I feel that Eurofed does a quality job and I feel completely satisfied with the service received. I greatly appreciate the additional recommendations suggested as I feel they were accurate and needed. Eurofed came highly recommended by the dealership for a routine service. The price of the service was about half as much at Eurofed.While waiting for my vehicle and chatting in the phone with my friend on a public bench a bit down the road (maybe a quarter mile), I encountered a young gentleman whose car battery had died in a nearby parking lot. We were debating options (would cost just as much for roadside as to buy a new battery as we couldn t find anyone to help jump). Well, Eurofed tech so kindly helped to jump his car with a power pack as a Good Samaritan.Thank you for outstanding service on my vehicle and to the young gentleman I met that day!!! Y all are amazing, a good value, and very kind-hearted! 100% recommend!

Michael Rabe always takes care of me and my vehicles. Recently had ghost links installed to lower my suspension while maintaining the car s factory air ride, and he had me in and out in no time. Will continue to come back here for service and future mods.

Brought in my Audi for an oil change service, I like to come to specialty shops just for some peace of mind and these guys did not disappoint. Extra detail and the communication was quick and thorough will be using them as my go to shop from now on. Highly recommend

I had an issue with the computer needing tuned in my VW and they got it fixed and out quick. Great customer service from the staff and really willing to listen to your concerns and your expectations.

Great bunch of people doing great work. Mickey, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure the Audi RS3 we sent to his shop was properly handled and repaired. I would recommend him and his entire staff to anyone looking to get their European auto serviced and/or upgraded. I have also worked with Stephen, one of their technicians, on multiple other projects with great success. Their staff is very friends and no matter what issue your car is having, I wouldn t hesitate to give them a call!

Eurofed Automotive is a great alternative to going to the dealership. I have an Alfa Romeo and my dealership is located in South Carolina. Eurofed has now been able to assist with doing my oil changes and replace my filters.I have now gone to them twice and I've been extremely satisfied with their customer service and there staff being so personable . Easy to talk with and made the wait very enjoyable with Racing Videos streaming on their TV. I loved the old exotic GT race cars on circuits throughout the world!!Thank you Eurofed !!

Great service for my Aston. Eurofed was able to get me in quickly and took great care of my car. Waiting area was comfortable and the staff friendly. Will definitely go back for any service issues I need.

Did an oil change and an inspection on my Giulia Quadrifoglio, they were very kind and attentive. Most importantly, my car was clean and treated with care, and was stored inside overnight since I wasn t available to retrieve it that same day.

I took my Mini Cooper in for diagnosis and repair of a coolant leak. They took care of the problem and also replaced a leaking oil pan gasket which they had identified on a previous service visit. They explained the necessary work and did a thorough job on the repairs.

I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. The Eurofed team deserves all the credit for making this possible. Despite encountering a few obstacles, they remained determined and did not overcharge me. They went above and beyond by conducting thorough testing to ensure the lights functioned flawlessly before I left the shop. Without a doubt, I will continue to engage in future business transactions with them.

Charged me $700 to change front left headlamp in 2013 Benz. Came to find out through other Eurofed locations it should have been less that $50! Local Benz dealer in Charlotte, NC confirmed.Said they had to take off front bumper to get to change lamp, what they did do was take off front wheel, once again local dealer said front bumper was never removed. When questioned they would not refund saying I agreed to price. Buyer Beware

I recently dropped my Aston Martin Vantage off at Eurofed South End location to do a PPI for an interested buyer and their customer service and process was amazing. They were very detailed and professional in their PPI process, to the point of noticing things that were missed in a previous PPI I had done prior to purchasing the car myself. They also conducted an oil change & brake fluid flush and their pricing was very fair and they had a fast turnaround time given everything being last minute. Will definitely be returning in the future without a doubt once I need to utilize their expertise again.

I took my car in to get some help with the heating. Its an old VW golf and it needs some love from time to time. The techs were very nice and fixed my car. It needed a new thermostat. The heating is not as good as its supposed to be and they were honest about that. there is some more technical stuff that has to be done and after careful consideration it was decided that it would be too costly to fix it fully. The techs also called VW techs in Germany to get information because my car was built there in the 90s and they would know best. That was well above and beyond anything I would have expected them to do. Im pleased with the outcome.

I have 'coolant check sign' showed up in my Huracan and I contacted to them. Mike was very pleasant, helpful. They checked my car for 20-30 mins , did the coolant top-up, filled the tires, and charged me nothing. On the way out, I drive on Strada mode with manual and car was making strange noise. I returned and he came with me on the drive and even taught me how to change setting and what this car can do for fun in sport mode.They know this type of car very well and I asked for the maintenance cost and it was much lower than any other place.I give them 5 stars as my experience was very nice with them and I will be trusting them for my cars in future.

Many places will not work on Abarth Fiats with aftermarket modifications. After 3 trips to Eurofed, we finally resolved issues. I'm one happy dude!

Eurofed- Pineville Rd is a complete rip off and quoted me 3 hours of labor for a job that only takes 1 hour to do! I was also charge a full diagnostic rate of 159.99 for a job that took them less than 5 minutes to diagnose! Took my car to a more trusted shop and saved 300.00! I would not take my bicycle here!

Remarkable Team and Service!This place is awesome. The folks here are true Motorsports enthusiasts. They live for these European automotive platforms and that is exactly what I like to see when I look for a new shop.They are passionate, diligent and and very detail oriented. You just know you re in good hands. I had an intermittent check engine lite fault that no one could could correct. The folks at EUROFED took the challenge and did a thorough diagnostic and eventually traced the wire readouts and discovered an anomaly that was caused by a loose bracket that resulted in an intermittent signal. AMAZING. Many had tried and failed; EUROFED SUCCEEDED

I can not say enough good things about this place. Michael and Mickey are a great team. Years ago I took my R8 in for exhaust and a tune. 3 years later I went American and got a C8 Corvette. It was good before but now it is incredible. Soul exhaust and Mickey is working on getting me a tune.My sons RS-3 just got a stage 2 kit installed and tuned it sounds gnarly and he loves it.

I was to far from NC to do the job I needed. However a youtube video sent me over to these guys that performed the exact exhaust build. EUROFED went above and beyond to give me all the information needed in order for me to do the same build here in Texas.

This was my first time having Eurofed work on my BMW and I must say this far I was quite pleased. Brandon, the service writer, was great to work with and seam knowledgeable on any questions or can I had. I did a quick walk around and under the hood inspection when I picked up my car and the work seams to have been very professional done. Although I need time to drive the vehicle to provide a true analysis on my perspective.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

I came in and was immediately greeted by two extremely helpful gentleman. They asked me questions, make sure I understood their process, and answered all the questions I had for them. Never made me feel stupid (I m not much of a car guy) and they made sure I was comfortable before leaving my car with them.Extremely fast service they fixed my problem within a day. Very glad I came here for my service. Will be returning again!Also the shop is right besides the light rail. It s super convenient!!!Thank you EuroFed team!!!Service: Electrical repair

Moved here from Austin over the summer and had to quickly find a place to service my 2011 BMW. Thought it would be hard to quickly find a trustworthy shop in a new and unfamiliar town but the guys at Eurofed were awesome from the very start. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable and did not upsell - just shot me straight on what I needed and what could wait. I would not think to take my car anywhere else.
