First time using Eurowise due to positive experiences from my son, and I m so glad I did. Very professional, understood what I needed, quickly told me what I needed and gave me the option to accept or declined services. It took only two to get my SUV back to me. I highly recommend Eurowise!

I was very dissatisfied and unhappy with the total overall experience at Eurowise. My M5 was never properly diagnosed. the check engine light came back on 10 minutes after I left the shop, and the other issue was never addressed. I had to contact them several times to see if my car was ready and never apologized just blamed it on being short staffed. Now I wonder how much time did they really spend on my car. Save your money and time and find yourself another shop like I did that took the time to diagnose my car properly. I was sent pictures and videos of the issues and total cost. Eurowise you lost my business for not doing good business.

I started using Eurowise as an alternative to My MB dealer, I did a lot of research and decided to give Eurowise a try to care for both of my MBs. So far I am very pleased with their services, not just a fair price but also the care they show for their customer and the conveniences they offer like same day service for maintenance service and the ease of the appointment process. Thanks for giving us an affordable alternative to the dealer without sacrificing quality.

These guys do great work but I was very surprised that their diagnostic fee is NOT included in the cost of the service. So if you need them to figure out a problem and fix it, you will pay $160 for a diagnostic fee plus any cost of the parts and labor on top of that. This wasn't clearly stated anywhere that I could see.EDIT: Diagnostic fee is an industry practice but every single repair shop or dealership I've been to in the last 30 years will waive the diagnostic fee (or deduct it from the repair bill) if a customer opts to actually do the repair. This is the first time that has not happened.

I ve been bringing an uncommon high performance engined Audi to Eurowise for 1.5 years. Having an engineering background and being a car enthusiast who used to wrench my own cars, I see the fine details of the work done and am very pleased with it. I have utmost confidence that they are honest, very competent on any Volkswagen-Audi Group vehicles, and likely get your vehicle in sooner than the dealer and remain competitively priced.

Since 2014, I have been visiting Eurowise! I feel that Eurowise is always honest and trustworthy when it comes to the care of my automobiles. I frequent the Mercedes dealership and when things seem wrongly priced, I am quick to ask Eurowise and am always so pleased with their pricing and expertise in the field. Eurowise is top notch!!!

Honest, knowledgeable and friendly. My Volkswagen GTI had a transmission issue. I thought it might be a bad mechatronic, but they said to try a reset adaptations first to see if that fixed it. Ultimately, it did require a new mechatronic, but I respect their approach to try the simple and less expensive fix first. After trying a different shop plus a dealer on the same issue, Eurowise is my new go-to shop for this vehicle.

For me this is the best Audi shop in town. If you are a real Audi or European car enthusiast probably you have heard about Eurowise, especially if you are in and or around town. If you are like me that love to make your car nicer and better adding aftermarket body and engine parts, this is the place. Mike and his team is the best when it comes to installation, repair, maintenance, custom work, VAGcom, etc. I have taken my cars, (first my 2004 USP A4 Avant and now my 2013 A5) to this pace since Mike open his shop back in 2008. For both cars, he had done the suspension, engine tuning, exhaust, aftermarket and OEM body parts installation, and many other services. Always the price is right and they are honest in telling you what your car needs. Every time I have paid what they quoted me before the work is done, even some times they took more time or effort because of the difficulty of the work performed.During the years, I have seen this place grown from one person in one building to an entire team with an additional performance shop building. Always adding technicians, equipment and technology like their new alignment machine that before I had trouble finding a reputable place in town to have my car aligned with the low suspension I have.I think their success is because of their hard and good work, honesty and A+ customer service, each visit is always followed by email with a feedback survey.Since day one Mike has treated me like one special customer, even he has hundreds of customers with much nicer and expensive rides than mine. An example, last Friday afternoon while he installed the Carbon Fiber mirror covers in my A5 I see at least three R8 arriving there.I always keep using Eurowise for my car needs and I recommend it 100%. Good job Mike!

I needed service on my car for a road trip. Mike fit me in the day after I called. I was out in about an hour. They didn't try to get me to pay for anything extra. Great service. Very friendly.

If you need service on a German car this a great shop to do it. knowledgeable, competent and reasonably priced.They advertise as Mercedes specialists, but took great care of my old VW Jetta.

I can not say enough about Eurowise and greatful I am with the work they did for me on a Cayenne I am setting up to run the Transatlantic Trail next year. The Eurowise Team were awesome! Their process is outstanding: beginning at making an appointment, getting confirmation, checking in / out and finally delivering my vehicle. The Eurowise Team is professional and informative. The waiting area (whether inside or outside) allows their customers to stay productive while repairs are underway. I highly recommend Eurowise - for their customer service, attention to detail and value.

A little late writing this but Brought TWO vehicles in to be serviced, but the customer service I received was HORRIBLE. Read other reviews of how they got people in same day in a crunch that needed auto repair work done. So I ASSUMED I would be extended the same courtesy. This guy scheduled us THREE weeks out. I told him one of the vehicles is my newly licensed teenage driver and I just wanted it to at least be looked at even if not serviced so I would know if it was safe for him to drive and he didn t care, said they couldn t even take a look, couldn t squeeze in just the ONE vehicle just to look it over. I even said we could wait no matter how long. Also explained that we re new to NC and didn t know where else to take our vehicles. This guy literally COULD CARE LESS. I was flabbergasted. I was really hoping to use them for our mechanic down here, for not everyone knows how to work on Volkswagen and Porsche. But I can t spend money at establishments that could care less if they get your business or not. I m a huge advocate for stellar customer service and they didn t even come close. All I kept thinking of of was other reviews and wondering well if they can t squeeze us in today, not even tomorrow. But THREE WEEKS. It was wholeheartedly a disgusting experience. Very sad

I can't speak highly enough about Dillon and the entire team at Eurowise! They are thorough, honest and very skilled. I needed a repair for an oil leak and the team recommended some additional maintenance. As a customer, I felt confident that they were looking out for my best interest and wanted to make sure my Audi stays in great condition. Eurowise is now my go-to shop!Service: Auto maintenance
