Brought 2 new tires to be put on my car when I left there was a bubble in my tire to which they said it was my fault and charged me for another new tire. Personally the tires were never really ridden on to get a bubble as soon as it was put on. They did nothing to help fix what happened other than charge me again. Won t go here again

Hey don't go to this place it's the worst racism I've ever experienced. I went here to ask for service on my tire. I was told to hold on by someone who never returned after about 15 minutes me messing with my phone to wait for help that never showed up. I watched about 5 cars drive up whom were all spanish. They actually ran out to help every car that drove up while I stood patiently to see if they were ever going to assist. They same guy with the green hat walked I asked him again could get help he kept walking past with no response maybe didn't speak English not sure. I am an African American male maybe and I'm sure had something to do with it. Do not go to this place They are clearly racist and I've never experienced this and I am 55 year old male.

2 stars bc they let my car sit there until AAA showed up. The little guy that Jack's ur car up is nice but the others are too greedy and opportunistic. Had a flat and they were the 1st place I could get to. Then they didn't even have tires to fit my car and wanted to charge me $50.00 for a tire too small just to get home or $200.00 on a 15 mile tow. .... Ummmm, negative batman, I had my car towed to the nearest AAA and spent my 1200.00 with them.

Had ongoing AC issues where unit was not cooling. Other repair shop struggled to diagnose, however Klever was able to root cause quickly and had my vehicle back on the road within 48 hours.Highly Recommend using them!Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Este sitio no se lo recommends a nadie aqui solo trabajan gente inutil e infuciciemte son males lanterns y mechanics que solo saben robar a la gente.I do not recommend this site to anyone, only useless people work here and they are evil Lanterns and Mechanicals who only know how to steal from people.

Today, They lost a good customer. I gave this business 3 tries and they deserve a 1 star rating. This morning I went to get my tire plugged and the guy who serviced the tire was rude even though I greeted him warmly (en Espa�ol) .He refused to plug the tire and insisted I needed a new one. I said "OK'. And paid $50 for a used tire. Even before he was finished the work. He yelled at me that I needed to pay the clerk. She was rude also. I payed and I was going to provide a tip but I decided not to because they were so rude.When the guy was done with the replacement tire. He left my spare tire outside of the car. When I asked him to load the spare back into the car he rudely refused. At this point I was tired of him being rude and I approached him and asked again. He responded "you going to tip me"? Of course I said no and made a note to leave a review.I wonder if it is a race thing? My wife is Latina and I am Black and they normally give her decent service.I will never use them again and I will not allow my wife to give them anymore of my money (so far over $800).

I just want to thank Carlos, Andrew, and Lilly. I do not know what I would do without finding Klever.I have been going through some of the hardest times of my life.It is because of Klever I m able to get my life back on track as I go through a divorce.Not only are they incredibly kind, and incredible at what they do, but their prices are right, and they approach every single customer personally.They care more about being there for the community than they do about anything else like price gauging which is why I know this is one of the best repair shops in Charlotte. Period! It is because of Klever I know I have an ally in the community, and a place I know I can take my car on any day to get fixed. They also fix your car so quickly.They do an incredible job!!! I don t know where any of these other lower star reviews are coming from but I m telling you right now you will not regret it.You can Trust them!Great service, incredible prices, family owned and operated!Thank you, Klever!!

I have taken my car's to this shop for year's now. The prices are affordable and their work is top notch . I recommend anyone who can't afford outrageous, ridiculous prices to call or go to Klevers! Great Company, good honest worker's ( even towards us lady's who may not know as much about Auto work ). They are the place to Go.... Services: Tires, Brakes, BatteryServices: Tires, Brakes, Battery

Everyone s very friendly all the mechanics are great helpful Luis, Juan a go above and beyond to help you give amazing customer service all guys have except for the owner s wife she s rude needs to maintain a professional attitude I understand she owns the place but if that ha the case I ll take my. Business else where.. She also Rushing customers to get payment as if people probably have previously left without paying .. but this is so uncomfortable due to the fact that she s just like watching you and it s so awkward but nothing other than that the mechanics do a really good job and they re very helpful when I go I try to go when she s not working period !

These guys are fantastic and even tho the prices have gone up, I understand how business owners are. But the bilingual assistance and quick repairs make up for corporate greed. Every worker there is respectful and you never have to wait. I will continue to get my tires from here.

This is my 2nd time visiting this location! Each time I have left with no service! Both times i have went they never given me the services i ask for! They are charging $60 for used tires saying they are new & they used! For $60 you can get a brand new tire! Being that they was my last result and all the other tire company had closed i was willing To pay the extra $25 for a used tires. They refuse to plug one of my tires. They all started acting like they didn't understand english! They are very racist! Choose wisely when going to this place!Service: Tires

Okay this going to be a long read. Mother alot which this place is Okay as best . I have been here twice in the past three weeks brake and cablier and now control arms for my car they do fix a car in a day good. The bad is i probably have to take my car back so re fix it again. They a three month warranty on a repair. If you only talk English it will be hard for you. They do have English speaking workers there but if they are not there that day. And do think they favor latino and Hispanics and Spanish . Reasonable price. But please make sure it is done correctly . I will go again

They only get a star because the problem was fixed on one tire. I had the worst experience ever dealing with them. I went to get my two rear tires replaced by them and was quoted a ten minute wait. I heard banging at my car to see the employee hammering my lug nuts and then proceeding to strip with the power tool. I offered a tool from my truck to remove lug nuts easier he said it was fine. Several employees were watching him and looking at me. I walked closer to see all of my bolts were warped and I immediately said something about them to him. He claimed he did not speak English well and sent me to talk to the lady in the office.. she then referred me to another gentleman who originally said it happens all the time and it was fine until I let him compare the front tire lug nuts to the rear tires. He agreed to repair one set of lug nuts even though both were stripped. During my frustrations the employees who were watching it happen proceeded to laugh like I was over exaggerating the ordeal. Very unprofessional. I never received any kind of apology.Service: Tires

I went to get my inspection done and the service was great. The staff was friendly even though they were super swamped with work. They did an exceptional job and it was very quick. Also affordable.

Very busy place, they are focused on getting you in and out with very little communication or negotiation. Most likely because I don't speak Spanish but they had the size tire I needed. A little overpriced but on a Sunday afternoon and a hard to find tire size, it was worth it.

Very friendly and helpful. They helped me on several different occasions when my tow trucks tire blew out. They are responsible with the prices and work at a steady pace to get you back up and running. Will definitely recommend customers that I tow to give them a try.

Stopped by here to get my tire checked. Turns out I had a slow leak which they plugged.. the tire pressure went low again the following day, not sure if it was due to a shady plug or just my tire..smh can't blame them for that. It was inexpensive. The only complaint I have is sometimes it's difficult to access the garage off S. Blvd because a lot of times there are many people and cars here.. however, I would stop and inquire with them first if I needed car help because it's local to me and I have been here already.

Went and got a tire gave them my wheel lock key for my tire so they could get my old tire off. When they were done they gave me the bag my wheel lock key was in. When I got down the road I noticed the bag didnt have the wheel lock key in it so I called but they were closed. I called the next morning and they said they had it I live 20 mins away so came there next business day and they could not find it. They tried 3 different wheel lock keys on my car that they had "forgotten" to give back other customers. They couldnt find it but suggested that they could take all the locks off the tires and put regular lugs when I didn't want to do that they suggested I go to the dealership and buy another one even though they lost it. I have been coming here for years but I won't be back. Make sure you check everything before you leave because if they lose it they will say you must of lost it and you will have to replace it.Service: Tires

I went in for one thing and he told me that I needed something else first.so he charged me $180 to take off ball joint and repair. Then Carlos charged me an extra $40 without telling me for a heating elements use. Now my tire is messed up and my problem is still not fixed....GO TO A SHOP WITH A MAN. I DONT CARE WHAT SHOP AND WHAT MAN BUT HAVE A MAN THERE.

Went there for my front pads to be changed,I had the pads already I get told by a teenager nothing is wrong with my front pads so instead I was told its my rear rotors well three hundred and thirty dollars later the same problem I went there for is still not fixed. To top it off the front desk lady comes and says well were going to change the breaks but I don't know how your calibers are. How about im allset with spending another 300Service: Brakes

I have brought my vehicle here twice for tire repairs. They are fast anf courteous. Repaired the tire in question, then they checked and filled air for the other tires. Great value as well. Thanks!Service: TiresService: Tires

Very bad place to take your vehicle. There is no organization and very poor customer service. Only 1 person speaks fluid english (supposedly), and you can blatantly tell when they are trying to get over on you. I got my vehicle back and still had to go to an autozone and do my own diagnostic to find the original issue. In saying that, this place is a family owned scam. Very un-knowledgeable.
