Had my sons car painted during the pandemic. The paint is already peeling off. Zero primer under the paint . They paint right over the factory paint. Will never use this company again

I had scratches on my car that I thought would cost a lot of money to fix, and it really needed cleaning, inside and out. I took it to Magic One because they were recommended to me by someone in the automotive industry as being absolutely the best. Imagine my happy surprise when I picked up my car, exactly when they told me it would be ready- and it looked brand new! All those scratches were gone!!!! The interior was cleaner than when I bought it! I m in love with my car again. The price was very reasonable too. Count me in as an exceptionally satisfied customer! Thank you Magic One!

Is an excellent body shop it has every service your car might need. Workers are professional and well prepared. And cannot forget to mention the outstanding customer service by all the staff, they will definitely make you feel like your speaking to a friend and at all time worried about your needs. Highly recommend recommend the Magic One team!

Magic one has been a great place to work! I ve enjoyed everyone in the company from the techs to the partners. I love the eagerness to grow within! It gives everyone a chance to move up and have a career vs. a job. Highly recommend!

I have to say the staff over at Magic One are amazing! They took care of me above and beyond my expectations! I went in for a quote and they fixed me up that day! I didn t just leave with a fixed bumper, I left with a big smile ready to take on the rest of the week ahead! Thank you so much DJ & Jay y all rock! I will definitely recommend to anyone ever needing car cosmetic work done !

Excellent service. We took our Lexus in for interior cleaning and restoration. DJ and Storm did an amazing job. It looked like it was ready for the show room of a dealer. They were both so friendly and anxious to please. Highly recommend Magic One.

I worked for these guys for 2 days and quit, that's how bad it was. One year experience detailing at one company. Then moved to back to Charlotte, started working here. Gave them good references from coworkers/managers at previous job, should of known they were hiring a hard worker from my previous employment. But that's on them. Day one, they were taking advantage of me. Manager straight up lied to me, told me I had to close, I had been working since 8 am, told me I couldn't leave till 8 pm. I didn't even go to lunch. no one told me how to clock in, I was pretty much doing everyone else's details, and they were getting the commission on it. (Which is fine, I know I was the new guy) but I could see where this was going. Manager talked on the phone half the day. And when regional manager showed up he acts like he's been hard working the whole time. If they treat customers how they treat employees I would be wary if I do business with them or not.

Magic 1 auto is a solid company but in specific they have 3 employees that are the best at what they do day in and day out. Jorge Areas is the best cosmetic rim repair specialist in NC, Danny Hill is the best paint specialist the company has to offer and Daniel Shue is the best rim repair specialist as well. These pro's are the best in quality and how quickly they can complete the work. I am very lucky to be able to count on them day in and day out.Service: Tires

I went to get my oil changed at Lexus of Northlake and to ask about buying some new wheels for my car since the ones I had were badly chewed up thanks to my ex girlfriend. He suggested I let his wheel people take a look at it. The price he quoted me was well below the price for a new set of wheels so I agreed. What I got what literally a new set of rims. It looked 10x better than I ever imagined. It literally looked like they just gave up and completely replaced them with brand new wheels. I was so impressed I applied for a job and have been here for over 2 years. Definitely one of the best jobs ever!Service: Tires

These folks are amazing! Had an oops in my 2018 Tacoma. Magic One (recommended by the dealership) brought my truck back to new at a fraction of cost of other estimates. This will always be my first place should I need work done! Thanks Magic One!!!

Magic One is A company that is trying to grow and rolling with the punches as best they can. Working for them has been A roller coaster but at the end of it all I m beyond thankful that I got an opportunity to get brought onto this team. One of the first companies I have worked for where when they say there s opportunities to move up it s actually true. You do have to work for it and earn it but that s how it should be.

I continue to be impressed with Magic One and the services our techs provide. I never knew the extent that can be repaired without the long wait times of a body shop. Whether it's paintless dent removal, wheel straightening or refinishing, interior repairs such as leather and velour, or paint services, I am in awe of the before and after effect. It has been my pleasure to work with some of the greatest people in the world!

Magic One is professional, quick and inexpensive. They can repair a dent and fix a paint job for a fraction of the dealer price in nearly half the time. I highly recommend to my friends in the Charlotte area!

This group did amazing on Audi A6 with the touch up on the scratches it had and made it look brand new. They were timely, stuck to their schedule and had me in and out in no time with perfection. I highly suggest them and would certainly go back to them with all my needs. Thanks again.

The people here were so nice and friendly, they were able to touch up some scratches(that I made worse by trying to fix myself) on my girlfriends car. And they were about $500 cheaper then other quotes. I was in and out in about 45 mins, and it looks amazing. I would recommend them to anyone for any body work.

Fantastic! I came in and my experience from the front desk to the technician was great. Excellent customer service and the technician and I were able to agree on a bill that fit a college kids cushion. Absolutely will return if needed.

The paint guys are a bunch of hacks! My girlfriend's car is currently with them AGAIN after they did an absolutely horrible job doing some 'body work' on the driver's rear quarter panel and rear bumper cover. They're currently painting her car OUTSIDE when it's super windy and humid. I confronted the painter about the horrible job he did and he said, "It's the best I can do." NEVER AGAIN will I have these hacks touch any of mine or my friends and family's vehicles. There were runs in the paint, a bug appeared to have landed on the paint, there's going to be a horrible blend line on the quarter panel, and the fender area looks like Lake Norman on a windy day.

I had a first rate experience. Magic One gave me a very fair estimate and repaired beautifully a variety of dings, some significant. Exceptional work at a reasonable price.

Magic One took the dents out of my car in half the time and half the cost of my honda dealership. Cant beat their customer service too. I definitely recommend to my friends in the Charlotte area.

Best place in town! DJ and Thomas were quick and did a fabulous job, would never go anywhere else - didn t try to upcharge me for anything, were extremely positive and explained everything as they went!! Top notch service by knowledgeable and hard working staff.
