terrible company!!! let me start by saying i had a one day experiencewith this company.and i do not know where to start.first and foremost i must say this is not about carolina auto supply, it is about pay set industries.how you treat your employees at the core,will either make your company or break it period.i will not go into detail on here but if you are a individual whos looking for independent contracting work or as a driver ,please do not use these people.they will not pay you on time,and really treat you like garbage.

Im not sure what happened to this operation. This used to be a 5 star outfit when they were on Tipton Dr. in Charlotte. Now the attitude is annoyed to have to sell you paint. I have had an account with them for going on 20 years. Many death hold/dumped calls and unreturned messages.

I have done business with Carolina auto supply house for 35 years. They send me broke parts. I'll try to send them back and they will not give me a credit goodbye Carolina auto supply.

Trash customer service and rude. We will never buy anything from them. Go somewhere else if you need anything.

Unbelievable, Sales associate more or less called my mechanic a liar( when trying to return a damaged part) WOW JOE! YOU WOULD NEVER WORK FOR ME!
