New to Charlotte and needed some work done on my Accord. So glad I found this place! Adam diagnosed my issues, quoted me a great rate and was able to get me in for repairs the next day! He even took the time to educate me on what's what and why!! Couldn't be more pleased! My car is running like a dream now! Don't think I will ever trust my car with anyone else!

Asian Works is honestly my favorite place to go for my Honda. Ever since they have been fixing my car, it runs really good and they are really fast plus they don't charge a lot especially here because they are honest and they are the best. An I will continue taking my car here Xoxo Camilla

Adam took great care of my vehicle. He explained what was wrong with my Civic so that even I understood what repairs were needed. If you own any Honda/Acura, this is the best shop in Charlotte for you. Adam and his team are simply superb! Not only do I enjoy the educational chats Adam takes the time to have with me when I take the car in, but I also appreciate the honesty, pricing and workmanship provided. Fast, professional, extremely knowledgeable service. Probably won t trust anyone else with working on my Honda going forward. Adam really knows and takes pride in his craft, which is such a rarity these days! Really wish I had taken friends advice to try this shop much sooner. Highly recommend!

If you are tired of getting the usual horrible customer service USE THIS REPAIR SHOP! They are the BEST in service and experience. My brother in law needed help getting his 2001 Honda running again in an emergency. They take the time to completely explain all the issues and do it for a very fair price. Don't trust anyone else with your Honda!!! Even if they are a little booked out it is well worth the wait! You don't want to pay for one repair the other company suggest and it not even fix the issue and now you have to pay for another. Asia Works is the only shop that maintains/repairs my vintage 2002 Honda S2000. They only service Honda and Acura vehicles. Great service by a very knowledgeable staff.

I stopped by this business to get my heater serviced and Adam was the best you could ever ask for he fixed the problem that I had with the quickness and was very informative about some other things on my vehicle. It's very hard to find honest car shops these days. Adam is a great guy. Super honest and just loves what he does. I wanted to buy a Honda from a private seller. Took it to Adam for inspection. Even though he was busy, he made time to test drive the car and gave me his feedback. When I asked him, how much I owe him for the inspection, he said never mind. Can you believe that in today's world ? Now that I have a Honda, it's not going to any other shop other than Asia works.

Adam is a fantastic mechanic, and human. Over the last several years, he's talked to me and taught me things for hours, knowing full well I was going to go home and fix it myself many of those times, but it never mattered to him that he wouldn't be benefiting from it that day. He's refurbished my starter, replaced my clutch, fixed a serious oil leak, and helped me with several other issues. Always great prices, service, and education. Even though they're always busy and booked several days or weeks out, when I've just shown up with an urgent problem, he has always managed to make the time to help as soon as he could. Where do I begin, I ve ran small businesses my whole life and the experience I had with Adam was as professional courteous as they come, people like this are the last of a dying breed , fair , honest , and good attitude all traits of a strong person. God bless him and his business and me he continue to flourish as years come. I took my 2015 Honda Accord to get the brake pads replaced because dealer said I was due. So I thought let me take to Asia Works because they charge less, instead of changing the pads they told that they were still good to use for another two oil changes. The dealer was trying to cheat me. They are very honest and professional. I would give them my business first than to the dealer. They are honest people and they saved me a lot of money that time. Would highly recommend Asia Works for all your Honda/Acura maintenance. Adam is always professional and gets work done quickly. This place is busy but it's for a good reason, great customer service and quality work for a fraction of the price compared to Honda dealers.

Very highly recommended and for all the right reasons. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of your vehicle. Adam does a great job with communicating and the diagnosis abilities of the staff are spot on. MUCH cheaper than the dealership and some "major name" repair shops. They stay busy and booked for a good reason.

Go here for what you want. An honest mechanic that will do everything right for you at reasonable prices and backs any repairs with a 12 month warranty. Adam is a stand-up guy with a family and knows the value of hard work, honesty and integrity. I've recommended this shop to others and they all feel the same way. Hendrick Honda will lie and steal from you. Select Imports does not stand by their work like they used to (likely due to personal problems). Asiaworks is where you go to be treated honestly and fairly. Keep up with your maintenance and your car and Adam will keep you going.

I used to bring my Honda Pilot here for many years. I have always had great experiences from oil changes to major repairs. Very trustworthy and always straight forward. I have a Ford currently but if I have another Honda again I will be coming back here.

I spent almost 1.5 hours with Adam while waiting for the parts to be delivered to fix my van. Had an wonderful chat with him and he is the best He fixed my van just like that where others scared me with the issue and charges were very reasonable..Now I know why everyone leaving 5 starts My Van will see only Asia works for rest of its life..Thank you Adam.!! The best mechanics in the Charlotte area to service your Honda or Acura vehicle. They all know how to service Hondas and Acuras expertly and efficiently all at a great price. Honesty is what these people here are all about, if your car needs to be serviced, they will tell you, if it doesn't they won't "find" a problem seemingly out of nowhere like other car auto shops I've visited. Take my advice and don't waste your time or money going anywhere else, this should be your first and only stop.

Took my 03 honda here a few months ago, with a overheating issue, turns out it was the head gasket and the cylinder head was slightly warped. They did a fenomenal job on my daily driver car!!! I was hesitant at first hoping it was a quick fix but I bit my tongue and paid for the repairs which was a good price for all the work they did. Car runs like nothing ever happened or l could say even better when I bought it! Glad I made that decision and would definitely suggest this place for all honda care, they know their stuff!!!

I love Adam and his team. Adam is so nice and helpful and will take the time to not only explain, in thorough detail, but will also walk you through step by step how they are going to fix it. My Honda was the biggest pos on the road and Adam kept that thing pushin until I was tired of dealing with it. I had a few thousand dollars of work done here over a 2 year time period. Everytime I took it in I got it back fast and running right. I never felt like they talked down to me or lied to me because I am a female. This place is the best place to take your honda, for sure.

I don't typically write reviews but I was so blown away by the customer service and sheer integrity of how this business is run that I wanted to show my support of the local business. As a young female, I have trust issues with mechanic shops taking advantage of my lack of experience and knowlegde (understandably!). So what I typically do is ask my car-savvy friends for advice on what could potentially be wrong with my car so that when I bring up issues at the mechanic shop, I can seem even remotely intelligible about what's going on. When I did this with Adam, little did I know I was telling him that what I suspected to be wrong with my air conditioning was the worst case scenario with highest associated cost. He told me to come in and let him run diagnostics as it may be a simple fix before jumping to the worst case scenario. Adam took about 15 minutes to figure out what was wrong with my air conditioning and came back to the lobby, walked me through his logic and reasoning, and it just so worked out to be a simple fix. He even spent the time to teach me a little bit about my car's air conditioning from electrical side. This no-BS, honest-to-goodness kind of approach to running a business has turned me a patron of his for the rest of my time here in Charlotte. Thank you, Adam! Look forward to our next lesson!

Make sure you deal with Adam.... He is one of the best mechanics for Hondas around. He fixed my '95 Accord that other mechanics would say cost me well over $1000 to fix. It was just the EGR valve that needed cleaning.

I went to see them with a noise I had under the hood on my 2000 Prelude. I am no mechanic and couldn't figure out what was up. Adam, took 2 seconds to tell me what was up. AMAZING. He put a band-aid fix for me at NO CHARGE, until I get the money to repair the issue.I have yet to do any major service on my Honda, but KNOW for a fact that I will be using these guys. Recommended A+

Hello I have a 2003 Acura CL Type S with the 5 speed auto and I wanted a quote for transmission rebuild. I have started to experience some of the dreaded slipping and checked the fluid to see it dirty but not burned or black. I will have to clean out all shift solenoids of debree if any and drain and refill with new dw1 atf fluid (could I maybe get a quote for that too?) I just want my car running normal again. I just bought it not more than a month ago from this elderly woman and its ran like a dream until today at work during my lunch break.

I have been taking my Acura to Asiaworks for a while now. I know that there are other good Honda shops in the region, but, based upon my experience, Asiaworks is head and shoulders above them all. Don't let the tiny little shop fool you. I have yet to find techs that I trust this much. If these guys aren't your first stop, they should absolutely be your "second opinion" shop. I trust these guys more than most doctors I've had.
