This place really gets the job done the lowest prices in town, and with the best personal. I don't trust anyone else with my car but these guys. I guarantee you will continue to keep coming back they Installed my cat back exhaust system, control arms sway bar and inner and outer tie rods. I will keep coming back. Give them a call and I can assure that you won't be walking

They really don't have great "potential" customer service, I needed to have a muffler replacement and I never even got a call back after being at the physical establishment to make an appointment, I actually talked to the owner who never even got back to me. That tells me that they don't want to do business with me or us I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

Please do not call for tow truck service this place is bad they hire people with no drivers license I know this bc I got hit by an employee named Manuel that works there and doesn t not want any responsibility of his actions it s been really hard for me to reach out to his son that is under the policy of the tow truck that his father hit me with

Really good service! I took my car in the morning for a new catalyst converter and they had it ready in the afternoon. Their prices are really good. Dario is very kind and professional. I recommend L&D Auto mufflers. I will be taking my other car in soon!

The owner is very friendly and seems to be concerned about your needs. I took my car into to be serviced. I asked for it to be diagnosed using a computer. The mechanic said I needed catalytic converters and he gave me my price. I agreed, he told me he needed half down to get started which I obliged. He said I could pick it up in a couple of days which was correct. He told me I needed a tune up in order for the warranty to stand for 1 year again I gave no resistance. He called me and told me that I could come and pick up the car. Now, no mention that my radiator was bad until I was there and ready to finish paying for the car. He had the car cranked and running when we arrived and said you have a small crack in the radiator. I asked can it be driven and I come to you later to have fixed and he said yes but if we see the car running hot pull over immediately which we did. I got from his shop on Orr Rd to 85S between exit 38 and 40 when we had to pull over. I live in Gastonia which is another 30 minutes from home. I called back and he said just sit there and give it an hour and you should be ok, we added antifreeze to it as well. I sat there for 1 hour and a half and it would not crank. I then had to have it towed. I paid a lot of money to L&D to find out that I now need a motor after being told the motor was fine. I called him several times and all he could say was I told you about the radiator and back gasket needing replacement but your motor is good. I just want to warn anyone before using this company. Money is very hard to come by and now I feel abused by a shop that I though I could trust. It was also told to me that the converters were the cheapest brand and they welded the parts on. Again beware even when reading good reviews.

Passed an illegal inspection to sell me a car. After 2 days, the check engine light came on and the car overheated. When buying the car, I was told the car was in very good condition and had nothing wrong with it. It was a complete lie. There s a dozen things wrong with the car with NO mention of this whatsoever when purchasing the vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DECEITFUL.
