Everything went well for the service of My Malibu , brakes & Rotors, tune up and New set of tires! Very next day I brought my Fleetwood Cadilac in for a service on transmission leak, only thing I didn t agree with on that service, I was told one price over the phone, car was held one day, second day I called Gibbons for update on car, I was then told another price for the service we already knew was going to be needed! I spent $2552 on Malibu, so I was willing to pay the price qouted over the phone, I felt I was being price gouged ! So I didn t get the car service. Seemed to be a good Auto repair shop,but I just felt like because the customer pays up front that shops try to take advantage of customer!

I contacted Gibbons after receiving unsatisfactory quotes from other dealers regarding my brakes on my Volvo. Michael not only welcomed me to bring my car, but once I arrived treated me as if I was the most valued customer that they had that day! The service was very thorough and they kept me informed throughout the process and even sent pictures prior to completing work so that I may make an informed decision. I enjoyed every interaction with this company and now I can tell other people you should try my mechanic!

It s not about how much money they can make from you; it s all about the service they provide and getting you back on the road safely. They want your car running at the best performance at the best price. I love that! Everyone is friendly, and informative. If you re looking for a mechanic you can trust, this is the place.

Good and honest people. I needed a bunch of work done on my suspension and tire rods. They did it without much hassle on my end. They contacted my warranty consultant and made the claim on my behalf then explained everything in detail and provided me with paperwork including photos before starting repairs. Great communication on parts coming in and letting me know when repairs would be done. I will definitely be coming back for any other work my car needs.

Fantastic service!! I was in Charlotte for a work trip, hours from home, when my steering started acting up. Michael and Todd were able to diagnose the issue, and resolve it all in one day (while also keeping me in the loop via text- so helpful!!!). I would recommend this team to anyone local or passing through!

We brought our company truck to Gibbon Tire and Auto LLC to get assistance on a leak. After several hours, we received a text message from Gibbon Tire stating they replaced a clamp on my steering wheel column and the leak was fixed. I could come get my truck and my total was $250.00.We returned to pick up the truck, and as I drove it home, I told my wife it did not feel any differently while driving. After noticing it leak from the same spot two days in a row, we returned the truck to Gibbon Tire, notifying them that my truck was still leaking in the same spot. This morning, we were told, "Oh, well we didn't replace anything. We only tightened the hose. There must have been two leaks in two different spots. But we can fix the other one for $498, and I won't charge you another diagnostic" when I replied with the fact that it was leaking in the same exact spot. Their response was, "If I knew the leak was in the same spot, why didn't I fix it myself? The best I can do is $410.00". We definitely feel this is the 2nd and last time we will receive such inconsiderate, unethical, and unprofessional services from Gibbon Tire and Auto LLC. We do feel they were very deceitful and dishonest. Being that we have records and recordings of these conversations, we do plan to follow up with the BBB and all other concerning legal parties concerning this matter.

Very unprofessional and rude. Would not let me talk and kept cutting me off. They accepted my appointment online for a check engine light but rudely told meI had to drop it off and leave it until it was completely fixed and the diagnosis would take all day. I didn t get a chance to explain my situation because he overtalked me the whole time while he was on the phone with someone else. Bad attitude and was obvious he didn t want to deal with me at all. Called my phone later and tried to apologize and change his story but it was apparent he didn t want to help the first time so I ll find someone more helpful and honest.

Terrible job across the board. They are over-priced, couldn t diagnose the issue but were easy to charge the diagnostic fee. I ended up spending almost $700 and got nothing out of it. I ended up paying $520 (all in) at Woody s Auto who did a phenomenal job and got the job DONE. Shame on this auto shop for their terrible service and charging customers for an issue that was not fixed. I advise everyone not to go here.

We originally went here bc they honor our warranty, but now I d highly recommend them regardless. We recently had an issue with an oil light and realized we somehow had no oil. We were sure it was going to be some big issue. We dropped it off that day and he called my husband a few minutes later to tell us there was no issue, the last place to change our oil never put the filter back on. It would of been easy for them to charge us for something they didn t need to fix, but that s not how they operate. They re always very friendly, reasonable, and reliable!

One of the worst things about moving is finding a new mechanic. So glad I discovered this shop! These guys are the real deal; kind, affordable, and they explain everything from diagnostics to possible repair options. Saved me a ton of money and from purchasing new tires when I didn t them. Very friendly & comfortable atmosphere.I drove past this location many of times and overlooked it. I decided to stop a week ago to ask questions on repairs & services on my mercedes, which had been taken to several places with no good results in replacing/repairing my brake line and other services that was needed. Service fee was a lil too high at my Mercedes Dealership, but couldn't find anywhere I could actually trust in doing honest work. Gibbons Tire & Auto did an excellent job and the vehicle was ready for pickup in a couple of days. It's good knowing a trusted automotive service provider.I will definitely recommend this location without a doubt. I was Excited to know that they work on all makes & models vehicles, so I've landed on a great service location for my other vehicles as well.Thanks again; Todd, Michael & Mechanics that knows their job & great services provided. You'll are such honest people. I'm so excited and appreciative of the kindness and advised given on my other vehicles.I'll see you'll soon with the other vehicles.Ms. Hill

Moving to a new city, finding a reliable auto shop is always tough. After looking through reviews, I decided to go to Gibbon for my state inspection.The owner and the service advisor are top notch guys, who tell you how it is and don't try to upsell you in the slightest. I was so impressed with their service, I came back a week later to get my brakes replaced with them.I HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your auto needs.Also, Beau, their shop dog is hands down the best shop dog I've ever met, so he gets the business a sixth star.

I went there to have my yearly auto inspection. I had a wonderful experience. They were very friendly and courteous to me. Very professional and explained to me what would be done. I will definitely use their services again, and recommend it to my family and friends!

10 on a 5 star scale! Todd saved me yesterday! I found a car I wanted to purchase down the road and with no warning I showed up at his shop and he had his guys inspect it thoroughly and gave me peace about my purchase. If he were closer to my home, I would go nowhere else for all of my auto needs. Wish they were closer!

I was told about Gibbon tire and auto services, how great and friendly they are. So I had to find out myself. I went inside of Gibbon tire service, and I was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter, and his partner came to greet everyone that walks through the door, is his bubby bouy, his friendly dog. I got a oil change, but to my surprise they top off my fluids, free !!! And a quick eye check to make sure I had no leaks. I have found my mechanic for good. Oh the nice guy behind the counter, was the owner himself Todd.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I visited this shop for a basis Oil change and Inspection. I was surprised by the friendly welcome and offer to work on my car right then. I wasn't able to stay that day but returned the next. While working on my car, they sent texts which were appreciated. The amazing thing was they found and fixed a noisy problem that was missed by Nissan and my regular service shop. I could tell a difference as soon as I drove my car. It is quiet again! Thank you Gibbons! Coming back for tire service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Chris and Todd are the absolute best! I m sure there were others that worked on my car but they took care of me and the warranty company. They updated me every step of the way. They did not sugarcoat or patch the problem they fixed it!!! They did not rush the job and it shows! I m very pleased with the service I received from Gibbon Tire. The thorough explanation of all work required came with pictures and videos to ensure I was well aware of my vehicles condition. There was no confusion surrounding what was needed, parts, labor or anything that usually makes one skeptical about services. I greatly appreciated the customer service and will be returning. As an added bonus, I got the chance to play with the most adorable dog ever!
