First time, forever customer. Brought the company van here and love it. Really quick 3 bays just inspections. Nice people and very reasonable. Pretty clean waiting area and the fresh smell is nice compared to other stations.

Typical inspection site. I was in and out in less than 10 min. They told me what I needed to know. I didn't get a good look at the inside because I chose to wait outside and only went in quickly to pay. I would return for an inspection. I would have appreciated them wearing a mask and sanitizing before they got in my vehicle seeing that they are in and out so many vehicles throughout the day. But I just wiped it down and kept it moving.

Just got an inspection today, showed up and was done in about 10 minutes. Once went to a motorcycle dealership for an inspection and it took them an hour. Best inspection station in Charlotte. Crazy fast, employees are nice and efficient. Always get my motorcycle and cars inspected here and always will as long as they re around.

Shop is amazingly fast and professional. No appointment needed. Just like a factory. They got several cars in and out just like advertised, on a Saturday no less. Very thankful, other places were so slow I couldn't wait, didn't have appointments, or endless reasons why they couldn't do inspections.

These guys are awesome and very professional. I have been getting my cars inspected with them since 2016 and will keep on going here as long I live in CLT area. As soon as they see a car pulling up in parking lot, they are on it. In/Out takes 5-10 mins (depending line of cars in front of you). Even with bunch of cars they move like a professional pit crew and get things done. They work hard and it shows. They have a customer in me for long time to come.

I worked at this particular location and this review is for Gary, the owner. He's a really nice and friendly guy with only good in his heart. If you ever need an Auto Inspection, come here. They'll take care of you and you'll be on your way in less than 10 minutes, no waiting around twiddling your thumbs! The best Auto Inspection Center in the Charlotte area, no doubt.

Truly in and out. Got there 15 minutes before they closed and still managed to get in and out before they closed. Great service and super friendly staff.

I put new wipers blades on my car a month ago and took my car this past Saturday to Sunset rd to get inspected. I was the only customer there and I went in the lobby and waited. I couldn't see out in working area. Few minutes later tech came and got me and told me the wiper blades didn't fit my car and one was just laying in vent not even hooked to arm. I told him they were brand new and he said they didn't fit that car and the other tech was trying to install one but he couldn't .I sorta smelt a rat but I couldn't prove anything so I bought his wiper blades. I told him to put old ones in front seat and he sorta acted like he didn't want to. Today I took them back to O'Reilly where I bought them to compare them to new ones. Just as I thought the clip to fasten them to the arm was missing. O'Reilly told me those were new and clips missing. So if you take your car there don't go in that lobby stay outside and watch. Especially if you are the only customer. I will never go there again and I'm telling everybody I know my story. You got me but I hope one day you get caught.
