I brought my car in on Monday the week of Thanksgiving. Obviously a busy week so I didn't mind when they didn't call me until noon the next day and said they were just about to take it back and what were the issues. I told them it needed a "tune up" and was making a weird clicking noise on the right passenger side while driving. They called 4 hours later and, and I quote they "tore it apart top to bottom and didn't find anything except for it needs an oil change". Should have been a bit skeptical when I went to pick the car up the next day and the splash guard was still broken after changing the oil. Still heard the clicking and finally got the car checked out again After a month and was told it was completely undriveable. The brakes were shot and there was a tie rod broken. I know a lot of things can change in a car but brakes scraping on metal in less than a month, a tie rod broken that I had already described by the noise, does not happen in a month. Hopefully someone else pays more attention in future cars or everyone might die on the road
