner was personally wiping down the care when we arrived. Great service, very glad we decided to use McClure instead of a larger corporate shop.

The front quarter and bumper was damaged on our car. I had seen some of McClure s work and there was no doubt where I was taking our car. The biggest issue was the paint. Not only was it a ten year old red it was a special paint. Getting it to blend in with the door was going to take a good painter. When we picked up the car it looked brand new! You could not tell there was damage to the vehicle and the paint matched perfectly. Outstanding job!! I highly recommend this company for your collision needs. Outstanding people there to help you too!

I have had to take one of my cars to McClure Collision Center for repairs twice. I must say that during both visits, I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. However, during my second visit, I had the pleasure of interacting more with Andrew Sciranko, who proved to be an exceptional individual to deal with. His affable and courteous demeanor made me feel valued as a customer, and his ability to handle the repair process with utmost professionalism was commendable. Overall, I was pleased with my experience at McClure Collision Center, and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking quality car repair services.

I honestly can t say enough great things about McClure collision. It is very apparent that they care about their customers and treat them like family. Andrew assisted me during a walk in to get an estimate on my car and was able to explain everything necessary to a girl that knows nothing about cars. Due to circumstances, I had to reschedule my appointment. Andrew was understanding and patient with the rescheduling. I can honestly say that this place has the best people, service, and car repair skills. Thanks to Andrew and his team my car looks just as great as the day I drove it off the lot.

Maybe not necessary given the great reviews already posted, but compelled to add one of my own. Cost to complete the repairs was consistent with the estimate. Estimate was very fair and only included work that was necessary, no add ons as with other collision centers. Car was ready when promised and repairs were flawless. Professional, friendly, and highly recommend.

It s safe to say that nobody wants their precious babies damaged or out of commission (I m talking vehicles here) but when it happens to anyone in my family or myself we only turn to one company to get us happy and on the road, McClure Collision.Mason and his team of goodwill ambassadors have never let myself or any member of my family down, never once, period.An owner operated company with a pristine reputation, a McClure s estimate is the gold standard in the eyes of any insurance company we ve ever dealt with. After getting a quote for a $7000 for what I thought was exorbitant I spoke to a friend in the car service business. Unfortunately they where unable to do the work they thought necessary to fix my automobile so they referred to McClure's Collision center. McClure's did the job for me for under $2000 and delivered everything and more that was quoted. The best service I have ever received. They are in the business of taking care of people and treating them right. Three thumbs up for these guys. Great job and THANK YOU ANDREW!

I visited McClure Collision Center (South Blvd.) after being referred by Mazda of South Charlotte. I turned in my Mazda and the process couldn t have been smoother. In addition, a staff member called the nearby Enterprise Car Rental and was able to get a worker to drive me to that location, saving me an Uber ride. Very professional staff, and I d recommend them to anyone looking for work done on a car.

I ve had great experiences twice with this business and I know why they stay booked and busy! From the ladies at the front desk which are polite and professional, easy to contact, get you in touch with the guys to set up your photos, repairs and return calls promptly. The guys are great at communicating, following up and giving realistic expectations of wait times on how long car repairs could take. Ease of renting car using Enterprise with location down the street and dropping car off at shop, getting picked up from shop to pick up rental and return rental at shop for a one stop shop is super convenient. I even had a concern with a repair the guys addressed immediately and resolved. Highly recommend!

McClure Collision Center off of South Blvd. is an absolutely amazing place to work with and repair your vehicle! The quality of the workmanship on my car is fantastic! Couldn t be happier with the outcome and customer service I received. Andrew Sciranko answered all my questions, kept me updated during the entire process and was wonderful to work with! I would 100% choose McClure Collision again to repair my car.

McClure Collision Center is the BEST! From the very first phone call with Mason to pickup with Andrew, they were nothing but pleasant, kind, informational, and wonderful! A job that should of taken weeks, they completed in 2 DAYS! They worked with my situation and DELIVERED! We will forever use McClure Collision!!

It is very hard to come by any place in the Auto World that is genuinely honest and does right by people, especially as a female customer. Since the first phone call McClures has been helpful and honest! I directly worked with Andrew and knew I was in good hands and received continuous updates and feedback on what was going on with my vehicle. Heidi at the front was always nice and helpful on phone calls and in person. Andrew even caught issues I was unaware of and very honest about how to go about it. This body shop is outstanding. Freak accident resulted in a lot of front-end damage to one of our cars. Other party at fault. Naturally, the insurance estimate was low (about 1/3). Thomas took over, car repaired completely to our satisfaction (like new). They do stay very busy so it took a while to get the car in. Once they got it, though, they were very prompt completing the work. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hope I don't need their service again, but if I need body work that's where I'll go.

I suspect most of you reading this have had poor experiences with insurance claims, as I did recently when a deer leaped in front of my car - on a relatively large in-town thoroughfare, no less. Did upwards of $6k in damage to an older car that still only has 110k m on it and should run for another 40k. Right?Well, our low-cost carrier (starts with a P, do not use them) immediately wanted to clear their books, go straight to salvage, then use their measly check to go buy a new car. Riiiiight. Such is insurance, but it stinks when a company that is supposed to be helping you is really only looking out for their best interests. Thank goodness I found McClure Collision!Suddenly, it felt like I had a partner in getting my car fixed and back on the road. They gave me an actual estimate in less than 48 hrs (not the absurd one from our carrier with cheap replacement parts), walked me through the process and were ready to begin work as soon as the parts came in. Even over the holidays, our turnaround was less than 4 weeks, incredible considering a couple of body shops that came recommended said they couldn't even look at it for 3 months!Got my car back today and I have to say, they went above and beyond and it looks significantly better than pre-accident. Thanks so much to Mason and the team at McClure for the great work and partnership, hopefully I won't need their services again but will not hesitate to go back if necessary.

Absolutely the best service we could have asked for! It was necessary to schedule the appointment back during the summer while my daughter was home for the holidays and they were very accommodating. McClures was easy to work with and came through, on time, as promised with excellent workmanship! And the price was very competitive!

Top-notch! I don't care where you were referred to by your insurance company, I don't care where you've been to before, if you don't go see Mason and Heidi McClure, you're making a huge mistake. These guys are very pleasant to deal with, extremely professional and when you pick your car up, it's going to be clean, and fix to your liking. And IF there is an issue afterwards, and there rarely is, they're on top of it. I cannot say enough about how great I think Mcclure Collision Center is. I have used them five times, and if needed I will use them 50 more. I confidently referred my family and friends.

I have used McClure Center several times and was always pleased with customer service with Andrew. The recent repairs performed were 5 stars; however I was disappointed with the lack of communication with Thomas. The overall rating is a 4 for this reason.

McClure Body Shop took care of my car even when they were down to just a few of my bumpers due to a recall with Mazda. They also managed to get Progressive to pay what they estimated and did so in a timely manner. Took the car in on Tuesday and I had it back Friday. Would go back for any repairs should I ever need to. They know what they are doing and don t beat around the bush. 10/10
