GMP in Charlotte is simply the best. They have a huge, clean and impressive facility. Staff has been great, especially my Service Advisor Phil who not only helped me get what I needed for my B9 SQ5 but advised on future plans for the vehicle while sharing passion and knowledge for European Performance vehicles.I am very happy with the work done.

Gil G.I had new tires installed and a 4 wheel alignment done on my 718 Porsche Cayman S. I dealt with Phil at GMP who was able to locate the Michelin Pilot 4S tires that I wanted, that were pretty scarce due to their high demand. Phil was very professional and helpful. Based on my feedback to him on how the steering felt when making tight turns at very low speed, such as when parking, he recommended making certain adjustments to the alignment settings. The recommendations greatly improved the issue. It was evident to me not only in talking to Phil, but in seeing the shop, that GMP has a lot of experience working on Porsches. This was my first experience with the shop, and I will definitely be going back to have all of my maintenance work done there. I am also considering having GMP do a stage 1 APR tune on my car.

I brought my 2013 S4 to GMP for a lowering spring install and alignment recently. This is the second time I ve used them, the first time was for an overheating issue that popped up and the level of professionalism and service received made me a repeat customer. This time I dealt with Matt and Phil and both were fantastic. There was constant communication throughout the process and any questions I had were answered promptly. GMP is the only shop I will bring my car to, you have a customer for life.

I had my exhaust installed by GMP-Atlanta South. They did a very professional job from check-in to check out. The install was clean and my technician was excellent. I was able to work while I waited and enjoyed listening to the sounds of my exhaust on my way home.

I took my Subaru WRX here after getting some new wheels that every other shop had trouble balancing. I came to GMP and told them about my issue and that I wanted a road force balance. They did the work, found out I had defective tires, and got me sorted with some new ones. They were punctual, professional, and got the job done quick. 100% would recommend these guys for anything.

GMP took on the project of resealing my 3.6 liter 964 engine recently and it came out amazing! Phil and Ben spearheaded the project, and in a little more than a month had purchased all necessary parts, completely disassembled the engine, resealed everything and did testing.I got the car back last week and 200 miles in everything is running great. The gang at GMP is awesome - great work and fair prices!

GMP - has serviced my Porsche twice now and I am very pleased with the performance. Scheduling is easy and they work hard to accommodate the customer. They even took time to help me understand the bells and whistles of my vehicle. Highly recommended.

Wow wow wow! Since entering into the German automotive world (BMW and now Audi) I have been searching for an honest facility to maintain, repair, and even upgrade my car. From my first interaction with Phil to meeting some of the team, it was top notch service! They were 200-300 cheaper than every other repair shop I called, and 500 less than the dealer price! I will definitely be back and I have no doubt that I will make this my permanent home for my euro cars! Big shoutout to Matt as well who took over for Phil when he had to leave early for the day!

Awesome shop! Phil was great to work with. He helped me diagnose my issue and pick out quality parts. Their detail team did a great job. Phil consigned and sold my vehicle and it was a painless experience. I will definitely use them again even though they are three hours from my hometown.

This is the second time I ve had my M8 to GMP for upgrades. Both times they exceeded expectations in knowledge, service and installation. Next we re going to tackle my wife s Panamera. Wouldn t consider that unless I was extremely happy.

Excellent service and price was more than fair. I had requested a service that I thought I needed. After the inspection they called and told me it wasn t necessary and speaks volumes about their operation. I absolutely recommend them! 987 Boxster.

GMP Charlotte recently serviced my 2018 cayman and I could not be more pleased. They serviced what needed to be serviced and advised what didn t need to be worked on based on the miles and age of my vehicle. Pricing was very fair. Phil is a great service rep and was excellent to work with. I plan to continue to use GMP for future service and performance work. Highly recommended for German vehicle owners in the Charlotte area.

I needed to fund someone in the Mooresville area to fix the air conditioning on my daughter s Audi, which I ve been drivingIm not at all familiar with Audi, but GMP is. They let me know everything that needed attention and what the priority level was.Communication from Jason was great! And appreciated.Air conditioning fixed, and a few other things. Ill return for next service.

I used GMP for a pre purchase inspection on a Porsche 996. Their customer service was excellent, pricing was fair, and their work meticulous; providing photos of all of the pertinent areas of the vehicle that they felt was worth addressing. They gave me the confidence to move forward with my purchase and because of this, I used them to service the vehicle.

Even though they specialize in German Auto, I had GMP style my 22 IS350 due to their reputation in the Charlotte area. I am thrilled with the quality of their work, the communication with Phil (my service advisor) and overall professionalism. I had my calipers painted a custom color (provided them with the requested Pantone info), chrome delete, and complete detail including ceramic coating. 5 stars!

GMP is a really great shop for your performance needs. I m giving 4 stars rather than 5 because I feel when installing multiple parts there should be a consolidated estimate rather than part by part. If you remove one thing and have to replace a new with something else it shouldn t be a ton of extra labor. Besides that beautiful shop and friendly staff

Happy with my Stage 2 tune on my SQ8! There were some issues after the tune but the guys were quick to respond and rectify the issues. I have no idea how I survived so long without a 700+ hp car in my life

After calling several tune shops, the level of knowledge and advice from GMP was top notch. Matt walked me through several options and was quickly able to send a detailed estimate after our conversation. They did great work and the car is night and day difference in performance.
