Took too long. They changed one of the tires I bought for one of less quality, without telling me first. I noticed because I was outside making sure both tires were the same quality. Never go to the waiting room at this places. I asked them to change everything to my original tires, and I went somewhere else.

Usually come here to get my brakes done. They used to charge $60, now they want $90 to put on brakes that I supplied! Unfortunately I won't be returning due to this big price increase.

Not a bad place to get your vehicle checked out. They do inspections, full service and oil changes here. The waiting room has snacks and drinks. Coffee is free. A very committed team from start to finish I must say. I went for tires and got a great deal.

Worst customer service ever I had a AC problem I took it to them they fixed it it broke within 6 days I took it back they fixed it it broke within four months and did not want to acknowledge the warranty for parts and labor I will never go back to these amateurs again... Please beware they do not even have the machine to do a full coolant flush and also they will not live up to the warranty please do not spend your money with this company go to clever across the street they are way more reliable... Repeat horrible customer service

Worse customer service ever.I arrived at 9:40 am and until 4pm I was still waiting.They don't care about customers concerns.I was sick and my doctor told me to avoid being in cold areas.There they turned the fans on even after I expressed my concern to them.This is very disappointing, and it is the last time I went there. If you speak Spanish, then they receive you with priority...Shame on them.

They do a good job when it comes to car inspections. So far never had an issue with that. But I will most likely not use their other services again because the last we brought our car to get ac repair they left a used can of a/c refiller inside the hood. An alert symbol lit up on the dashboard eventualy. When we checked the hood that is when we found the can. Thankfully we found it on time before it exploded. Its disappointing because years ago we had experienced great service when we bought tires. The people in the office and outside were always so attentaive back then. The managers were very nice and the owners were usually around. But during the last visit we hardly recognized anyone. I decided to update the review because I wouldn't want other car owners going through this.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Went there for tire service and left with more tire problems!!! They totally messed up my wheel locks by rushing and did not want to own up to the problem. They were very arrogant and unprofessional about the situation. After hours of going back and forth They agreed to fix it! Unbenouce to me they got my car back there and messed it up even more! This is very disappointing that you can not trust car places anymore! Every day I have to stop and get air in the 4 tires I purchased from them. I did not have this issue before. I originally went to get 1 tire changed. I thought they were reputable people so I ended up getting all my tires changed, only to leave with way more problems!!!! I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN! If you are looking for a good shop, avoid this one because you will end up with more problems than you came with. ESPECIALLY IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE! THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MORE PROBLEMS!

The worst service ever. PLEASE BE ADVISED, THESE PEOPLE DO. NOT CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY DO FOR ANY CUSTOMER! They sold me 4 used tires and as soon as i left the air was leaving tires. When i returned nothing was really resolved. Came back a third time because at this point im having to keep stopping to put air in two of the tires. When i arrived the associate spoke with such arrogance and tried to dismiss me and send me into the waiting area. To then tell me it was a nail, however it took more than 35 minutes for them to come and tell me. Clearly i feel this is a whole joke! People please do NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICES THEY ARE NOT IN BUSINESS FOR HELPING A SITUATION, they are in business for taking advantage of people and also their money! Worst tire facility i have ever dealt with.Go to SATTOS for your tire needs! I have always left pleased but unfortunately couldn't go this time because I was on the southside of town.

These guys helped me get two used tires on the hop, friendly staff and very helpful. The tires worked out great and run perfectly and I was able to get my inspection passed on the same day thanks to Depo's quick response. If you need new or used tires, or general auto care you should give these guys a try.

I neglected my car during the last year. I needed to have a laundry list of repairs and maintenance done to it the week before I went on vacation. Depo took care of my car at a very reasonable price. They called me when they found an issue and gave me options and pricing before going ahead with the repair. I thought there was an issue with the brakes. They told me the brakes were fine. HONESTY...it's hard to find these days. The final bill was under what I thought it would be. Depo is now my place for car repairs. My car runs so smooth and it had no issues while I was on vacation. Thanks!

Great service, great prices. I ve been going here for years on small auto repairs and inspections! Only complaint is long wait time for small services, plan on sitting in waiting room for a while, bring a book or ipad. But you won t be disappointed.

Great place to get your car checked out, they re very professional and they take great care and pride in there work. They don t try and over charge you and kill your pockets. They do everything to oil changes, tires, inspection..they ll take care of you. I d 100% recommend this place! Great spot in Charlotte to go. Definitely check them out!!

They sold me a tire that went flat the next day.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! I would ve given this place zero stars if I could. The customer service was also terrible, they wouldn t even fix the messed up tire they put on my car. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. For your safety PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!

I've had a few tire issues recently. Construction in my area leading to multiple flats. Ive always enjoyed how fast and thorough this spot is! Great customer service, prices, and they follow up on everything they say they will do.

Good service and huge selection of slightly used tires. They have all the weird sizes in stock as well. Like 19 and low profile and wide tires 305+ width. Give them a call they ll likely be able to help you with what you need!

Love going to this place! I trust them completely with my car and they always do a great job. Prices are great too! I ve had many services done here and they re very kind and respectful. Waits aren t absolutely ridiculous.

The people are phenomenal and nice. The work done on my SUV was great and the guy who waited one I can't remember his name but I call him El he was the best. Best place I ever went to to have SUV serviced. I will always bring it there. Thanks Depo the best. John Hopkins

They do a good job and the prices are reasonable. Just make sure you get your car there early because they are extremely busy. Everyone is friendly and answers questions about pricing and how long it will take to fix your car.

Last visit was getting new brakes, Ricardo was very nice, he gave me an estimate for everything, he told how long I'd have to wait and once the work was done, he explained to me that the brakes are new and I would hear a sound like thumping or clicking when I drive, but, that it will eventually stop. He gave me the shop business card with his name on it incase I had more questions. I've been going to this shop since 2016, the service is still excellent, the employees are so respectful and seem sincere during our interactions.

Worst experience ever !!!!!! Went Saturday sat for 30min they checked my car to do an alignment then said not enough time but my car is okay to work on they checked that much then today took time off from my job sat there from 8:08 to 9:33 seen 3ppl come in after me leave before me I asked at 9:28 how much longer they then tell me 9:32 they just chkd my car Nvr worked in it that whole time now says they can t do it because I need shocks all of a sudden these lien azz mfrs !!!!! Don t waste your time with these fast talking ppl especially if your a female !!!!

Good service. Spanish owned. Understanding workers who establish good relationships with customers. Fast service. A sister hub is across the street and they will direct you there if need be. They communicate via 2-way radio to keep the flow of traffic and communication to a minimum.

Outstanding Repair Shop!! The only place in Charlotte I have work any of my vehicles. I have four cars and they all get repairs done here. Friendly, great service, and all work done in a timely manner. Highly Recommend. Great Place!

My first time there the attendant was very nice and a handsome fellow I must add they got me in and out 15 mins the most offered me a waiting area and water all inspections will be done there and right near my home..Excellent service job well done

Great deals on the tires, paid 384 for 4 tires, installation, alignment, disposal fee and taxes. I got a quote from pep boys $650 for a cheaper brand. I waited 1 hr and 30 mins which is exactly how much I wa told the wait would be

The folks at Depo are friendly and fast and have a great inventory of tires. They treated me well after a rough morning on the road. They're also cheaper than the established places. I'm taking my car here from now on.

They had my car stolen 5 days before reporting it and refuse to offer me any solutions. We will be on our local channel 9 on 1/13/21.They told channel 9 they wanted to help me, but refuse to help. This is a civil suit and a general liability claim. The general liability is with the proper channels, I agreed not to file a civil suit if they'd be willing to settle.They were not willing. See you in court.

I like the fact the one of the mechanics came and explained the process to me and ask permission to do other things to my car if needed. It was fast service and the CS was great! The waiting area was nice and clean and so was the bathroom. I would definitely go back here for my car needs!

Best place in Charlotte for anything you need for you car.. New tires, used tires, rims, small mechanic jobs, big mechanic jobs, alignment this place just got it all!! Love the service, fast, secure and the most important.. GOOD PRICES!!!! Fully recommend
