Had a GREAT!! experience at this exhaust shop. Scheduled an appointment to have my exhaust looked at. Showed up and was on the lift within a couple of minutes. He was able to fix my issue with just a small tweak instead of having to re-weld my muffler on, He bent the hanger and now my exhaust is sitting dead center. Very honest work and great pricing definitely recommend

This place can install parts you bring and you pay for the labor. Most places in charlotte DO NOT ACCEPT that and they work on older vehicles. ( I had a 98 being worked on ) Not only did they help but they also fixed my car issue impressively well. For almost a fraction of what most places charge for the service i got. To give an idea i had to replace two lower rear control arms and i provided the parts labor and install with tax came up to 180 and some change. Most places would charge 500 or more with or without parts being provided. Great people and the mechanics know their stuff. Highly recommend.

I was having issues with my muffler when I first got it installed, took it to these guys and they fixed it quick and easy with a reasonable price. 10/10 recommend for all exhaust work.

Luis and his team took great care of us and our 2018 GMC Acadia. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly, and much more affordably than if we'd have gone to the dealership or elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Your search for an honest, reasonably priced auto mechanic is over. I came in with a car rattle and they gave me a temporary fix so I could safely get to my appointment, free of charge. Immediately came back so they could finish the job. Will definitely be back.

Elite mufflers and auto repair is the best shop I ve ever taken my car to. They give you full diagnostics and then they take care of the job with precision. You cannot go wrong taking your car to this shop.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I can't stand when I feel pressured to add a lot of services when I come in for just an oil change but they did not make me feel that way at all. Very reasonably priced as well.

I am new to Charlotte and have been going places to fix my car. Found this place in a desperate situation after spending a lot of money for a mechanical fault which no other mechanic could figure out and/or fixed. Luis is a gentleman and very helpful in order to address the concerns on a personal level. The staff is so nice and helpful too. They let me in without any appointment and fixed the issue within no time. On top of a reasonable cost, Luis offered a 10% discount. I am a super happy customer and and trust him for any matter related to my car. A must recommend .two thumbs up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for a mid pipe install that I had troubles with, they got it all figured out and set up in a very timely manner, they were very inclusive and kept me updated as they worked on it and were super friendly, I would definitely go back.

It's always hard to find a good mechanic and even harder to find one that is honest and very transparent with the work done on your car. I ended up at autozone with a dead battery even though it is a new battery. On suspicion that it may be my alternator, I didnt know where else to go. The autozone worker then recommended them, and they just happened to be located directly behind autozone. Super convenient!Turns out it was my alternator and I needed a replacement. Luis and his team were very quick and got me out the same day. I don't know what I would've done if they weren't able to help. They even offer payment plans if you need it. Luis even walked me through the fixes on my car and was very upfront about the work that was done and what I may need to look out for in the future. He was very patient with all my questions and was very kind in explaining and helping me understand.If you live in the area or happen to breakdown nearby, I definitely recommend this place! Honest people doing honest work!

I came in without an appointment at 8:30 in the morning with an exhaust pipe that had completely corroded apart and separated making my car extremely loud due to the exhaust bypassing the muffler. Luis and his team had my vehicle repaired and sounding back to normal by 12:00pm the same day! Extremely prompt and good service. The shop even messaged me the next day to make sure everything was good with my vehicle and there were no issues. I appreciated this because I've never had an auto repair shop personally reach out to me after service to make sure I was satisfied.

I feel so lucky to have found Luis at Elite Muffler and Auto. Luis went above and beyond for me fixing my Honda CRV. He is so helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I don't know much of anything about cars and always wonder if I am being taken advantage of when it comes to getting car services. I never felt like this with Luis. I rarely write reviews but hopefully this will help if you are searching for a dependable, honest and reasonable priced place for car maintenance and repairs, I would give them 100 stars if possible, I will be taking my car there for everything going forward

Luis and the team are excellent. The communication was perfect: punctual, clear, and kind. And even when (one time) the work on my car didn't go as planned, they made it worth my time and showed me they care about me trusting them enough to come back. They were also honest about several things I thought may have been wrong but we're actually fine (saving me $$$). Recommended!

Fair prices, quality work, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. Luis recommended a cheaper alternative to what I was asking for that fit my needs better. Better price than the other local exhaust shop and got me in and started working right away.

The staff at Elite Mufflers is outstanding! They are always willing to help with any of my automotive problems and they have a really friendly atmosphere! The work is consistently completed fast, accurately, and for the best price! My truck that I purchased second hand had a flow master muffler that made it loud and a little annoying. Luis did an awesome job welding in a new factory muffler. My truck sounds normal and I m supper happy that people can t hear me coming a mile away. Great service, felt the prices were reasonable and event better be spoke to me like I was a customer and not a woman that didn t know about cars. I had to have a wheel bearing and hub cap replaced and the work was done very well and quickly. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain the issue and the things they would need to do to fix it with me.As an update I also had to get an axel and engine mount repair and they were able to do efficiently and same day. Would definitely recommend this place!Service: Tires

I live in Plaza Midwood and I confidently confirm that Luis and his technicians Jose and Angel at Elite Muffler and Auto Repairs are the best mechanic shop in Charlotte. That is where I take my Honda CRV and Honda Odyssey. This shop excels in terms of quality of work, communication, turn around time. In the past, I tried the dealers, AAA shops, etc. but with mixed results.Elite Muffler and Auto Repairs:a) very reasonably priced while still using quality replacement partsb) extremely fast repair timec) great in person and text communication (they use Tekmetric, a cloud-based shop management system, to provide text-based repair reports, work status updates, and let you approve/decline repairs. Very helpful for keeping track of everything digitally).
