Jim is a very grumpy individual. I had an appointment for a very simple tire repair, a nail in the center of the tread, as routine as getting a cavity filled, and the old man Jim told me that he would get to it about about 2 hours. I had this appointment for over a week and it was first thing in the morning. The heavier women in the office was just as nasty. I highly recommend using the Firestone about 1 mile away. I went there with no appointment and was in and out in 30 min. This isn't my first encounter with how nasty Jim can be.

My tire suddenly popped and I went to get it replaced on a Friday afternoon. They were not only available, but did it in a timely manner. They are very kind and generous people, and I will definitely be returning for future service!

I ordered 4 new tires from the Goodyear website and was sent to this location to have them changed. They did a great job and then unfortunately a couple months later a nail was in one of my rear tires. I went and they fixed it quickly and did not get charged extra. I am very happy with the service I got here.

My husband and I were visiting our daughter from Pa. recently, and within a 2 week span, we needed tire assistance twice on 2 different cars! Each time Moris and his associates were so friendly and helpful and they fixed our tire problems within hours. Excellent customer service and so friendly each time ! I would highly recommend this establishment. 10/10!!

I went to Mavis Tires to get one of my tire pressure checked today, Tyler, the technician helped me checked it. He was very helpful, he went above and beyond. He helped me check all four tires and put in more air if necessary. Thank you so much Tyler!

We have used Mavis for flat tire repair and new tires. On all occasions they have been quick to help us, very thorough and detailed on the repairs and overall great to work with. We will be coming back here time and time again. Would recommend to all!

We literally waited 2 hours with no updates, explanations, or apologies AFTER an appointment being made. The customer service is nonexistent and they don t care about your time whatsoever. I never write reviews for anything but this experience was unreal. My boyfriend made an appointment for an oil change at 3pm. We pull up at 2:55 to get him checked in and all set up. After waiting for an hour, I go inside to get water. I overhear one employee ask another if they ever got my boyfriends car set up to which the response was no. I went up to the counter and said that I overheard them talking and if they needed him to come inside for anything. The SAME person who checked us in said he didn t know we were there (???) and he said he didn t know how much longer we d have to wait for a 4-tire change in front of us. We then proceeded to wait another hour, watch cars leave the bays, other cars moved in the bays, and still nothing. My boyfriend asked for his keys back because this was just ridiculous. Please don t waste any time or money here.

do not go here unless you want to pay thousands and thousands of dollars and never get your car fixedthis is the absolute worst place to get your car fixed. They scammed me out of almost $10,000. My car was breaking down so I took it in and I told them that I thought that it was the transmission and instead of fixing the transmission they told me that it was about $3000 worth of other things wrong with it then they gave the car back to me and less than two days later the car broke down so I took it back again, and they told me they just had to clean some things. When they gave the car back to me again it broke down again in less than a day and they told me that it was the transmission this time. Since I had already spent about $3000 i decided to get the transmission fixed with them, which not only took weeks, but was over $6000. I have had the car back now for less than 24 hours and not only is it already rattling and having issues but the engine light and a few other lights are back on. if in the beginning they had been honest with me that the transmission was messed up / needed replacement I could ve gotten a new car but at this point I ve already invested so much money and they are still incapable of fixing the car. a complete scam. Also when I called today to tell them that there was still an issue they didn t even need to ask which car it was. They already knew which one it was because they ve been scamming me and the manager has still not called me back more than five hours later.again do not go here unless you want to spend thousands of dollars and never get your car fixed !

I hate leaving a bad review but unfortunately I was very displeased with this tire shops service. The customer service isnt bad but they only have one tire machine so you can expect to wait several hours or an entire day for a single tire change. I got a tire replaced on my bmw and whoever change my tire put a massive gouge in the inner lip of my expensive aftermarket rim. Nobody mentioned it or even apologize for the damages. I ll have to get this fixed at a professional rim shop.

Had a highway crisis - road debris. Ran over Tire recap from 18 wheeler ripped my splash guard cover underneath front end - these great guys got it secured and me back on the road as quickly as possible. If I ever in need of their services when traveling through Charlotte I will stop by

I wish I wouldve read the reviews first. SETTING APPOINTMENTS ARE POINTLESS. I dropped my car off between 8:45a- 9a. Called at 1:22p and was told my car has not been pulled into the bay. I was originally told by a male that my car will be ready after lunch. Now Megan stated she cannot guarantee a time but said my car will be ready today. I m on my way to get my car now because theyre pointless.

They did not include key information (make/model/vin) In the paperwork and the manager was no help and very rude when I called to try and get a correct receipt. Very rude and unprofessional.

This mavis location is the only place in the area that I trust with my car. Their team is extremely friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I ve gotten several oil changes here, recently replaced my breaks, last week I noticed late Friday evening that my tire had a screw in it, I was worried about not having my car fixed for the weekend but when I took it Saturday morning they had it done extremely quickly with no problems! I would definitely recommend them!

Should've read the reviews before choosing to bring my car here....I had purchased my tires from Amazon and had them installed at this location. Scheduled an appointment for 9am. Waited over 3 hours... they also had put on new lug bolts without asking me. Worked on other cars that came in while I was still waiting for my car to be pulled into the garage (didn't pull my car in till an hour and half after my scheduled appointment).Unprofessional staff. Never apologized for the wait or let me know what was going on. If you care about your car, time, and money...DO NOT GO HERE.

Completely ruined my wheel and charged over $150 for bending my tire, scratching my rim, left me with one less lug-nut and my alignment completely off (my whole car is shaking now). They did not tell me the price before charging my credit card a total of $955. Do not go here, they are EXTREMELY unethical.

I am visiting Charlotte from out of town and got a nail in my tire. The staff fit me in quickly and because they knew I had a long drive they went above and beyond to make sure I had a new tire, even though it s almost closing time. Holly and the rest of the staff are amazing!!
