Location is very close to my residence and the flexibility of being able to schedule a Sunday appointment makes it much more convenient with my busy schedule. Everyone was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and kept me updated on the progress. Also, completed the work in timely manner.

I sent my car for tmps issue. I was told the issue would be resolved within one hour and I will get notified. But I was not contacted, front desk told me they reset it so the issue was resolved, however, the tmps light was still on.Later on, I was told again it's because of the remote sensor and I have to bring my vehicle back again.

I previously posted a review of a bad experience I had at this particular location but it seems to have disappeared. Admittingly, I waited to post for a while but either way in doing so, the problem still happened with no solutions. I feel like people should know and understand how bad this company is on how everything was handled. The problem was that the technician couldn t read the diagnostic codes and then charged full price for the work. They had my car all day and there were no calls for updates or anything. I had to go up there right before they close to make sure I was getting back my car. I posted a review hoping that the higher ups in the company would understand but instead they had the store manager call me and tell me that his bosses told him to tell me that they won t help solve this problem, the review is invalid because of the date the situation took place to when I wrote the review, (the problem still occurred) he then asked me for paperwork of the other store I went too and what the problem ended up being to the car, he was coming off to me like my statements are invalid and false. I have Firestone paperwork that says on it that they couldn t read the codes. Overall, I will not be back to Firestone and I urge everyone to avoid this particular store, the fact they call to resolve a problem and all they did was berate me and say that there bosses told them to call me. Clearly if you read other reviews I am not alone in the way they conduct business. Just sharing my experience with Firestone so no one else will have to go through the same.

Had an appointment for a tire change, front desk worker confidently said to come back in an hour and it would be done. I returned an hour and a half later to see the car was untouched in the same spot in the parking lot. When I asked a different front desk worker about it, she lied and said it was in the back being worked on until I pointed to the car in the parking lot. Had to ask for updates continually. Though I tried to be as understanding and kind as possible because I know things happen, she was extremely rude and passive. No apologies, unhelpful, treated me as an inconvenience. I have never had a worst experience with customer service. Young, short haired woman was completely unprofessional and simply unkind.

Told them I was dropping my car off and going to the gym next door. They assumed I was dropping my car off and leaving it.. which I think they thought they had more time to work on it later. It was an oil change and car inspection. 3 1/2 hours later I finally got it.They did a good job and the customer service was good except the confusion of me waiting. I don t think it should matter if you re waiting or dropping it off. We all want our vehicles back as soon as possible. We pay way too much for the labor but they don t take our time into consideration. Time is money guys.. and you wasted mine.

Customer service representative was condescendingly rude. Aggressive when questioned and nonchalant about whether I stayed or go. Absolutely not a place I would refer to my daughter or anyone that values friendly customer service. Work was done to satisfaction but the representatives (plural) are the worst I have ever experienced.

Worst car service imaginable. I stopped by just to replace the brake pads, asked by phone how much it would cost. I was told that they could not say because they need to look at the car. though why is unclear. because I named them you can and the year of manufacture of my car. after the work was done I was billed $330 just to change the pads. to my surprise why it is so expensive and the fact that even in California I replaced my pads for only $210. I was told that Charlotte is not California! Well, that's it, Charlotte is not California and should, on the contrary, be cheaper. in general, do not come to the place in any case.

They are very friendly, personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and accommodating. Feels like a friendly neighborhood Firestone. Mike, RJ, and the rest of the gang are fantastic. Much happier there now than I was at the arboretum location.

My vehicle was delivered to Firestone as scheduled on Jan 1, and the services were performed as requested. Additional services were required pertaining to the brakes and rotors, which were approved, and my vehicle was ready to go in a very reasonable timeframe. THIS is the way automotive services should and need to be provided by a vendor. Very satisfied.

Before Mike even looked at my son's car, which had just failed inspection, he reviewed why it failed and gave me advice on how best to correct this issue. It was something the dealership would need to fix. He could have run an official diagnostic, charged me, and then confirm what he already knew. He didn't. He sent me to dealership and saved me the money. I really appreciated his candor. His whole vibe was cool and honest and I appreciated that. Thanks Mike!

The people were very polite and I appreciate and respect that. However, they told us they tried twice to put a alternator into my sons car. Then they were going to go to Honda. The airbag light? Would probably require them to go to Honda to repair it. I asked them to put the card together And my son brought it to a dealership. It was a battery. I don t know if it s just perhaps maybe a lack of experience? But please fire stone you cannot advertise that your experts in car repair with something like this. Just for note? The Hondalocation has had a relationship with me for 15 years. The car is running fine, so I promise I m not directing it for any other reason then the location needs more training. They were very professional speaking and they were kind people. Thank you.

This is the absolute worst Firestone location in operation. The technicians are not trained and management has no clue what s going on in the garage. I ve taken my car here for years and have had issues every single time. They have broken the undercarriage shield of my vehicle several times that I ve had to replace on numerous occasions (costing about $400 each time). In fairness, they replaced it once at no cost to me which was a breath of fresh air from the usual. But really, do I need to say thank you for having something fixed that you broke? Not impressed. I ve been under the impression that they have been taking care of my alignment at regular intervals only to take it to a competitor shop and find that it has not been getting done properly, resulting in tire tread issues and a need to replace them. I wouldn t trust them to fix a Hot Wheel. Zero stars from me.

The team was friendly and prompt. They ensured I was notified of everything needed for my vehicle before proceeding with repairs. I didn't have an appointment, but the took my vehicle in quickly and it was completed with little wait. The ability to use the Firestone Credit is a plus also.

Great customer service! Really helped me out of a bind with my wheelchair van that would be too long winded to go into. You don t find that kind of service very often anymore. Big thanks to the store manager, Mike, and his mechanics!

Very polite and friendly. We blew a tire on vacation in Charlotte. Upon arrival, Nate was quick to get us in queue. It took quite a bit longer than it should have in my opinion, but I'm not a mechanic. I did notice it was lifted for a long time after the tire was changed and we weren't told the reason. Worst service ever, don t waste your time! Had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30pm. Was told it would take 90 mins and at 3:00pm the car still hadn t moved. Got my keys and left.

I appreciate Matt looking out for my Pontiac after she encountered some trials and tribulations this week. Marco, RJ, and Yvonne definitely looked out for me and made sure everything was resolved and even offered a credit. They went above and beyond for me and I appreciate all they do for their customers.

Update: I will scream from the rooftops how awful this whole company is. I have been trying to talk to ANYONE in corporate and just get an email that they will call in the next two business days. I have been trying to get any resolution since March! Do NOT give them your business unless you want to spend months trying to get resolution for awful workAwful place with awful customer service. They didn t even look at my car because they lost my key. Didn t call me to tell me it was lost, I had to call them to get an update. They couldn t find the key, so they tried to get us to pay for replacement and said that we never handed in the key. They changed the story that we left with the key. After multiple phone calls of me refusing to pay for the replacement, they reluctantly replaced it. This would be great but the key fob battery already died and the actual key is a blank. I will continue to tell every person I know to never use any Firestone. These are vile, lying people who will never deserve your business.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give a zero star I would. I set an appointment up at 9am, 5 days in advance. When I dropped off my car I had to follow up with them at 12pm and 3pm. They told me my brake fluid needed to be addressed. When I asked if they assessed my tire for the issue I brought it in for, they told me they haven t even looked at it yet. So you had the time to look at my brakes but did not look at the issues I brought my car in for? If that does not sound fishy to you I don t know what will. It is currently 5pm and I still am waiting for one single tire change and alignment. Safe to say I will not be returning to this Firestone ever again.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Appt 10 am called for update put on hold twice with no answer from service specialist. Finally went in store to find out inspection not to be completed until 1 to 130 p. Which was after 10 am appt. 3 1/2 hours ridiculous. ""Worst part was no one professional enough to answer my call on hold to just give me a quick response about time frame" I have 3 cars that are serviced by Firestone. This is worst service and Arboretum puts the Pineville store to shame.

Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was able to have my tires rotated and aligned because they were able to fit me in since I needed it done ASAP.Julie and Yvonne at the front desk are wonderful for customer service and the technician was available for all my questions. I will definitely be back.

Made an appointment a week ago for new tires and brakes for my vehicle ,set the appointment for noon time today. It is now 5:13 in my car is still not ready for me to take on to the road. I don't understand why they had to order parts when they knew that I had this appointment why couldn't they have the parts waiting for me when I arrived. I will never come back to this Firestone location ever again. This is absolutely ridiculous. Over 5 hrs for simple tires and brakes.

I realize Firestone is a get in and out kind of place but after setting up an appointment for an alignment I can't help but be disappointed. Yvonne at the front desk was kind and helpful but the manager was not. Unhelpful and terrible at explanations it comes down to the fact that they do not do exact alignments, as long as it is within a rather wide and probably uneven range they call it good. Thanks to the kind lady I was able to save my money and look elsewhere.

My car blew a heater hose close to this Firestone Complete Auto location and started overheating. The car wouldn t make it far without possibly doing some damage to the engine so I took it to them. They were very busy and told me up front that they wouldn t be able to get to it that.My car is very old and the needed part was not readily available so I was going to be without my car for two weeks. Obviously, that s a bad situation! To render the situation, they worked with me to acquire a part that would work. I picked up the old part and took it to NAPA and the guy looked for hoses with a very similar shape that might work. I left NAPA with two hoses and took them back to them. They figured out which one worked the best and installed it. Well done!

Only here for a couple of weeks my tire started leaking air so I came here to get it fixed only for that. I waited for over 2 hours for it to get fixed. They said they fixed it then I wake up today and the tire was completely flat.Service: TiresService: Tires

My check engine light came on a few months ago. I went to Firestone to get a diagnostic done. They told me that the issue was that I have an aftermarket catalytic converter and that in order to fix it, I needed to pay them $1000 to replace it. I ended up taking it back to the place that put on my catalytic converter and asked them to take a look at it. After driving it and running the codes, they told me my catalytic converter was fine. The issue was that I had a cylinder 4 misfire. They walked me over to the shop next door, told the people what was wrong, and that shop was able to fix my car for a fraction of the cost. Now my car is fine. If I had listened to Firestone, I would ve paid $1000 for something that wasn t even the issue. I never leave reviews for stores, but I wanted to sincerely share how much I do not want recommend this facility and how I barely trust Firestone as a franchise. Save your money and go somewhere else.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
