I had the best experience, at Grease Monkey, the other day. The assistant manager Monty was helpful, professional, and very friendly. He went over my service, needs line item by line item, explained everything to me and cherry on the cake got everything done in less than a half an hour. I highly recommend anyone needing their car serviced to go to grease monkey! The best!

I m from out of town, was delayed on getting my oil change. While out & about with my mom, we came across a place called Grease Monkey. I thought why not give it a try? I will be honest, at first I left dissatisfied to say the least because there had been an issue. But because I chose first to contact them vs just continue to feel the way I did & leave a crappy review which I know from my own experience that no business needs to have I ended up very much pleasantly surprised by the way they offered to resolve the issue & live up to the business s motto of Always Do the Right Thing.I am grateful to know businesses still exist that care enough to provide above average customer service.

I am new to the area and visited this location for the first time today. Upon entry the customer service was top tier! For instance, the team of staff were verbally welcoming, professional, and timely with completion of service. Although I came in for only an oil change. The manager, Tyrone pointed out other legit observations that I had overlooked. I am very pleased with my overall services. Especially, the much needed headlight restoration, and plan to return again to get my brakes replaced. Also Grease Monkey is a military friendly establishment offering military discounts. I plan to be a loyal customer and highly recommend!

Had an issue with an oil change, which no one does their job perfectly. But when it came to the attention of the owners, they offered to fix it for me completely. Note that they reached out to me to fix it, I did not have to go to them. Despite the mess up, it matters most how they fix it. The employees try and their bosses do as well. Give em a chance, I'll be back myself.

Service and communication was horrible I went in last week on Friday for a basic tune up that was roughly 300$ bill need less to say it went from 908$ down to almost 650$ worth of work. The mechanic (Tyrone)was new to the store location not sure if he s new to the company which doesn't excuse the fact that his communication was poor.. He took it upon himself to fix other things on my vehicle without my consent. Not only that but I was supposed to be going out of town that evening I had to leave my car in the shop over night which was not planned for because of a part that was unavailable.. I will not be going there again and also I later found out from an employee that this is a way to finagle customers.Its clear that people have no values or morals or even the slightest customer service skills. I will not be recommending nor returning to this location.

Driving by looking for places to get an inspection and saw grease monkey. Perfect timing as they got me right in. Took about ten minutes in and out. Delvin was great and explained everything that was going on with my vehicle. Will definitely be coming back for future services.

Went in for an oil change, the staff was kind enough to check out a leak I had as well. Pricing was fair and affordable, I would recommend.

Came up here a little uneducated and nervous due to the fact I'm a woman. Tim and Delvin were wonderful and explained everything to me down to the dos and do nots lee downstairs was quick and efficient overall excellent service and made a life long customer

This shop is fantastic and Kelvin and matt provided the best customer service with a smile and took care of me in less than 15 min, this is the only place that will take care of my cars moving forward!
