The headlight (front passenger side) that was replaced by this auto repair shop doesn t work. The code was active when it was returned to me so to say they didn t see it would be a complete lie. The car didn t have this code when I dropped it off for (to be very frank) cosmetic repairs.Oh and guess what? My car died, days later to what I assume was a dead battery. I also did not get a low battery code upon picking up my vehicle and I was told everything was fine because they did an inspection . Very very suspicious and honestly laughable.So now I get to take (ahem TOW) it to a mechanic to have the battery replaced and the headlight/blinker bulbs replaced and who knows what else they might ve messed up. Sure my cosmetic stuff looks fine for now. But it s been a week so time will tell after I wash it for the first time.Anyways: Billy did great with customer service. The front desk lady was nice as well, even though they seem to be at odds.But reviewing my cosmetic repairs I wouldn t say this is a cost effective place to go to. $2261.11 thank goodness my insurance company was footing the bill.Service: Body & Trim

Highly professional and prompt. Received regular text updates regarding the status of my car repair. Car was repaired on schedule and was cleanly washed. I would highly recommend Caliber if you want your repairs done right!

The whole experience and staff at Caliber was excellent. My wife's car was brought here when she was unfortunately hit in the back. The entire staff was great and the process went smoothly with no issues even getting the rental vehicle was just smooth as well. 5 stars is a understatement to how my wife and I was treated. Even when my wife noticed a small issue with her car the team here at Caliber Collision took it and fixed a minor detail with grace. I highly recommend the company for the their professional attitude and staff

Amazing! Zac is amazing. Offered me out of pocket services insurance wouldn't cover and was a delight to work with. Super informative, professional and understanding to my personal situation. I couldn't have had a better experience from a better advisor. Absolutely amazing.

Auto body shops typically don t offer great service AND great work. This location provided BOTH. My service Advisor, Mike, was thorough, honest, and kept his word. When small hiccups occurred he communicated and worked diligently to solve and make sure I was taken care of. I went in with low expectations and left highly impressed!

The staff are very attentive, friendly, informative, and professional. They also do very good work. This will be my second time having work done by them. I recommend them. Stand by for my review after they finish with my car.6/17/2020 I just picked my car up. This first 4 pics are the before pics and the last 2 pics are when I picked up my car. I could not get into my trunk, now it closes better than before the damage. The did a very good job.

I don t know who did the actual work on the car but it was repaired to the extent I don t even know where it happened. Let me preface the rest by saying Jason was the advisor for this case and went above and beyond after Progressive dropped the ball in getting me setup, he called them and enterprise to make sure I would have a vehicle waiting even though they didn t have a clue I needed it. Made me aware and understand what needed to be done, how long it should take and also understanding a third party tech (calibration for safety sensors) would ultimately be the reason I could potentially receive the vehicle back on a Friday early-or the following week. Excellent work, excellent customer service, earlier than expected and courtesy messages throughout. Highly satisfied with this team. Thank you!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After someone vandalized my truck by jamming the key lock into the door, I took my vehicle to Caliber on Hankins Road. They had to obtain a new door and lock system to replace the damage door. After I got the vehicle back there was the loud sound of air coming in while driving. I took the vehicle back for them to take a look at it. Adam was assigned to look at.I want to thank Adam for all of his efforts in resolving the passenger side door not sealing properly. I appreciate his diligence in sticking with it and not giving up until he made all of the necessary adjustments he could think off to provide a nice tight seal and insure no more air noises. Adam was excellent to work with. He kept me informed regularly on the progress he was making and steps being taking to resolve the issue. Thanks to Adam again and to all the folks at Caliber and for making my experience a very positive one.

I am leaving this review for my daughter, Tierra Daniels. They did body work on the rear and now her right tail light assembly is not working at all. All the lights on that part are not working including the brakes, the tail lights and everything that s a part of the tail light assembly is not working since they worked on her car. They also took apart the tail light assembly and didn t replace all the screws that were there. And of course, all this is after they bugged her to death about leaving all perfect stars for the review that they texted her.

Stopped by Caliber for an estimate, and Zac was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Other shops I went to wanted hundreds if not thousands of dollars to correct the blemishes on my car. Zac took care of me on the spot, saving me tons of money. Wonderful business and people at Caliber University

Took my car here after it was stolen and wrecked. The entire team was very professional and helpful. Billy was amazing to work with and kept me updated with the progress of my car constantly. Answered any and all questions without hesitation. Billy went above & beyond and made sure my car was detailed to remove all of the glass and debris from the theft. Repaired my suspension, tires, fender, steering wheel column and many other things My car is now back on the road and I am very happy with the results. I got into an accident on a Saturday, went through Geico to make an appointment here. I thought I would have to wait at least a week to get my car inspected/estimated, but I was able to bring it in Monday at 8am. They were super friendly here and you're able to get the rental car pick-up right on location.They also text me every step of the way with repairs. I was really worried about the repair time because, as you can see, I had a big freaking hole in my frame, but they literally finished by that Friday!Super happy with Caliber and will definitely come here for all repairs in the futureServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Ms. Blake the receptionist and Billy the service advisor were amazing!!!!! As much as I was upset that I had to take my car to the collision center they made it worth it! Billy was extremely transparent and kept me updated on my vehicle. Quick turnaround. Thanks sooooooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went by to get a estimate and the Receptionist was very rude. She said They don't take all insurance companies and you must call to make a appointment to have your car looked at
