This place it s a joke. Had an appointment and they couldn t find it , had to wait 1 hour so they could check my 2 flat tires. Came back after another to pickup my car and they said we don t know what s happening, your tires are fine and we could not find anything on them . They refilled the tires and I left, 30min later the tire was flat and we couldn t travel. Took my car to Tire4Less and in 5min they took care of it. Found a sharp piece of metal and a screw , just by using soapy water. Got them fix in 15min. Shame on you Discount tire, you did not your work and this is being reported to corporate (pics are from my tires while at Tire4Less)

Lug nuts were torqued to 85 ft ibs (checked it with Torque wrench), excellent management that actively tries to help, and car enthusiasts to boot. These cars are awesome. The manager noticed I had 2 piece lugs which can fail with time especially track days(racing). He brought it to my attention and showed a great deal of knowledge and enthusiasm.It's a chain so not all shops are the same. But this one is perfect.

Caution! BE AWARE!! of them changing tire prices on you. I called last week for my tire price it was $800.00 and some, I call to schedule my appointment the price changed to $979.00, and on my appointment date the price changed again to $1249.00. I explained this to the guy he said he did understand it eighter After . I asked to speak to a manager they put it back to the second quote. SO BEWARE!!

I have for a long time gone to discount tire at various locations, but my time here in Charlotte has been excellent with this branch. They have outstanding customer service. This last time around I was looking to purchase wheels (Apex) during cyber Monday. When I called to check on fitting requirements Austin himself gladly offered to call Apex, confirm the warranty is transferred through them, and then purchase the wheels for me at a price match of the cyber deal to be shipped directly to the store. When I showed up to have them installed, they were prompt in telling me about the completion delay due to a discovered shredded tire which was covered under warranty. Turns out they didn t have the replacement at the store, so Austin himself drove to another branch to get the replacement. Their customer service is above and beyond! Thank you for a great job on my car!

Professional, friendly, and efficient. I had a nail in my tire, and they got me in same day, free service, great patch job, and done in half the time they projected. They seem very trustworthy and in no way tried to push for some kind of upsell. Highly recommend, and I ll absolutely be returning here for future services. Thanks crew!

Easily made an appointment online for a same-day 4 tire replacement. Website was easy to pick the tire in stock that I needed and pay for them. David is who I interacted with and he was very professional and polite. The team had my car up on time and had everything ready to go in about 40-45 minutes. I definitely recommend the online process and this location/team that took care of me. Thank you!

Came by after getting a nail in my tire, was on a business trip and needed a repair quickly! Once I arrive I had the chance to speak to Brian! He was very professional and nice to work with. He got me in and out quickly as possible since I was on a time crunch.

I highly recommend Discount Tire. I had never used them and had an ended up having a screw in my tire that I needed repaired. I set up an appointment online the same day and was in and out within 45 minutes. I was also greeted at the door by the assistant manager upon entering. Super impressed with this place and their business model.

I just wanted to get air in my tire.I sat there about 10 mins while the staff just look at me without even coming to ask how they could help. Even if they were short someone could had said something. Instead they just kept looking but ignoring at the same time. I never had this issue at any of the other Discount Tires,never again.

Like all Discount Tires they re courteous, and efficient. Got a nail on our way into town stop by they has us come back in two hours. They got the job done, and sent me on my way to enjoy the rest of my vacation

I received excellent service here today, so wanted to give a quick shoutout to the team. I hit something on the Hwy and my tire was loosing pressure, so came here since the closest DT. So of course walked in with no appointment. They were so courteous and let me know that whether it needed repair or replacement, it would be covered by the road hazard certificate I had purchased when I brought the tires. Which was awesome news! They quickly checked to see if it could be repaired, but the puncture was too bad for a patch. So they ordered my tire in. It was going to be an hour or two before they received it so they helped me get a Lyft driver and they sent messages so I knew when it was done. Honestly, they could not have been kinder or more professional! It s rare to receive such excellent service. Thank you for turning my minor inconvenience into such a pleasant service experience. You rock!!!

Ok I ve been here 2 hours. I had 4 tires. They said 1 hour. New customers came in and they stopped on my truck and helped two other cars. Never had this problem in the past

Unfortunately making an appointment and coming 20 mins early for the appointment won't get you service for an hour after your appointment. THIS IS HIGHLY FRUSTRATING, busy or not why have the option if APPOINTMENTS if you still take first come. Poorly managed store. Sorry guys but my experience hasn't been good at all.

3 months ago I bought 2 tires with a warranty mounted and balanced for $361.00 today I go in and ask for the same tires and they tell me $540.00 that is absurd, after telling the salesman no he brings the price down to $395. But with no warranty , then to make matters worse my aluminum wheels have a bunch of new scratches and gouges around my wheel weights.

It s been long time I had a good experience with customer service lately, but the guys I met at this facility really are exceptional. It was nice to encounter some genuinely helpful dudes. The service was timely, didn t not need to spend the entire day; probably why they don t have a television.

I just left here and got my tires filled up properly and got free caps for all four wheels.. the past couple of days I ve been going to gas stations not knowing what I m doing but now I m all set and it s all thanks to this place .

I came as a walk in for new tires. I thought I could get in and out quickly since it was a Friday morning. I got here at 830 and they gave me a deadline of being done by 1030. I am still waiting for my car to get new tires and it's 10:40 and the just got to my car.I'd recommend to make an appointment unless you want to sit around all day. The staff is friendly, hard working and nice. I just expected to be out by their time they gave me.

I am always complimenting the services and care that I receive at Discount Tire and recommending them to family and friends. I don t recommend many businesses that work with auto because I usually experience issues with them not caring about my vehicle as I would expect them to. Discount Tire on the other hand goes above and beyond with their care! They check the air pressure in all my tires and clean all the tires even if they just replaced one and they take their time with putting the spare tire back into place perfectly in the trunk instead of just tossing it in there for me to fix later. They have everything in the shop wrapped with tape to cushion it should it hit a vehicle so that it doesn t cause damage. The service team is extremely clean and organized. Overall, this is an exceptionally great business where I will always come with anything related to tires and wheels! Thank you Discount Tire team for your attention to detail and care about my vehicles!

Over the past 15 years I've been coming here for tire mounting and flat repairs with absolutely no issues and they simply do the job they charge you for. Do NOT walk in. Make an appointment!!!!

One tire kept losing air. Sister convinced me to get it checked out before my long commute. We called this store early Sat morning. These guys had us in & out the same day and in the time window they gave us. Didn't charge me for the patch and also did a rebalance.Thank you for respecting our time and also great full for the help! Highly recommend them. 100% would return.

They have earned a customer for life for 2 reasons:1. They offered to price match Sam's club who had the lowest prices out there, but discount tire has much better service, so it was a no brainer once I found out they price matched.2. Upon leaving with my new tires, they incorrectly installed 2 hub caps and they were lost. Without the rims or hub caps being sold anymore and no option but to get new rims, Austin (the manager) was willing to provide me a set of 4 new rims for free. After being treated this well, I won't be going anywhere else for my tires or rims!

These guys are great! Pablo repaired my flat at no charge in under 40 mins. I really appreciated that. I will continue to get all my tires from discount tire.

Would advise going elsewhere if you're able. Could have just been who I was dealing with, but representatives weren't very friendly. I understand everywhere is busy now, but would have appreciated properly communicated wait times.Was estimated a 2 hour completion time, and 2 hours later my car had not even been pulled in to be worked on.I would have made other pick-up/drop-off arrangements if I would have known the wait time would be 3-4 hours instead of 2.They say they accept walk-ins, but seem to overbook themselves with appointments so regardless what you have worked on will take several hours.From observing in the lobby they are overly kind and accommodating to people with appointments, so feel they shouldn't advertise walk-ins if they won't be friendly and accept them.

This place is fantastic. After Rock Hill Ford completely messed up fixing a TPMS sensor rebuild kit and my tire still losing air. Discount Tire had it fixed, AT NO COST TO ME, in under 30 minutes. I will certainly be back and will let everyone know just how awesome their service is!
