As a self-proclaimed DIYer, I got in over my head and called Big Country s Auto Service for help. Chris was able to come out the next day and got me straightened out (and with no shame!). He was quick, professional, well prepared, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. After the work was done, he provided a suggestion for a follow-up when I got my car put back together. I asked if he was available to do it since I didn t want to make another mistake. He was able to schedule the next day, came out, and got my car running wonderfully. He was great to talk to and now has a spot in my contacts for the next time I get in over my head (or for me to call before I begin ).

Chris was great! Big country was able to come out within a few hours to change a battery that is located in the trunk of the vehicle. Because of this I was having a hard time finding someone to complete this.Fast, communicative, and careful service! Big country made sure the electrical was reset as needed due to the battery swap.Would recommend!

This is a very smooth and easy process, working with Big Country! Having someone come to your home, that knows their stuff was such a great experience. We have worked with them several time and will continue. Chris (I think that was the gentleman s name) was more than helpful, he even talked with me after the fact with some concerns I had and help me make a tough decision. Great service and very friendly! They always explain what is wrong, how they plan to fix it and why they suggest fixing it that way. They also give recommendations on what to check to help fix it yourself for small things. Chris was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend him & his company for all of your mechanic needs! He was clear & thoroughly explained all things wrong & was very professional. He located a full throttle body replacement kit within minutes of doing a full diagnostic. He completed the work within an hour, including going to get the part. Chris answered all of my many questions & waited while I did a test-drive around the block.If you want quality car work done in an expeditious & thorough manner from a knowledgeable mechanic, this is your guy! I have another car needing a full diagnostic & will definitely be calling on him again! I've always been hesitant with who to deal with in terms of car repairs & after today I now have a reliable company & person to go to. Found out these people through internet. The technician who showed up was knowledgeable and smart. He was able to figure out in 5 minutes that I needed the new battery for my RAV4-2017. However, there diagnostic in Nov. 2022 costed me $130 to know that I needed the new battery. I was confused since the anti theft in my 2017 RAV4 went on number of times and it was explained to me after spending $130, that it is normal for these computerized cars to do when battery do not have enough juice. I wish there was a way to charge less if you have addressed the issue within 5 minutes and left. That money part seemed very cold. Because of that for future I will prefer someone else.Also we agreed to meet at 3 pm and the tech showed up at 4:15pm.$50 discount was offered if I do spark plugs and diagnostic together. I did requested spark plugs which technician brought and negotiated to do that if diagnostic finds that those are the problem, which they were not! My point is $130 to know that battery need to be changed is a lot of money!Service: Battery

Needing car repair is always frustrating, no matter how big or small. My son's car was leaking antifreeze, I didn't want to believe it was the radiator. I called around to some of the usual well known repair shops, not only were they expensive, they were not readily available.Thank God I found Chris of Big Country Auto Services. Of the mobile auto services I called, he was available within 24 hours. Chris arrived on time and gave a quick diagnostic. It was the radiator. Chris gave an excellent price for the repair and fixed my son's car the next day, in time for him to make it to work. I am so glad I found Big Country Auto Services!!! Call Chris for your auto repair needs, you will not be disappointed.
