Exceptional Service and Outstanding Results at 5 Star Auto CollisionFrom the moment I stepped into 5 Star Auto Collision, I knew my car was in the best hands. Their team not only exudes professionalism but also a genuine care for their customers. They repaired my car s bumper, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular.The customer service was top-notch, with staff members who were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly courteous and patient in explaining the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence was evident throughout my interaction with them.The before and after pictures of my car s bumper speak volumes of their impeccable workmanship. It s as if the accident never happened! The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of work was beyond my expectations. (Pictures are of another car they completed since I didn t take before and afters.)I highly recommend 5 Star Auto Collision for anyone needing auto body repairs. Their name truly reflects the quality of service and results they deliver - a five-star experience through and through!

This body shop is amazing . From the time I called. Eric and his team took take care of me. They went above and beyond to give me a great service . It took them just a week to fix my car rear end. I ll definitely recommend to anyone who lives in Charlotte and its surrounding . If there s any delays, it might be the car parts so be patient, you ll be happy at the end

Wow.. where do I even start. This collision center not only saved my car from being totaled out in a reasonable time frame. You can see the damage that was done to my vehicle and the excellent job this collision center did before and after. I had called around to several collision places in Charlotte and got mixed responses that my car (2006 Corolla) was too old to source parts etc. as soon as I called this collision center they came and towed my car to their garage within the hour (no lie). They worked with the lady s insurance to get my car repair instead of totaling out (after asking me which I d rather go with!!). They called me with multiple updates on my car throughout the time it was there. The impact also caused some damage to some of my motor mounts and since I was basically maxed out on my insurance claim they worked with me on an EXCELLENT price to get these taken care of too. I would give this place 6 stars if I could and would recommend ANYONE to have them repair your vehicle. Not only is the customer service here fantastic, but their work is QUALITY- you can see for yourself in the pictures!! Shoutout to Five Star Collision! You guys are really outdoing yourselves!!!!

This is by far the absolute best experience I've ever had with a body shop! My vehicle was previously at Starnes, where it sat for two and half weeks, and they hadn't even ordered the parts. 5 Star picked my vehicle up, ordered parts THE SAME DAY, and had my repairs completed in two weeks!! Exceeded ALL of my expectations and even gave me a discount when I came to pick my vehicle up!! The employees have superb customer service skills, and the owner is super sweet! I highly recommend this shop for any and all of your vehicle body repairs!!

Great service! I had some front end damage on VW Passat and the guys did great work. Very professional and consistent. This is my second time working with them and can t to in the future. Thanks Eric and the team!!

If I could give 10 stars I would Back in early December got in a bad car accident almost every shop in Charlotte was full this. This shop who were the only ones who had availability took only two weeks to fix my car very professional amazing customer service, and when I picked up my car was very happy and satisfied with the results Eric your awesome thank you for everything .Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Brakes

Highly recommend this shop. Eric and his team were great to work with and helped advocate for me when the insurance company was taking their time with my claim. They were able to get my car in the shop and fixed quickly. They work closely with the rental company down the street and were helpful in coordinating the rental drop off. They even detailed my car for no extra cost.Service: Body & Trim

Fast and great service from 5 Star! My car was finished in just over a week, my whole passenger side door had to be replaced. The team worked with me on getting a good price, and getting the parts shipped and ready before having me drop off my car. My car looks great, like the way it was before!

Best Auto repair work I have ever gotten. Came in with an undercarriage hanging and front bumper damage. Fixed the car a week earlier than expected and the price was cheaper than the original quote. Would highly recommend taking any repairs to them. Awesome customer service, understanding & nice. I'm not big on leaving reviews but this team was awesome!Service: Body & Trim

5 star is all around a 5 star company! They are very attentive and they re communication is top tier. My insurance company drug me thru the mud and they were so patient & went above and beyond to ensure my truck was back to her best self prior to the accident. They were never upset when I requested multiple trips back because I was noticing things that weren t right with it. They fixed everything for me with a smile! I highly HIGHLY recommend them if you are need of repairs!!! Thank you Long & all employees for all the wonderful work you ve done!

My Hyundai was vandalized and I took my car here for repairs and now it is terrible. I annot go over 63 mph on the highway without my car shaking like it's going to fall apart. The owner says it's a dealership issue. However er my car was not running like this prior to their repairs. This is my experience. I'll keep u updated as I pursue to have this corrected

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Long is one of a kind. He cares about the work he does and makes sure you are taken care of. I've had to take my car here twice and both times I was over the moon with the outcome. These people know what they are doing!!! Between their customer service (Bri at the front desk is an GEM!) and fair prices, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have already recommended them to friends in need of collision repairs. 5 Star Auto Collision has my highest regards and admiration. The total body work they did on my Jeep was unbelievable! I m just in awe. Eric, Long and their team are the nicest, most considerate people you could ever meet. They are ultimate professionals. Eric works with you directly and helps get you at ease with the process from the outset to the day your vehicle is ready to go. 5 Star Auto Collision has my absolute highest recommendation. Love it!! This place really came thru for us . ERIC WAS TOTALLY AWESOME! In a time a daughter was in a accident and the stress involved they were a bright spot in the process of getting our car fixed .. the best thing was I wasn't taken advantage of. but got a car in better shape than before the accident .. everyone was excited how nice it looked and drove like a dream .. thank you ERIC and 5 star ..

Five star will be my new auto body shop! My Lexus RX 450h got rear ended three weeks ago and they took my car in within an hour of me calling, explained the process to me and dealt with the insurance. I didn t have to do anything. I thought my car would take longer but they were finished within 2 weeks! And they Did a great job! Everyone was kind and Eric kept me informed and always answered any questions i had. I hope i never get into an accident again but if I do i will be back! :)

Unfortunately I am repeat customer but I wouldn't choose anyone else to do body work on my car! They do such a fantastic job! When I say my cars look brand new I mean it. The customer service is 5 star just like their attention to detail. The skill set these crafters have is unreal! I've been to other places and they could not do the work that 5 star does!

This shop is nothing short of amazing! I would hands down recommend them to anyone, anytime. I love the attention to detail and the steps they take to protect and care for your vehicle. My Mother in law got into an accident 3 weeks ago she was nervous about the whole process when her adjuster recommended her to 5 star she trusted him and 5 star made contact with her when the parts came and keeping her updated on the whole process once they called to let her know that the car was ready, we went up to there and it looked like a brand new car . We were meet by Mr Eric to give us everything that was done to the car he was very pleasant and professional I highly recommend this auto collision company for their service 1000/10!!!!!!
