The staff and service at Leo s Auto Care are truly unrivaled. They are so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I had the best experience getting an inspection done here and they were incredibly fast as well! Highly recommend their establishment for your auto needs.

My experience with Leo's Auto Care was a relief. The professional and compassionate nature of the workers was so helpful. The diognois of the problem was made. My brakes were repaired in a few moments. The customer service was excellent. I left feeling that my problem was solved. I know that I will return for car service.....no doubt!

I came here based on the reviews and they didn t lie. Both the gentlemen I worked with were kind and sweet and especially the younger fellow. I don t hope to have future car issues but if I do I will come back :)

Took our older Mazda for electrical issue that our other shop couldn't figure out.. He looks so young but this guy is a genius. He patiently explained the issue and fixed it at a fair price.Highly recommend.

We love the team at Leo s Auto Care! I was initially drawn to Leo s because of their amazing google reviews and felt confident that they would take great care of my car. Since I began working with them a year ago, I ve had a number of times that I ve brought my car in for repairs and maintenance. Joaquin and Leo always answer my questions thoroughly and keep me in the loop on the status of my car. They truly treat every customer as if they re part of the family and are good, honest, hardworking people. I feel honored to be a part of the Leo s family and recommend this place to everyone I know. If you re looking for a reliable garage in the Charlotte area, I would highly recommend giving this place a chance. Definitely overcharged me about $100 to change the starter out of my car. I only paid because I was out of town and needed to get back to my place. Definitely tried to give me a lame excuse of what they had to charge me so much talking about a required "warranty"

Leo s was a great experience from start to finish. He immediately took my truck back to run a diagnostic on my check engine light and even checked my serpentine belt since I didn t have the time to do it myself. Friendly crew that takes pride in their craft. Really appreciate their hard work and will be back for any future maintenance.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Leo's Auto Care was such a great experience. I was assisted by Jaoquin upon arrival. I needed my brakes done and 2 tires and Joaquin was not only knowledgeable on what could be wrong but also friendly and welcoming! The entire shop was this way as well. Juan & Joaquin communicated thoroughly through the entire process with me and kept checking in. This is my new go to shop & it should be yours too! I found Leo s when looking for somewhere close during a trip to Carowinds. I found them based on their high reviews and they are open until 3pm on a Saturday!!! They saved me :) I called and let them know about the weird noise my car was making. They had me in and out within an hour and half. I made it back to the park before lunch and am able to bring the car full of birthday party kids home. Thanks so much! You guys are awesome.

Believe the bad reviews ...I stopped going here years ago. The old guy "Juan" definitely rushes you and definitely will try to get you to spend more money ...scammers paradise..hey "Leo", get rid of that old man...he's gonna drive your business away. You know just like I do...brake pads have a thin coating of preservative material so they don't brake down easily and for shelf life reasons as well. There's NO WAY a brake CALIPER can start smoking after installing PADS....the smoke comes from the PADS while driving ..but your guy tells me (assuming I'm not mechanically inclined lol) that "if you see smoking after driving..it's your caliper" because he tried to get me to spend more than I wanted by purchasing a new brake caliper after lying to me and saying that the caliper was seized......he messed up when he allowed me to give the c-clamp a twist and it began to push the caliper pistons IN...he knew he messed up so he stopped me FAST and then I asked him to just lower the vehicle after putting the old pads back on because I seen what type of person I was dealing with. A liar and a scammer...I believe every bad review because I've dealt with it. You have very young mechanics working on cars and that old guy that comes off prejudice except toward people who seem Hispanic. So to the person reading the bad bad reviews...believe it..find a better shop or get your own tools and make YouTube your best friend. You go for an oil change and they're checking your tie rods ..I wish I was lying!!

I stopped in their shop and spoke with Leo about my issues and he immediately took my car back and started working on it. I was from out of town and those the guys got me back on the road within a couple hours. Highly recommend!!!

Definitely recommend. My brakes went bad on my Jeep and I dropped it off on a Saturday morning with no notice. He recognized and fixed the issue quick and it was ready in about 3 hours. I was late to pick it up because of traffic and he waited for me. I can tell they genuinely care here. The price wasn t bad at all!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I went in as soon as they opened to get my front brake pads replaced. They completed the job in a timely manner, and I was extremely satisfied with their service. 5 GLOWING STARS! Best auto care in Charlotte. Hands down. If you're looking for a reliable place, go here. Not only is Leo's honest, they really know their stuff.Guys, I will never take my car anywhere else. Over the past year or so, Juan and his team have taken exceptional care of me and my fiance. I have never felt like I was being lied to, upsold to, or deceited in any way. And being a woman who usually gets taken advantage of at auto shops, honesty is most important to me.My most recent experience here absolutely blew me away! My car had several complicated oil leaks and Juan went over every single thing about it in detail with me- telling me the pros and cons of whether to get it fixed. In the end we decided it best to let the car go- and he could have easily swayed me the other way to make money- but he didn't! He left it up to the customer which is how it should be.Just OUTSTANDING service and very kind people. I will happily give them my business for the rest of my time in Charlotte. I finally found my auto care place!!

Went to Leo s to get my brakes looked at. Having just getting new brakes recently from another mechanic, I knew something was wrong. Come to find out I needed to break lines and my vehicle was deemed unsafe to drive until fixed. So I had to leave it there longer than expected since I went during my lunch break. Well first and foremost they gave me a ride back to work for free which was really generous. Then proceeded to repair my truck at a timely manner and update me throughout the day until it was fixed. They went above and beyond and this kind of work shouldn t go unnoticed. The price was really cheap and the service was really professionally well done. I m extremely satisfied and positively recommend.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Was on a trip from FL to OH and heard some very concerning noises coming from my car with no way to diagnose on my own. They inspected my vehicle and recommended that I get new brakes. I told them I have a local mechanic in OH that I prefer to work with. They assured me that I was more than safe to get home and have the repair made there. They gave me peace of mind when they could have taken advantage of me and said they needed replaced on the spot. They also helped tuck a few wires as a courtesy that were exposed and hanging from my car from a bad trailer hitch installation.All around great experience. Juan was very helpful and honest and I would highly recommend Leo s!

I typically don t write reviews, but I am today I came here back in October or so to get a EGR value replaced., I feel they didn t throughly clean it I felt the difference, which I called a few days later and asked about it , HE SAiD THEY CHANGED THE EGR VALVE. Juan is always rushy. I noticed when the Hispanics walk in they get the most up respect. Juan has done the same thing even when I called to bring my vehicle in for service, I than came back again to get my intake manifold gaskets seal fixed , soon as I walked in he did the same thing, as if my money isn t good I came in with the most respect each and every time they always have good deals , I regret even coming here . The other gentleman Leo explained everything I needed and the procedures of going about it . Just feel like more communication should be approached. Though he never answered my question about the EGR cleaning . Definitely won t be back .Service: Electrical repair

It s my second time here, and I m new in town so it s hard to find a reliable place that ll get the work done and not take advantage, at Leo s they talk to you every step of the way and definitely makes me feel comfortable and at ease their work and customer service are the best take it from a single mom it s hard to trust repair shops but I will bring my car here every time Services: Wheel alignment, Auto brake replacement

Friendly and genuine professional service. Leo is amazing, informative, honest and concerned in what is best for my car. True to the point, he didn't want me to spend unnecessary funds. I definitely feel a positive difference in my car all the way around. I am truly happy and grateful to have found your service. Great experience! Joaquin, the owner, squeezed me in for a quick oil change. Work was done well and timely. While waiting, Joaquin talked with me and we learned more about each other's background. I went into Leo's to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was so impressed with the service and the honesty of the staff that I ended up having them install new brakes and wiper blades. They took me back into the shop to show me some tire wear that they were concerned with. I was able to go back to the place where I purchased them to get some replacements under warranty. When purchasing the brake pads, I was sold the best pads suited for my vehicle, not the most expensive ones. This is an old school, honest mechanic shop which is hard to come by these days. I would recommend this place to anyone needing service.

Just got back from Leo's. It's great to have a friendly mechanic in my neighborhood. The guys there are professional, timely, and honest. They took the time to explain the work they were doing on my car and spotted a problem I hadn't noticed. They saved me over $170 dollars to change my plugs and change the oil. Other places wanted to charge $391, $450, and $498 just to do those two things. One place tried to tell me the plugs my car use were $45, not knowing I had already priced them, and they ranged between 9 and 25 dollars. What they didn't know in the air force I was an airplane hydraulic specialist. I also worked on cars, was a car inspector in order for you to get your tags. Leo not only charged less but was under the 3 hour window they told me it would take to do the work. I will be going to them from now on with the maintenance my disabilities won't allow me to do.

He was very courteous and quoted me an amount which was 75% less than my dealership, I almost not drove my jeep because I could not afford to get my brakes done. But The owner gave me a more than reasonable price and I got my brakes fixed. The families was clean. Leo s car care was effecient and very through. I was more than satisfied with the top notch brake job. I would recommend Leo s Auto care for any automobile job to anyone. Especially with the limited knowledge I have of car repairs he explained the job and did an excellent job repairing my brakes.Service: Brakes

This has been by far the best experience I ve ever had with a mechanic shop. Juan was awesome, informative and concerned. I really appreciated him taking time to let me know what my options were and how to go about my car overheating. I am very pleased that my car is no longer overheating Will definitely come back to get my oil changed and my front brakes/rotors replaced.

Replaced my rotors and brake pads today. Got a good deal. Leo was very welcoming and informative. Great job Leo and team. Definitely visit in future for all service. He showed me the pads that will be installed. Awesome
