Loyal customer for 20 years! Now they're fixing my daughter's car.Rosa has never steered us wrong. Best repair prices, bar none! Fair and reliable!They are always busy, so be prepared to be patient and communicate directly with the boss (text is best, but they do respond to messages). You won't be sorry. And you will not find a better deal anywhere in Charlotte.Keep your cushy lounges, I'll take fair, inexpensive and reliable car repairs any day!

Very unprofessional and a waste of time and gas. I made an appointment to have my car worked on the lady gave me an appointment time and quote. Showed up next day it is locked and the mechanics in back didn't even know what I'm talking about. Completely wasted my gas and time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone .
