My daughter hit some debris on the roadway and damaged her 2019 Civic pretty bad. 2 Days later she had a planned hospitalization stay for 4 weeks. I told her I would try to handle the repair while she was out of pocket. I was referred to Caliber Collision on South Blvd in Charlotte NC by word of mouth. I called and set up the appointment as also advised by the insurance company for a time and date. I was skeptical of repairs/parts/ timelines/insurance being long and aggravating with supply chains taxed wondering how long this would take. �This was not the case at all.I was greeted in the parking lot at my appointment time by Mrs. Anderson. I though that was unusual. She was so nice and explained the paperwork in great detail and had everything ready �for me to meet Mr. Baile (the service advisor). That was the easiest conversation ever. As Mr Baile evaluated the car we discussed the situation with my daughter. �He asked if I could leave the car immediately that same day, even offered me a ride back to my office. He said he wanted to get stated on the repairs asap, in hopes it could be completed before she was out of the hospital.I was so impressed by the communication, and the continuous flow of updates from the Caliber team.Each message explained the current process timeline along with an estimated ETA for completion.They did it.They had the car completed, and delivered back to me before she was out of the hospital. I was shocked at the outcome. Especially the car's appearance and the overall experience with this Caliber Collision group.I will recommend them to anyone any time. Cory and the staff (front desk lady sadly didnt catch her name) here was very helpful. They are very informative throughout the whole process. They returned the vehicle very clean and 100% better than when i dropped it off. Absolutely trust them with all my repairs and needs for my vehicle.

The staff and whole crew at caliber collision were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole repair process of my vehicle. They were responsive to all of my concerns and addressed them with urgency. I appreciate all the help they gave me. The service manager, General manager, repair department and detailing department made my vehicle look great again. Hands down the best experiences I've ever had with any auto shop. I unfortunately had to repair my care twice within a month, first needed the rear bumper replaces after being rear ended and then needing the front bumper replaces after someone backed into me.Both times I had my car there all the staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They take great care fo your car and truly are wonderful people.I dropped my car there Monday of this week and explained I needed to drive to Raleigh on Thursday, that if there was any way to get it done before than I would appreciate it but I completely understood that that was a tough ask. Cory assured me they would do everything they could to try to meet that deadline. Well even with needing to order the bumper, the team got it done by Wednesday afternoon! A complete, flawless repair in just two days.I couldn't be more grateful for the care and commitment everyone at the shop puts in. Hopefully I won't need to come back again soon, but I'm happy to have such a trustworthy shop right down the road!

My car was broken into, window smashed in, side wall where it connected to my door was torn loose. This place did an amazing job whether that be fixing my car, repairing my tint, updating me on every step of their way even if it was just a small update. Highly recommend great customer service as well as customer satisfaction.

The communication is top tier. Cory was always informing me about the updates. I became concerned when I wasn t receiving any updates following to the completion but wanted to double check if the car was ready or not but even though the dates were pushed back a couple times. I appreciated Cory for wanting it to be satisfied about releasing the car when they felt it was done satisfying to them so that as a customer I felt the same way. Thank you so much for the updates and fixing what needed to be fixed and improved.

Tried to accuse me of insurance fraud! I have no reason to scam my insurance company with all the bings and dings my car has on it. I used them once before and they returned my SUV dirty. I should ve thought twice when I thought of giving them a second chance!

Caliber completed my service before the scheduled date. They kept me informed on the progress via text messages which was super convenient. The repair was seamless. There was a small glitch (windshield wipers were put on incorrectly) but the service recovery was exceptional. The GM actually came out to my place of business to repair them to keep me from having to go back to the shop which would have been difficult with my work schedule. 11 out of 10!

The good people at Caliber exceeded my expectations. The communication and transparency by Cory during the process was top tier. Cristi McGuirt went so far as to stay late on a Friday to ensure I received my car before the long weekend. That made the difference.

The customer service we received from Sam & Todd was 5 star. Always very responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. They were always very courteous and made sure all our questions were answered. The turn-around time was great. Would gladly use Caliber, South Blvd, again, or wherever Sam or Todd were working

Louis and Cory were extremely helpful. They made sure my entire car repair process was successful and more. They kept me updated during the entire process. They went above and beyond. Upon dropping the car off, Caliber makes it clear that they are not responsible if your vehicle is broken into while at their shop, as well as not being responsible for any items stolen during the break-in. However, they fail to inform you that their employees are the ones that could be stealing from your vehicle. I have had a $5 bill underneath of the floor mat since I purchased the vehicle. Upon picking up my car, I saw this was stolen from my vehicle by the employees of Caliber. While in the grand scheme of things $5 is not that big of a deal, and I do not need the $5, it is the principle of the whole situation. I have had my car at shops previously, as well as car washes, where the car is cleaned by staff, and no one has ever stolen from my vehicle.Also, my vehicle was cleaned by Caliber, but I would ve rather them have not cleaned it. Whatever product they used to clean the vehicle was sprayed inside on my windshield, dash, and radio screen, but it was never wiped off. It was as if it was sprayed on and forgotten about.I have worked with Caliber before, and I have never had this bad of an experience. I am highly disappointed in the services that were provided. Corey B, was friendly and pleasant to deal with, but overall I am dissatisfied with Caliber s services this visit.

UPDATE: 20 Feb 2022)I received a response from Caliber Collision asking me to email their inbox and provide them with my Case Number and email address. State Farm also received notification from Caliber Collision Branch Manager that Caliber was going to reimburse State Farm for my rental period and also reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses from Rental Agreement.TO DATE, State Farm or I, have NOT RECEIVED any form of repayment or ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of ERROR.**I postponed writing this review for 48 hours to ensure that my review was based upon facts and devoid of emotions. The basis behind this POOR REVIEW was based solely upon PROCRASTINATION and a clear LACK OF COMMUNICATION.Timeline:18 Nov 2021 -- Accident Occurred (Door Ding) See Photo22 Nov 2021 -- Reported to Insurance (State Farm)20 Dec 2021 -- Vehicle dropped off at Caliber Collision South End, accepted by Service Tech (Tiffany)Written estimate normally sent to insurance 2-3 days after acceptance27 Dec 2021 -- Caliber submitted initial estimate to State Farm30 Dec 2021 -- State Farm contacted Caliber (Tiffany) and was advised that the supplemental Report (Additional Damages) would be submitted Close of Business06 Jan 2022 -- Supplemental Report Never Submitted07 Jan 2022 -- State Farm attempted to contact Caliber (Tiffany), left message, no response received12 Jan 2022 -- Supplemental Report still never received01 Feb 2022 -- State Farm attempted contact with Caliber 3X. Finally spoke to Tiffany and was told that Caliber Collision would not be able to repair vehicle and must be towed to a "Non-Drivable" Repair Location.This non-drivable location would be submitting the supplemental estimate once received from Caliber02 Feb 2022 -- State Farm offered to Tow to Non-Drivable Location, Offer denied.03 Feb 2022 -- Spoke with Caliber (Tiffany) where she admitted that during the entire period Caliber had vehicle, ONLY ONE PART WAS REMOVED, PHOTOGRAPHED AND REPLACED. State Farm and Customer (me) asked to speak to someone concerning this problem and was told that "Nathan, Regional Manager" has been alerted and would call customer back. We asked for his number and was told that it was against company policy to give his number to customers. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM CALIBER. We (State Farm and Customer) to Office Manager (Alan) and were told that our request for rental car reimbursement of $1700 was beyond his authority and only "Nathan" would be able to approve.During this entire period, AT NO TIME, was I ever contacted to tell me that Caliber (South End) would not be able to repair and vehicle needed to be towed to "Non-Drivable" Location. I continued to rent car due to LACK OF COMMUNICATION when I could have picked up vehicle and driven to new repair location, THUS minimizing out of pocket expenses.I find it INCOMPREHENSIBLE how the Store Manager can accept responsibility for LACK OF COMMUNICATION, but NOT approve a reimbursement of Rental Costs from their admitted PROCRASTINATION.MY TAKE AWAY: Use Caliber Collision is you have multiple vehicles at your disposal, unlimited income to pay months of rental fees, and ONLY IF You have the PATIENCE of a SAINT.I look forward to receiving a call from "Nathan."

Car repairs were not completed. Door is not aligned properly. Missing an emblem. Zero communication from the body shop during repairs. Nobody ever called me to inform me of the repairs. I had to call them on date they said it would be ready and nobody called me back.

Adrian and Corey were outstanding to work with! I was panicked when another body shop told me it would be 6-7 weeks before my car could even be looked at. There was no way a rental car would cover me for that amount of time without going out of pocket. Thankfully Caliber was able to get started on my car right away AND meet my deadline. They did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle and even on a tight deadline made it happen. Cannot recommend this location enough. All of the staff is friendly and kind. Definitely what you want when your car is in the body shop and the timeline of it being fixed is completely out of your control. Highly recommend!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The car looks good. how ever the mechanics were unprofessional. I have an unlimited wash sticker on my wind shield and they took it off. After I asked for it back they denied it and said it probably fell off and I should go request another one. The problem is I knew it was ripped off because the residue was still fresh and sticky and it was stuck there for a whole year. They had it for 3 weeks and within those 3 weeks I tracked it and seen it was used. So they exploited a customer and then lied about it.
