This is a great team! All employees were extremely respectful, efficient, and welcoming. As a young woman unfamiliar with this kind of stuff, I really appreciated Q, Craig, and the team being patient with me and taking the time to answer all of my questions. They walked me through each itemized charge, even showing me how dirty my cabin air filter was. I needed an inspection, service, and oil change and they were done in 30 minutes. Will be returning to this location for all my future needs.

Five stars for a super easy annual inspection. I usually bring my cars to another place but they weren't able to fit the Sprinter van into their garage due to a low clearance issue. Okay, so we're here and it was perfect. Cheaper, too!Maybe not as quick, since they do other repairs here and I had to wait a bit but that's to be expected. Still, friendly and helpful and they got it done.Keep in mind that these places do not make much money, if any, on these inspections. They do it because it brings in future potential business and it will be for me when the wagon needs its next oil change.

I m a traveling female Sales Manager. I m in my car all day everyday. My oil light came on twice yesterday. I know those sensors don t lie. So I pulled off 77 to checked my oil & sure enough it was low. So I went to the closes Jiffy Lube off S.Blvd. I ve never been to a Jiffy Lube before & I had no idea what to except. I was so impressed with the treatment & professionalism Craig showed me that I asked to speak with the manager of store. After talking with Big Boss Q (16 yr veteran at that store/ 26 yrs w Jiffy Lube), I understood why his guys treated me they way they did, because the Manager Q teaches them to treat everyone like family! Now I'm a Jiffy Lube family member! I will be back to visit my guys on South Blvd (store 3855)! Thank you Craig & Q for taking such good care of me!

I just visited this shop this morning. First person that greets me is very kind. I asked him would I get out in 30 minutes and he says yes we re talking you in right now . This is NOT my first time at this shop. I actually usually have a great experience. HOWEVER today the man that they have collecting payments has NO clue on how to use a coupon for fleet vehicles(which I use without any issue) He proceeds to tell me he can t scan my phones even though my phone says show the phone to the representative and gives detailed instructions on how to process this. After finally figuring out how to enter in this code, I receive my notice to approve services and I pay immediately. I get a confirmation from my bank that charges were authorized. He proceeds to put in another work order which i tell him I m not paying. Mind you now it s past the 30 minutes! My car is out waiting for new after 15 min (so the team performing it were not the problem) . I call my fleet company and they tell me it was authorized . I asked them to call him because his attitude was just not tolerable. I come back in and hear the phone ring and he hangs up and doesn t say a word to me! After a few minutes, I said sir am I good? He says yep . No receipt, no have a great day, no sorry about the wait. People who don t wish to work customer service should really reconsider this job. If you re having a bad day, please stay home because paying customers don t deserve this treatment. I have contacted corporate and will be waiting for a response from the franchise owner of this establishment! Go somewhere else

The best car experience I have EVER had! I needed an oil change, full synthetic. The mechanic came in and showed me that my cabin air filter was SO dirty. They offered that it needed to be changed and I needed an oil flush (something that has never been done on my 2018 car). He showed me exactly on the computer when those things should be done and how overdue I was, pulling my old Jiffy Lube record and showing me that it hasn't been done.They were done in not even 30 minutes. I ran to grab a coffee and when I came back, they were all done! I had a $100 gift card and a coupon but the coupon didn't work. The man at checkout offered to find another one for me and got me $20 off. After I was all checked out, he walked me out to my card and opened and closed my door for me! Such kind people and I feel like I wasn't being spoken down to or trying to get scammed.

First time here. Brought my Tesla in for NC State Inspection. Super fast. Barely had time to read two pages of my book. Quentin and Joe took great care of me and my vechicle. And the total was less than $14. These great guys only charge for the Safety portion of the inspection (Tesla, no emissions) where I now know that other places in past years charging $30+ were charging for both parts. Shame on me for not knowing, but kudos to these guys. I m impressed. Will be back with my wife s Pilot when we need other services.

I have been coming to this same shop for over 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. Everyone is extremely welcoming, I ve been given opportunities to learn about issues with my car so I know what type of maintenance the team is performing. They are efficient and thorough. I definitely would recommend stopping by.!

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change for $30. I wanted to upgrade it to a synthetic blend from the standard oil. They ended up charging me $63 for one extra quart of oil and the switch. The oil change ended up costing me $93. My fianc� went to Walmart two days later and got a full synthetic oil change For $65 I feel like I was totally taking advantage of the pricing goes.

I went there for an oil change today. I asked the price, they told me and then said there was an added "shopfee". I have never experienced this with any other oil change place. I asked about it and was told that it was "Like a tip for the service". I promptly left, went to a competitor and was told there that they had never heard of anyone charging a shop fee in addition to the oil change. Beware and stay away from this place!

As a female it can be very nerve wracking to go to a mechanic because you re afraid of being taken advantage of. But these guys have been pretty honest with me about what I actually do and don t need so they ve never pressured to up charge me. So I ve become a regular here!

I went to this location specifically because my daughter was asleep in the car & they said I could stay in my vechile while they did my oil change. Quentin was so kind we became instant friends. Do not take your vehicle here. I went in for a routine oil change and they forgot to replace the dipstick plug. That caused an engine service issue and a trip to the dealer. The dealership discovered the dipstick plug lying loosely in the engine bay and a $200 service bill. I took this bill and the writeup back to this location. They have been giving me the runaround on a refund and reimbursement for two months. Incompetent and wreckless service performance followed up by zero accountability and customer service. They screwed my car up and have refused to compensate me for their mistake.Follow up: I emailed the address below and no response for over a week. The lack of accountability and follow up here continues to amaze me

I LOVE GETTING MY OIL CHANGED HERE! This is the only place I will ever get my oil changed! They are fast, efficient and they get the job done RIGHT! And did I mention how fun and friendly they all are? Valvoline Instant Oil Change in the Southend on South Blvd makes me want to go in for an oil change! They are just that good!!!

These comments do not reflect my experience with every Jiffy Lube. The prior experience I had was remarkable but it was a different location. Comparing that experience with the one I had today was night and day.

I had a wonderful experience today with Jalen at Jiffy Lube. I told him that I had a problem with my battery on a Sunday when most places are closed, & I didn't think it would last until the next day. He was more than helpful in making a recommendation & switching out the batteries seamlessly. I was truly grateful for such customer service & wanted to thank Jalen yet again for his help.

Quintin runs a wonderful shop here. All the employees are kind and efficient. Quintin took the time to show me what maintenance is required to keep my 2004 Honda running for so many more years without trying to get me to do it all that day at his shop. I will definitely be coming to this jiffy lube from here on out. Can t recommend enough!!

Excellent and professional service. I have had several bad experiences getting work done on my car in the past at other businesses, but I am very happy with the service I received here. I worked mainly with Quentin, who was very kind and did a great job of explaining all the work that he was doing. Upon arrival i wasn't greeted or giving any information in regards to what type of service was available for my vehicle. I had to ask, who ever the guy was, he was acting like I wasn't important because of the car I was driving. I would say customer sucked. Never been to a place that charged you to top off your fluids. It was an awful experience. The sticker said vip, but wasn't treated that way. Got back in my car windows had streak all over them. The only good thing was the waiting area. It is several other oil change places on south Blvd. I will definitely go there instead of coming to this location. Customer service is golding but here you don't get it. I felt like I wasn't an important customer to them. I will not be back and wouldn't recommend this place. Learn how to treat people with the upmost respect and not base it on a vehicle. I set there and notice how other people were treated and I didn't get that treatment, hmmm maybe it was the color of my skin. I repeat I will not be back. I will give them a 1 star only because I can't give none. Very disappointed
