These guys were fantastic. They gave me a quick reasonable quote for tires for my bus. John was very knowledgeable about the options available. He gave me an accurate estimate of when the tires would be available, they were on time for the appointment and finished in the timeframe he provided. Everyone in the shop was very courteous and helpful. They also did an oil change. I will definitely go back for future services.

I was scheduled to have an interview with this company at their branch location. My interview was scheduled 5 days in advance of the interview date. I arrived to my interview early. When I walked in the hiring manager had someone else come tell me that the position had already been filled. This was the most unprofessional interview process I have ever been apart. I received no warning ahead of time that the position had already been filled. The hiring manager didn t even have the courage to approach me himself and tell me that he wasted my time and fuel getting there. I could only imagine how unprofessional this Manager is within his branch if he is this negligent and unprofessional towards a potential employee. 10 out of 10 would not recommend anyone waste their time here. Michelin also makes better tires.

My truck needed 2 new front tires and when I called at 4, Dustin answered and he was very polite helpful and patient. My driver was very happy with the way he was treated when arrived. Even thou they close at 5:30 he took us in at 4:30, and did was he promised, very happy with Customer Service.

I always come to get my tires and work done here. If your looking for some honest people that want take advantage of the situation, this is the place to come. An the customer service is awesome!

Quick service, called ahead for an appointment and found out it was first come first serve. When I got in it was just 1 ahead of me getting tires and only took 20-30 minutes for the guys RV. So my 1 tire on a f-550 took all of 15 minutes. The staff was loose and scheduled an appointment with the oil change guy for a oil change on the spot. Good service good people

Absolutely awesome service!I called trying to get in at the store up near Greensboro and they had no openings so they directed to Charlotte headed south in my direction.I called them let then know what I needed got an appointment the next morning.They got me in at the time they said, corrected my problem never tried to over sell anything else and answered all and any other question I had.No room for trailers so just have a place to drop and bobtail in or just ask them if they know of anywhere that you could.There is a small break room and restroom for use.Prices are reasonable too.

Was there yesterday to get new steers on my truck, felt the service wasn t good at all and overpriced. One of the texts was dragging my new drive tires, when I asked what he was doing, he replied the brakes wouldn t release. The air buzzer was going off and that was the reason, when I brought it to a manager attention, it was like as if I was complaining for nothing. I m not the one to leave comments, but my experience was overwhelmingly terrible.

Goodyearr in Charlotte is a great place they take there time and attend to your truck. The staff are very friendly, and nice. I am a company driver and this is who takes care of our fleet. If I owned my trucks I would possibly take them here to have tires done depending on the price. I will return, just remember they take their time will the truck, so jusr be prepared.

Just wanted to say what a great guy Fred R. is to work with. His customer service skills are top notch. The quality of the tires have improved since Fred joined Wingfoot.

Bought a used tire on Saturday it blown on Monday. Went back to get another one and they don t stand by they re products. Was gonna buy 8 drive tires. Will not do any more business with them. The service manager acts like a bully.,

Don't bother showing up when it's over 30 minutes before closing time they want it to be a call out. Like Semi tires aren't expensive enough already.

They left my gas cap off and it rain hard I just hope that water didn't go in there , I would say go there but check behind them they ,are a little negligence

After having my Motor Home brought to a stand still over a $10.00 part ( extender valve for inner rear tire) I stopped by Goodyear and they installed the new part and got me down the Road. Thank you.
