The guys at this facility on E. Independence blvd treated me and my wife with the upmost respect. They knew the situation we were going through with an attempted auto theft and dillema with our past insurance company. The guys at Eurofed kept our mind at ease with a great out of pocket price that was reasonable and service that was top of the line. In a nutshell I'd most definitely recommend Eurofed to everyone I know.

Came in Friday on short notice to get my thermostat replaced on my commuter car, non turbo Volkswagen Jetta. They were able to get me back on the road the same day. Shoutout to the VW, Audi, and Porsche technician, Vinny, for staying late on a Friday to get it done. Since the car was on the lift he was able to inspect the undercarriage. He was very open and honest about the condition of the car, which I appreciate. Everybody I dealt with was very respectful and personable. I would recommend Eurofed to anyone looking to service their car, whether its a commuter car like mine or a high performance car like a twin turbo Lamborghini Huracan I saw at their shop. Overall just a very trustworthy shop.

I went this shop to check for noise coming from the front left wheel in my car. However this cause of problem is very simple and easy to find out wheel hub bearing is bad if a good technician. But technician was after testing my car he changed all four brake system disk & pad, tires, front hubs & knuckles and finally two front bearing. After that they charged me over $10,000.The problem was fixed but now making noise from the front brake pad. I had a really bad experience repairing my car at this place and l m really sad.Now in the future if I have any problems my car or need maintenance service I definitely go to Mercedes dealership because they re good service and a good quality job to satisfy customers.I would not recommend this shop Eurofed Automotive.

Before Taking my Porsche in to diagnose a problem with a misfire, I took it to the Porsche service center and another reputable exotic car shop in Charlotte. Neither technicians from either shop could fix the issue. I Decided to take it to Eurofed after seeing their shop online. I was given an appointment in just a few days then took my car in this morning. Bernardo made sure to do everything in his power to find and fix the issue, and after just a few short hours, the problem was fixed! I am now able to finally enjoy my car after about a year of having the issue. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this shop.

Right from the first phone call to schedule my 2014 Aston Martin Vantage for its annual maintenance, the friendliness, professionalism, and helpful insight was well appreciated.Marcel walked me through what to expect and all available options, and did not suggest anything unnecessary. When picking up my car, showed me every aspect that was worked on and technical details.I am stoked and thankful to have them as close to home as they are and will be taking my Aston to them going forward!

This place is awesome, I went in with a check engine light on. All my odes were saying that my intake manifold needed to be replaced, these guys were able to determine the problem and fix it within an hour. What I thought would be a $800 job was only the cost of the diagnosis. Barney was very helpful and dkeep me posted through the whole process. Overall I would recommend to anybody who needs to check their car fixed.Service: Auto maintenance

I used Eurofed for oil changes and other basic, while-you-wait services for the last 2 years, and I was generally happy with their work, prices, and they have a nice clean shop and waiting area. I recently scheduled a larger service that would either take all day or possibly need to stay overnight. I dropped it off first thing in the morning. I didn't hear from them the first day, which seemed normal. At the end of the second day, having not heard anything, I had to call them myself, only to find out there was an issue with one of the replacement parts, and they hadn't started working on the car. I was told that it would definitely be finished by the end of the next day. At the end of the next day, again having heard nothing, I had to call again, and again they had not even started on the car. I understand that the issue with the part was out of their control, but they dropped the ball by not communicating changed expectations to me, until I had to take the initiative myself. They said they could start the job on Monday and be done Tuesday, just under a week after I dropped the car off. I unfortunately no longer had faith or trust in them anymore and decided to take the car back, and won't be returning again.Service: Oil change

The guys are Eurofed are great! They had me set up and ready to go with some new tires very quickly, and the install time was great. They also performed a much needed alignment to make sure my new tires will wear correctly. They are very professional and courteous. Highly recommend these guys! When the Porsche dealer couldn t get me in for 3 weeks and wouldn t have a loaner available, I called Eurofed based on a recommendation from a friend and they got me in and out in 3 days. Also probably saved a few $ by going to them too. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got me back on the road in no time. I ll be using them for general maintenance now as well. Mesa was very easy to work with and explained everything upfront. Keep up the good work!

Excellent experience having my Maserati GT serviced here. Super friendly staff, and quick service. I would recommend this business to anyone who owns a high end foreign vehicle. Prices are much cheaper than using the dealership for routine maintenance. I will definitely be returning for future services.

Worse automechanic services in town. The staff doesn't have knowledge. I had to bring the car in 3 times for the same repair because they did not fix the problem.The mechanics were outside smoking cigarettes in front of the building (smoke in the back away from customers) and one of the mechanics had their dog in the shop.While I was leaving a tow truck guy told me that Eurfed failed at fixing two cars he brought to them and that he'd never go back either.They kept my car for 2 days and never got around to diagnosing the problem as if they forgot about me.Front desk staff doesn't know how to explain repairs and have not been properly trained.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

Quality work provided by a great staff from the front desk to the garage where all the action happens. And when there is an issue after repair should there be an issue, they get it corrected ASAP. Job well done , thumbs up .

After failing at Hendrick BMW again, I ended up trying EuroFed. This place is amazing. They are friendly when you arrive, they send you a quote that they stand behind, and they keep you updated. They don't try to upsell you and really want you to be happy with your vehicle and the service. The cost was about 25% less than at the BMW dealership (with genuine parts) and the service was 2-3 days faster!!! I would highly recommend this place!Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

Went to Eurofed to get a second opinion on my car. They turned a bad news story into a great news story with their more in-depth troubleshooting skills to find the real issue. Great service!!! This was the 5th shop I had gone to for my Audi A5. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem the same day. Pricing was reasonable and lower than expected. I also brought my BMW the same day for an oil change. They are very professional and friendly. Called Audi to get a leak looked at on my wife s car but they couldn t get it in for two months so they recommended Eurofed, I won t go anywhere else in Charlotte now. The team here is awesome, incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with from getting me a quote to catch other problems while they had the car apart and making the repairs before it became a big problem. I went to 4 other places to get my car diagnosed and possibly fixed and this is the only place that did what needed to be done. They did the diagnostic quickly and told me what needed to be fixed and had my car fixed within the same day for a reasonable price. I brought my 2002 Audi TT here for general maintenance along with some rarely needed repairs. Brenden Padgett and tech Dylan Brooks were extremely kind and very capable of performing these services.Since my car is so old, parts aren't always easy to find but they managed to locate these rarities. As a customer, although my car was certainly not in the same class as others in the shop (Lamborghinis, etc.), I felt just as valuable.The prices for labor and parts are very reasonable. This place is literally a scam! I came over for diagnostics with my 2016 Porsche Cayenne with non operating passenger headlight! These guys informed me that headlights moisture cant be fixed and my headlight corroded because of that and both headlights will have to be replaced!!! The cost would be $12,000!! what a joke! So i came home did some research ordered new ballast that was corrroded for 30$ from ebay and replaced it myself!!! It worked fixed my headlight for 30$!!! Saved 12k also the moisture I fixed myself as well!!! It was easy quick fix that took me an hour to dry the headlights and removed rear rubber covers and it fixed the moisture issue!!! And I live in Florida!!! So stay away
