Been taking our van and car here for years, both have over 120,000 miles. Nick and Katie at the front desk are super helpful and knowledgeable about vehicles. My wife and I both hate cars so never looking forward to buying them and this crew keeps them going at a reasonable price, maybe middle high prices, but they do a fantastic job. I trust what the mechanics recommend to do as far as maintenance, etc. First class all around.

I always take my vehicle to this location for basic servicing. They consistently complete the service on the same day, and I've never had to return for any issues or poor workmanship. The staff often mention that they cannot complete the job more quickly due to being understaffed.

The service was excellent and the girl handling the customers really knew her business. I was treated with courtesy and told about when my car would be ready and it was. Only problem was that I was called by mistake and told my car was ready when it wasn't and went there to pick it up early to no avail. Other than that, I have no complaints what so ever and would highly recommend.

Had an issue with the left rear tire on my Honda Pilot...did not have an appointment...but they told me to bring it in and leave it and they would do their best to get it fixed that day. Three hours later they called me and said the tire with the screw in it was replaced..at no cost..the tire was fairly new..was purchased in May of 2023. Great customer service and very much appreciated..great job folks.

I took an appointment, and it still took 3 hours for just oil change. If the shop is busy, don't confirm the appointment. Also, it seems I paid for full synthetic oil but the sticker on car says its synthetic blend which is cheaper. Not sure if I would ever return to this shop again.

Staff was courteous and prompt. Performed my needed service and made it simple and easy! I needed a state inspection and it was done without any problems. They even informed me that, because my car was newer, certain parts of the inspection didn't even apply and didn't have to be performed. I was impressed.

I have had trouble getting my alignment done correctly from other shops and I brought my car to Firestone and John did an amazing job. The store listened to my concerns and the car drives better than ever. Thank you

Such a great service! The staff were so patient with me in explaining the recommended services and a breakdown of the cost. The only reason I gave 4 stars is for the cost. But that s against the company, not this location. The staff were amazing and helped me get the best deal with what services I was needing.

The people working here are completely unethical and will do anything to charge you as much as possible. Took my car in for an oil change and inspection knowing the front left tire needed to be replaced. They told me both front tires were bad and needed to be replaced. When I got there to pick it up, I noticed one tire they replaced was perfectly fine and they replaced it because they don't recommend replacing one. Sorry, but that should be my decision, not Firestones. They also did not tell me there were two different options for tires, and of course, they took the initiative to put the more expensive ones on without asking. Not to mention the $115 oil change, on a Honda. Do not take your car here unless you like getting ripped off.

Went in for a state inspection, specifically told representative I did not want any add on services. Still received a call selling an alignment, along with a listing of "recommended services" totaling $569.96. Car is 2 years old with 19,000 miles. The aggressive add on sales push borders on offensive. When questioned, representative claimed corporate policy requires they suggest things. If you choose to take your car to them for service be prepared for an all out sales push to sell you things you don't need because some corporate policy tells them to do so. Just made the last visit to this location.

We dropped our car off for a confirmed appointment at noon, but the company couldn't complete a simple tire patch before closing at 6. We decided to pick up the car and take it to another repair place as a result. This was a complete waste of our time, and it didn't seem to bother Jason at all.

I went to get air in my tires and offered to pay. The woman said no they don t charge for this service.The man that put air in barely added air and my gauge was still showing a dangerous low tire. He then told me my tires wouldn t pass inspection because they were so bad!! Interesting!!! I had just passed last month just fine..These guys try to scam women thinking they don t know anything!!! Beware!!!

From the phone call to the checking in process, Firestone did a great job of getting me in and out on the same day. I went for oil change and full car inspection. I dropped off at 11 and they were done by 4pm, so it worked out great. I usually only go to this location because of the great service I ve experienced every time I go

Made a reservation online for an oil change. Arrived at appointment time. Was told that "the online system is not good" and that they couldn't honor my appointment. I then asked in that case why they even had an "online system" and he said "I don't know."Would NOT recommend.

Brought my son's car in for an oil change and decided to go with synthetic this time. My son picked up car and it was $115 for the oil change. Most expensive oil change EVER. I get mine at honda for $65. My son will be getting his done there from now on.

My whole experience with this Enterprise was perfect! I liked how they explained things to me and I did not once feel like I was being pushed into doing anything unnecessary with the car. They where quick with ordering parts and getting things fixed while keeping me informed. When I drove home I could tell a difference in how my car drove and I wouldn t go anywhere else now. So if you are in need of car work take my word for it and check these guys out!! You will not regret it!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

We made an appointment for an inspection but it still took 1.5 hours!!! On top of that, they added a window tint inspection which was not needed. Stay away from this place!

It's trash here but they will fix the things they say they will. But they can't tell you what's wrong with your car. Many times they've given me quotes and called me back to requote me a new higher price. Paid for 3 repairs that still didn't stop the oil smell so I just got rid of the car instead. They have told me that my car was getting worked on as we speak then called back and was told they just pulled it in. There is a man here named Nick. You can trust him. But I wouldn't trust the rest of them unless you're in a real bind. TL DR go somewhere else if you can afford it.

Setup appointments with Firestone online system, when I arrived. for appointment, was informed that even though it said scheduled they could get to my car in about 4 hours, firestone customer service is nonexistent, and systems are not reliable
