From the moment I called to ask about some issues with my C300, Alex and the guys did a phenomenal job. They not only got me in quick, but kept track of every little thing I wanted them to check. After a quick inspection, they advised me that my car was completely safe to take home while they ordered the parts. It was great to get my car back over the weekend while the part came in. Then, it took them less than 24 hours to turn the car around once I brought it back.Every interaction I had with them showed me how knowledgeable, professional, and practical they are. They were even able to figure out a brake squeal that 3 different Mercedes dealers had no solution for.This has been the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic and as long as I'm in Charlotte, this is where I'll go.

Late on the review. I recently moved away from Charlotte but Alex, Quincy and the rest of the team has done the most in helping me out, being patient and overall sticking their neck out for me when it came to getting my w124 running properly. I daily drive the car so it s a huge deal for it to be running right and they ve always did the best to help me out which meant alot cause I ve had so many obstacles come up in the past year. Couldn t recommend this shop enough. They really take care of each and every one of their customers like family.

Alex and Quincy are great. My tire went flat and lucky for me I was able to pull into Euro Cars. Even though they don't sell tires, they immediately called a tire place, went themselves and got one for me in addition to installing it. They saved me from having to tow my car. Thank you so much for all your help. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Alex and his organization did a wonderful job in getting our older Lexus GS350 back into top condition. It was rough driving, but with a complete brake replacement on all 4 wheels with top notch materials, the car drives like new to the delight of its owner, my wife! I brought the car in at 10:00a and had a work estimate in my my hands within the hour and the whole job was completed by the promised time that same day. The garage looks like you could eat off the floor, and the technicians are welcoming and well dressed. Can't beat this outfit for top notch work.

When I tell you Alex, Quincy, and team are STELLAR, I mean it!!! They worked me into their already hectic schedule, had me I. At 8:30 am and out the door before 10:30. Provided a loaner for me to go grab breakfast and they are honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable. The interior of the shop and waiting are is clean and smells amazing! I typically DESPISE car repairs, but Euro Cars Southend made it a phenomenal experience. Hands down 1000% better service than the dealership. As long as I have a foreign car, they will be the ONLY HANDS working on it!! Thanks guys!!!

Recently had my E92 335i serviced here. The owner is car enthusiast and takes care of his customers. The mechanic that worked on my car was also very knowledgeable. If you have a tuned BMW or high performance car I would highly recommend this shop. Will be coming back for future service.Happy to say I ve been back here again several times, always great service with a high attention to detail! Quincy and Alex are very knowledgeable car guys.

I took my BMW M2 competition in for aftermarket air intakes, charge pipes and exhaust fitment. Although they had made an error and not scheduled me for the day as planned, they were able to fit me in, even added an oil change for me and got it all done in one day for an amazing price. The team here are amazing, friendly and down to business. They don't want to make a quick dollar off you, they want customers for life and they certainly earned one with me

Alex and his guys are very nice, very friendly, professional, and very polite, they listen to you, and they give you their opinion. They took care of me to make me feel like they appreciate me for bringing them my car to work on it. I will recommend my loved ones and even people that i don't know to take their cars to them. I first talked to Quincy before going there to meet Alex and Carlos, very nice and funny. I give them 5 stars because i had a perfect experience.Service: Auto battery replacement

Alex and his team are amazing. I've been going here since Mercedes tried to make my pay for an issue that was a recall that Alex was able to quickly point out over the phone it was probably a recall and he was right. Since then no one has serviced my car but Eurocars, I have no complaints they do a great job ! 10/10 recommend

Great experience with the people, the process and time involved in completing the work. Saved me 1k on service and parts than the Mercedes Benz service department. The personal touch was much appreciated. And upon pickup they washed and detailed my car!!!! Thanks. This was my second service with two different automobiles. I m sold. Awesome service. Awesome people. I had to go out of town for a funeral. I had trouble with my car. I called around for help, explained my situation and everyone told me they couldn't help me but Alex. That was 2 years ago and I have been coming here ever since. Everyone is friendly and they care about the service they provide and their customers. Highly recommend.

I have taken my Mercedes, and my wife's BMW, to Euro Cars for service and to get some challenging issues corrected. Alex was phenomenal to work with and the Euro team somehow managed to get it all sorted when other shops wouldn't even try. Fair pricing and quality work is a combo I support. My son and I are working on a car project too, and I'll be back for the next fix that's over our head. Thanks.

Had an issue with the brakes on my 2018 Camaro SS. They took it in and within hours found the issue and solved it. Great price, great service. Won t take my car anywhere else.

They are some of the best mechanics in the area for Mercedes. I have an old 1999 SLK 230, and they are the only people who can actually diagnose and fix it's problems. Great service, transparent prices, great people.
