This is the worst car repair service I've ever experienced. In September, they assessed and estimated the repair cost. In October, they took my car for repairs, kept it for three weeks, and returned it with improperly installed parts, with half of them never replaced. Initially, they claimed the misalignment of the bumper was due to using a non-original part, citing insurance policy conditions. After contacting the insurance, they confirmed the bumper was OEM, just installed crookedly. It turned out they didn't replace the bumper but charged for it. In December, they invited me for another repair, claiming all parts had arrived. While the parts were replaced, the bumper still sits crooked. They argued it's impossible to align perfectly, stating no two bumpers are alike. They insisted that if I want a proper bumper, I need to buy a new car.y brand new car was purchased from a dealer in June 2023. If possible, avoid this place at all costs!

Highly recommend this collision center. Was treated well from the moment I walked in until my car was ready a day ahead of schedule. Excellent communication and care were given and a shout-out to the employee I worked with the most Roy Martin. Thank you for giving us great service. Car looks perfect.

From drop off to final delivery Zoey my service rep kept me well informed of vehicle stays!! She is a complete pro! Lady at front desk always made me feel welcome and also a true customer service person!

Avoid this shop at all cost. My issues started with a raccoon hitting my front bumper of my dodge challenger. The damage was my to severe and the car was serviceable. My main auto body shop was giving me estimated time of completion of one month. I contacted my insurance company and they recommended this shop because they claim the repairs would only take two weeks. Never making this mistake again. They lied about the repair time because it took longer than a month to complete moving up the due every time it would pass. On top of that they damaged my rear trunk claiming they didn t know what happened to it because they did repairs to the front end. It wasn t until later I founded out they didn t repair all the damage just reset my check engine light tho my battery which is located in the trunk. Meaning they had to go in it and straight up lie to my face. All this place does is lie lie lie and you re leave with more problems than when you started.Service: Body & Trim

I hate having to get anything done with my car. I always feel like mechanics talk down to me. I m so glad I chose Caliber collision because Roy Martin took his time to talk to me like I was on his level and not like I was beneath him. He did such a good job with my car. I just felt great about my whole experience and I will be going back to that location if I need anything else done with my car!! I give him and caliber collision 5 stars!

Let me just tell you, Roy Martin is hands down the best person you could ask for. I went in for a minor repair and he got me in and taken care of quickly. Very polite and knows his stuff!

Very unprofessional staff.Nobody knows their work.My car was in their shop for 2 weeks nobody called me once.I ve been calling them every 2-3 days and nobody knows what s going on and all they do is redirect my call.I also get answers like service advisor will call me and nobody did.Few times I got answers like I have to call my insurance and talk to them.Now they decide to consider it total loss.I have a new born baby and my wife has to take him to his pediatrician and every time using Uber and installing the car seat is not easy.Caliber Collision considers its so easy to just say your car is total loss and all they had to do is change 2 doors and windshield caused by the tree which fell on our car.

One star. The phone number listed on their business cards, this website and googling it is all the same number which I have called repeatedly on a daily basis and they have never answered. Not once. This is an insurance claim and this is one of the companies my insurance works with. I'm going to let my insurance company know how completely unprofessional this branch has been. Claim was made in July, 2023. After they sent repeated text messages to call that same number they never answered. This went on for two weeks. They finally reached out to my husband by phone so he made an appointment for me. Which I kept. I was told right away that they were booked out to October. That doesn't bother me. My car is drive-able, however I asked for two separate estimates to be emailed to me and received none. They sent one to my insurance company. I asked for two. I emailed the tech who checked out my car, (he told me to), and he never got back to me. They have done nothing I requested. I asked politely if they could do these things and was told yes. They did none. From the time of my appointment to the time of this post they have not emailed or tried in an fashion to reach out to me and have never answered the phone using the number they provided. This has been my experience with this company and so this is my review.

My experience with Calibre Collision in Pineville, NC was wonderful in every aspect. Highly recommend. I've already had several compliments by friend on how great my carv looks. I highly recommend them.

A simple repair that should have taken a week has been a nightmare. NO COMMUNICATION. Your purpose of restoring my life, your vision and mission are failing miserably at this location. It took 2 weeks for my small scratches on the bumper to be fixed and no communication or updates at all; have to call them few times to give me details. They didnt start working on it till after a week from the date i drop it off.I notice my mileage was a bit off remember just last time i drove it just hit 50k mileage and now its showing im almost 51k Mileage. I look at the paperwork and was shocked, I was right! They did put lots of miles in my car. It was showing i drop it off it has 50,291 mileage and now it has 50,796 Mileage(look at the pictures) they must have fun driving it around.I did my 360 walk around i see some mud dirt that i cant get it off located at the near tires bumpers.I drive a 2018 Toyota Camry Sports edition and i tuned it up.I will not come back to this location again, so dang sketchy!**** Update ***General manager called me and explained to me about the document that was given to me wasnt the actual Mileage where i dropped the car at the shop, it was the mileage was when they first inspected the car on October 28 2022. Communication heard*He was furious about the confusion, this review and about his team, telling me that they are hard working individuals and i shouldnt tell inaccurate information. He also tell me that the vehicle was only there for 7 days not two weeks( he doesnt count the weekends, idk how weeks works for him) from Nov 29- Dec 8 2022. Okay communication again heard*Im glad the confusion got out of the way.The car is fixed so i gave it a 3 stars, i would give it 2 and a half tbh because the communication was the weakest part, got the only update on the last date of the service which is Dec 8 thursday(via voicemail) have to talk to general manager for the last communication. Everyone is really friendly and attentive. Getting their jobs done and having you on your way. I know this sounds cheesy but they are "very high caliber". With there being so many options, don't look at them. I never felt so comfortable and welcomed at an auto repair place before.

My experience with Caliber Collision Ballantyne was exemplary front start to finish. Some may have good experience but for me the promised date was delayed 4 times with back and forth updates. When I got my truck back, the bumper was not aligned well, missing 2-3 plugs underneath the wheel well. The bumper piece was replaced with a aftermarket piece it looks like that, there are areas where the fitment isn t ideal. Just not what I expected after being delayed 4 times. I guess I expected that it would be better that it was delayed 4 times.

The work was of good quality, but exceedingly high price. It was paid by insurance, so I'm sure they bumped the price as much as they could. If I were paying, I'd never use this place. And for the price, the actual tech working the car was rude. The time they spent doing a minor repair was also exceedingly unreasonable.In summary: if you need work done and your insurance company is paying and they say to come here, you are stuck. By far the worst experience I've had with any auto repair shop. Pitiful communication. They gave me an estimated repair timeframe of two weeks -- a full month later they gave me an update indicating they had JUST started looking at the vehicle. Several more weeks passed, and any time I asked for an update they would give snide half-baked excuses as to why the repairs were delayed. I've been urging family and friends to never go to caliber for repairs, it's not worth the hassle.

Be concerned. Customer service was very good and bodywork also good. However, four days after picking up the car, the battery died. Coincidental, repair related issue or a drain on battery during repair. Had a minor accident Wednesday 6-27-18. My insurance company Geico, sent me to Abra pineville, my appointment was 6-28-18.I normally don't like using any shops of any kind. I do my own maintenance and repairs, but it this case I can't do body work. I'm terrified from past experiences of techs taking my car for a joy rides.I arrived at 8:30am for my estimate appointment.I first met with Shaun the Geico rep at the facility. He immediately helped ease me into the process. He helped convince me to do the repairs at this location. He made the process seamless and answered all my questions. I was put in rental at the off-site Enterprise.Within the same day I got updates and pictures on the repairs of my car. Texting made things so much easier. I was constatntly updated which was great.I got a call later that afternoon from Shaun that the car would be ready Friday they were just waiting on a tail light.6-29-18 Friday around 10am I receive a picture with the vehicle completed. I was impressed by the speeds of the repairs.Later that afternoon I went to pick up my car. I was very impressed by the paint and body work.After inspecting the paint further on Saturday I have failed to find any defects in the paint. Everything is perfect as if nothing ever happened.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get body and paint work. Staff and Abra employees were also friendly.Awesome job guys.
