I had Scott in vehicle number 55 come out and help me into my locked ford transit cargo van and his customer service was great! He was able to get in within 10 minutes after going through a 3rd party within enterprise ( it was a rental) and several others tried and gave up! he was very confident he would be able to get the job done and did just that. Thank you again Scott! I appreciate his helpfulness.

Charles Davis came in good time got my car hooked up quick and gave me a lift home. The man knows what he s doing it was cool to see how he effortlessly got my truck that was stuck in park off the flatbed. Overall great guy, bad attitude free! Thanks Charles!

Was told they pulled the driveshafts out when they towed it clearly they did not do that and lied about it throwing gear oil everywhere poor business management

I have to give a shout out to Austin, who went WAY above and beyond what I expected with my tow and the whole customer service experience. Thanks so much to him, the patient tow driver Jimmy, who rescued me from the side of the road and all the staff at Hunter. Good people. I will highly recommend this business.

My wife and I were involved in a seven car collision on 12/28/23 on I-77 in Charlotte,NC. Hunter Towing was the company called to the scene. This company is top notch professional.We were able to ride to their tow yard with the tow vehicle. Dawn and the office staff were great.They helped us find a suitable rental vehicle and transported us to the rental company.When we returned to the yard at 5:00 pm. They had two men,Andy and Robert,waiting to help us unload our van and load our rental truck.Needless to say we thankful and impressed,and highly recommend this company on Brookshire Blvd ,Charlotte NC.

My gas tank was punctured driving to the airport and I was stranded and hour and a half from home. Anthony on truck 52 showed up within an hour and was efficient, professional, and made me feel safe driving all the way back to my small town with him. He was such a great driver and was so friendly. He worked quickly to get the vehicle unloaded and in the right place the automotive business wanted. I fully recommend their towing service if you get Anthony!

Broke down where the truck and trailer had to be towed separately. Took the truck to the shop and the trailer to their yard. Stored trailer for couple of days no additional charge. Was reasonably priced. Actually expected two tows to cost more than $750. Drivers were awesome.

Michael in truck 28 was amazing. He was knowledgeable and was able to get my car to its destination in a timely manner. He even had great conversation as well. Great guy, great driver.

My tow driver was Tod and let me tell you something, PROFESSIONAL! This man has serious experience with towing cars. Not only did he do it flawlessly but the time efficiency was incredible. From the time I requested a tow to it going to where I needed it was less than an hour all together. Tod is the man and he made sure to not mess up my lowered vehicle.

Stop flying up the road and riding people s a## on N Davidson (not even half a car length distance from my bumper & so close I couldn t tell what was behind me) 2/22/24! As many bad wrecks as you see, you still don t have enough sense to drive safe!? Not to mention you were doing 45-50 in a 25 mph zone, swerving all over the place, and the car you were pulling didn t have the lights on all through NODA in a highly walked area! I have a class A CDL and you shouldn t be driving anything, especially not a tow truck! This 1 star review is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY and this is what Google reviews are for! People should know how your company abuses their vehicles while they are being towed as well. You are just another company owner who could care less about anything but money. Saying these reviews from multiple people complaining about your drivers are senseless is a sign you don t understand how reviews work. I saw every single thing I needed to see about your company from your drivers behavior last night! If I m minding my business and I m treated like that and bullied and ran off the road, then sir YOU NEED TO HIRE NEW DRIVERS! They damn sure wouldn t do that if I was in my truck! You are pathetic! These reviewers aren t just deciding oh let me go write a bad review on Hunter for no reason ITS BECAUSE YOU HAVE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVERS! I have videos also! Do you want those posted also to make you look like an enabler? Get over yourself and go watch the dash cam

Don t even bother! Rudest people around! You have my cc on file so that should be proof enough. Seems like your normal comment back to people knowing that is your solution. Older man I talked too didn t care and told me after I waited an hour to call someone else if I didn t want to wait but the colored lady told me an hour before you guys were on your way. That when I called back for the older man that answered and said what he said. That s when I called my guy towing and got a very nice gentleman. Told me he would be there in 45 minutes and showed up with no complaints. I get it if you guys are busy just be honest and nice. Being rude to people is not nice

I did not use this service however I was stuck in traffic in 77 south. To give you an idea it normally takes me 20 min to get home from work, 30 w normal traffic. This took an hour. There was a truck behind me riding my tail for miles and honking at me even though there was nowhere to go. I was worried he was going to rear end me. As we approached the next exit the driver made an aggressive move and sped up onto the shoulder (illegal) to get onto the ramp. That's when I was able to see it was your company. Very aggressive driver and your drivers should not be such rude idiots on the road.

I had requested a tow through my insurance, and they had called Hunter on my behalf. The hunter staff kept me informed on the estimated pick-up time and responded in a timely manner. Unfortunately, some damage occurred during the tow. Charles, Dawn, and Clay were honest, professional, and responsive on getting the damage addressed and fixed. They were extremely helpful and clearly communicated throughout the process. I highly recommend Hunter for towing services. They will ensure you and your vehicle are taken care of. My son is in his 20s and fell on hard times. As a result, he recently moved back home. His girlfriend s car, previously stolen, blew a tire causing them to almost hit a tree. While many were judgmental, spending the majority of their time trying to determine if we stole the car (while we waited for a tow truck?), Michael in truck 28 was kind, helpful, and completed a complex removal of the car bringing it safely back to my house. Thank you for being a true professional Michael.

Hit two curbs and had two flat tires! My insurance company called Hunter Tow and Joshua came to my rescue... and he was the ABSOLUTE KINDEST!He took his time and care with my car, had wonderful conversation, and did all he could to help me get back on the road... A PERFECT PROFESSIONAL! Thanks again Joshua for EVERYTHING!

The folks at Hunter Auto made a stressful day, much easier to handle. I would highly recommend them and am glad I have a reliable company to call when I need another tow! My driver, Norris, communicated well with me and was great to chat with on our traffic filled ride. Norris & Hunter Auto made what is normally a really cruddy experience, into just a little hiccup that day. Thank you!

My car insurance company referred me to Hunter Towing after my car had broken down in the middle of Providence Road on a weekday morning; Mike responded to my request for a tow to the to the dealership for repair. He arrived quicker than estimated and was very kind and reassuring as he loaded my car from the busy street. He went above and beyond to give me a ride to get my husband s car so that I would have transportation to pick up my toddler from preschool. I cannot thank Mike enough for his kindness and professionalism in helping me during a difficult situation! My car made it to the dealership and luckily was repaired. I highly recommend Hunter Towing and encourage asking for Mike, he s just the kind of person you would want to show up and put you at ease during a stressful time.

Today I had the best service with Michael Baucom (Mike). He gave impeccable service, very friendly, caring, professional. We cannot say enough about this encounter. I wish Mike could be used as a role model for companies to follow. Dr. Brown and I were truly impressed and hope we can emulate the positive impact that Mike portrays for himself and his company.We will forever be loyal to Hunter Wreckage because of the interaction with Mike

Needed my car towed ASAP and Andre in Truck 61 was the best tow truck driver I ve ever had, my car is lowered and I m used to tow truck drivers causing damages and then not covering them due to my car being low. But he went the extra mile and managed to get it on his truck without a scratch. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had a pretty gnarly situation to deal with for a non-profit project I've been working with which involved moving a 20' and 40' containers. The 20' was on a 12-ton utility trailer, and the 40' was on a shipping container chassis. Both containers had windows and other non-standard items attached to them, and had to be removed from their trailers and set on the ground in two different locations. I was concerned about the timing, damage to the windows and other parts of the units, and various other related logistics.I went by Hunter's office, which is right between NODA and uptown, and met with the owner, Rick Hunter, who came recommended by Rick Beaver, the owner of Piggyback trucking - and has also been very helpful with this project.Rick Hunter sat down with me to discuss the project, and surprised me by almost immediately going himself to the project location and scoping out the containers and one of the destination sites. We discussed our plans, and he was surprisingly accommodating of my uncertainty about the destination (I was still figuring out exactly where they needed to go).When the day came, he sent out his heavy lifter (a very impressive large vehicle used for lifting trucks out of rivers and that sort of thing I think), a flatbed, and a regular towing rig, and supervised some of the operation himself.It was a tremendous relief to get these boxes moved, and I'm convinced almost nobody else in town could have pulled off Hunter did in terms of experience and equipment. I'm very grateful for all their efforts.Rick's a no-nonsense guy, and I know from past experience he's partnered with Habitat for Humanity, and will not hesitate to recommend them for towing and equipment relocation.

My tow driver Reggie went above and beyond with my child's car late last night. It only took 8 minutes for him to arrive after i put the service in for a tow truck, that was greatly appreciated cause everytime i use my tow service it takes 2 and 3 hrs before a truck arrives. I needed help with the car again the next day and he was available to assist and I greatly appreciate Reggie for all that he did.

i got my car towed by this company, service was fast and man was nice and patient. only bad thing was the driver took my keychain and only left my car key, in my locked car not in the drop off box of my preferred location. glad i have my car key, very sad and frustrated that my keychain was stolen. management said driver stated nothing had been removed from my keys but unfortunately that was not true. i hate that but i guess there s nothing i can do about it now.

They have another location on brookshire that they don't tell anyone about. It is not open 24 hours and they are bringing cars here. You will not get access to your car to remove any personal belongings after business hours. Which is 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday.

Our car was stuck in a very awkward position and other towing companies told us they would ruin the car trying to move it. One towing company told us to call Hunter, and it was the best advice I was ever given. They sent Ben, who definitely knew how to handle a tow truck. Our car was quickly rescued with no further damage! Will never call anyone else.

Mike #33 did a great job with towing my car. The previous guy wasn t able to help but when Mike came out, he ensured me with full confidence that he would be able to tow it with minimal damage so thank you.
