DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES there for repairs because they left bunch of parts loose. When I called there was not much help. Tried to assume that somebody went under my truck and loosened the U bars all 4 knut were missing and other parts where loose as well. I AM NOT A LYER. I have no reason to.

The joys of being a mechanic but not having the time . I took my tow truck here for a wheel bearing and just like every one said this company would find any way to make your bill higher. Shop says oh there is metal found so there must be metal in the rear end we need to take it out and find it . I ONLY ASK YOU TO DO ONE THE AND ONE THING ONLY . They say the had time but then ended up keeping my truck another day because they didn t want to use gaskets paper from auto zone but wanted the gasket from ford that s made out the same paper.NOW ITS TIME TO PAY THE BILL by this time I knew they would find a way to make the bill higher then the quoted 1 hour laborAnd they did. I had to pay 2 hours because he had to (clean the brakes up) that s a known thing when the wheel bearings fail but now you want to charge me for it . Lol I hope that $120 was worth me not bringing my other trucks back like we talked about before this disaster! I will never let them touch any of my trucks again. If a customer says DO THIS ONE JOB AND ONLY THIS STOP LOOKING ALL OVER THE TRUCK FOR MORE WORK

Professional, knowledgeable and reasonable on pricing. I've had alignments and balancing done here as well as an oil change. As an owner operator, I find Reed and the staff some of the best around in Charlotte when it comes to maintaining a semi.

EagleSpan installed 6 new tires on my RV. They got the tires I wanted quickly, balanced and mounted the tires while I waited. They even installed new valve stems. Friendly people, great prices and speedy service earns them 5 stars. It's also the only place in the Charlotte area that I know of that does alignments on big rigs.

I was very disappointed with the service that my husband and I received from this shop. While fixing one issue, they broke the door handle and refused to accept responsibility. This was unprofessional and didnt match the quality of service that we paid for. Please be mindful when choosing this company.

I personally think this is the best most knowledgeable shop great tire guys great mechanics. Very safety conscious! When you leave here all questions are answered and you'll feel better about your ride. So if your coming through Charlotte stop in and check them out. There behind the Pilot of Statesville Road. Best wishes and safe journeys.

DONT Take your commercial vehicle over there . They broke my door handle and Panel and didn t pay for. Bad experience over thereIll never take my truck there also price are super crazy. Believe me

My boss uses this place to get his truck worked on I dont know this place, [ only been coming to this place for about 3 months or so] but from what I been seeing it's like T/A and Petro truck stops, but without a lot of the high prices Got 2 guys 1 is in the shop the other is in the office they know what they're doing, they got a small driver lounge with a flat screen, coffee on the side.. but wait time there is in between 3 to 6 hrs maybe more depending on your trucks problem, They also do truck inspection there

These are the best people in Charlotte.Whether it's tires, brakes, alignments, or driveline they will work with you.Pricing is very reasonable whether your from here or over the road.Same deals get passed along...I have dealt with these folks for many years and if they tell you they can do something on a time frame they absolutely do whatever it takes to keep the customer satisfied......Like any other company in business they expect to be paid when the job is done...

After I buy stirring tires from other place those people sent me to eagle span co to do my stirring alliagment. I went there I did my oil change and dot inspection and the stirring aliagment,I paid for everything else and they said we will send you a bill for aliagment,I said ok,they didn't want to say how much the bill will be.after few weeks the bill comes over 300 $ ,I call and ask how much stirring aliagment is?they said 120$ . I call back and ask why my bill is 300$ they say we did 3 axels aliagment and balance your stirring tires I always pay what I need to pay but when you try to steal from me then I have a problem,I will go there and I hope they have papers to prove the 3 axle aliagment and my tires balance,avoid the place if you can

Great place to get work done. Whenever I am on the East Coast and need work done I get a load to Charlotte so I can bring it in to Eagle Span. It is worth the peace of mind.
