The prices are still reasonable but the service had gotten awfully slow here. If you don't mind waiting then you'll be just fine.

My experience was amazing. Not only did I receive over the top service. I was trained to do a task that I always desire to perform..............." That was to plug a tire". Fred was so willing, pleasant and respectful. An unpleasant situation turned into one of the most pleasant situations to be a part of. God connected me with an extended family at this location.The team was great.

I bought my 1st two front tires for my car and soon after need it to replace my two back tires. My back tires where not riding well after they put them on. Call them up almost 2 weeks later and the owner made good on my purchase and replaced my two back tires with no problem. Will definitely be back in the near future.. Thanks

Gave me bad tires. Did not balance it out. Tire went flat the next day went back got a new tire and it started shaking and swerving. Very unsafe. They don t care about your safety just want your money.

Don't try to call this place and talk to them because they have �short-tempered teenagers that are not supervised answering the phone who will just fly off the handle and hang up on you if they get slightly irritated with the length of the conversation. More than once I have called just to be told they don't have time to talk to me. You can get decent used tires here but the people that work there ARe obviously ignorant when it comes to customer service or being in any way cordial to their customers.

went to get a new rubber tire and a rim. guy said I didn't need a new rim so he fixed it. So I went to leave the place was completely full. so I slowy drove out of the place and the only option is to drvive over his old metal lift so a I did as slowly as I could and it popped my tires because the thing was broken apparently and they refused to give me knew ones. The whole thing could of been prevented with cones. JUST go to DISCOUNT TIRE the cheapest tires they have are $40 and brand new much less hassle.

They were friendly, courteous and quick. They mounted and balanced my new tires for a very reasonable amount. I'll definitely use them again.

If I could give it no stars I would this is the worst place to go for used tires or any service whatsoever all they did the entire time was talk amongst themselves there was nobody else there except my husband and I and I'm pregnant I had to get to a doctor's appointment and I made them aware of this and they still didn't put some fire under them to get things done we were there for two front tires and we waited for an hour when we were the only customers there... The worst part was they charge $40 for each tire and they were the crappiest tires ever I can't believe my husband said okay to those tires because two weeks later here it is and my tires are bald the ones we got from there completely 100% bald so I would steer clear of this place I don't know how they even have a business till not to mention I think they were selling drugs outside of their establishment in front of everybody to see and they definitely were cursing and all kinds of other things like that.

This is why black businesses suck. The manager that runs this junk yard has zero people skills. And the old lady in the office is just as screwed up as the manager. They only hire crackheads and drunks to do the labor. This one crackhead put a directional tire on backwards and got an attitude when I pointed that out. This jerk act like he didn't want to correct his problem. This place is for broke people who can't afford good service, and the staff treats you as such. Good luck and good riddance....

I d jump in a pool is sharks before going back to this bad business. They put a tire on that I had bought brand new and only ask them to put it on. They didn t put it on correctly and it went flat overnight. I go back up and these clowns want to charge me to fix their mistake. Tells me well you didn t buy the tire from me so not my problem .... if you didn t put it in correctly it is your problem!!! And people wonder why we don t support black owned businesses with they shady asses!!

Visited the Rozzelles Ferry location who told me they could not change a 22 inch tire but the Tuckasegee store could. I called the tuck store and was told that the Rozzelles location lied to me???? Very rude and and unprofessional tone by the associate as if I irritated him by saying the Rozzelles location told me they could do it. The lady who answered the phone was really nice and apologized for the young man s rude treatment. That s why it s hard to support some small businesses...

I've gotten a decent used tire here before, so I figured why not go back when I needed another one. Well I got 2 put on and not even a month later 1 blew. I would not recommend considering the fact that if this happens, you can't get it replaced.

Got fair prices. Good services. If they don't have tires you need they will try very hard to get the 1s you need.

Run!!! The Old Lady manager is a ghetto thug & bully. She gave the worst unprofessional customer service I have ever experience. Also I have reported them to the state for customer hazards. How can they remain legally in business?!?

this place is run by liars and Crack addicts, wasted two hours driving here because they said they had some tires that I needed. I get there and they say they sold them, but they have some other ones that are not as good. yeah right. don't waste your time.

Daughter of the owner very unprofessional and spoke with a attitude. Let people or friends of theirs skip the line, mind you I was returning because the plug they gave me was no good. NEVER AGAIN

Could only do our front brakes was told they didn't know how to do back brakes. When they have a sign that gives a price of both front and back brakes just seemed like the guy didn't want to do them.

Don't go to them they will try to get over on you they are very disrespectful unprofessional and there tires are complete TRASH
