The cooling system didn t work properly (not because of the coolant) when we were driving back to Virginia so we stopped at the shop and three mechanics helped us fix the issue even though they were closing in half an hour. Their help made it possible for us to drive back home and they even waived the diagnostic fee. Great men. My gratefulness is beyond words.

I showed Steve my car, the driver side front brake was making a squealing sound and the right front side also making some sound upon wheel rotation and bumps. Steve checked and told me that the driver side pad and probably the caliper also needs to be changed. And for the right side he will check it on the car lift.Next day I took my car there. I was standing around so I may what exactly is wrong especially with the passenger side. One of the worker saw the mudguard area padding has lost a pin so he put one. Then open the driver side brake and asked me what s the issue, I told him that Steve told me that pad need to be changed and caliper too. Suddenly the other worker asked me out twice.After a while I went inside asked Steve what s wrong with the right side front wheel. He told me both the control arms bushing are bad and both control arm would need to be changed. Costing $500, I refused to, don t want to spend lot of money on old car soon I am going to get rid off.The right side noise was completely gone, clearly Steve was trying to make that $500 also told will charge $150 for alignment.I came out, waited, paid the bill and when the worker brought the car outside the rear driver wheel was making the exact same noise that the front driver side wheel was making.I took my car there to get rid of the noise from driver front wheel brake now got it in the rear.Clearly dishonesty.I am never ever going to go there or recommend someone, infact will stop people in my circle from going there

This shop always comes through for me. I have a certain trust built with Victor that works there, he remembers me and knows my ride and is very informative about repairs.Only bummer is their diagnostic fee. 9/10 times I got a good idea what is wrong with my car. I ll go to a shop, confirm suspicion then purchase my parts and return to give them my service. This shop charges a hefty diagnostic fee. They would have way more of my business if they could run with me as I feel comfortable being a female with a pretty sound mechanical knowledge, lacking a garage and tools.I currently drive 20 miles out of my way for a mechanic that listens and works with me for the same goal, aside from the hundo in diagnostic fees.Aside from that! GREAT SHOP!

I had such a great experience at four seasons auto shop. They were very nice and clean and figured out the issue with my car. It was giving me trouble and wouldn t start. They also gave me a great deal. I will continue to do business with them.

Four seasons auto shop was such a great experience. They checked my tires and ran a diagnostic for my Nissan and figured out what was wrong with my car. They did this all for little to no cost. Would recommend and will continue doing business with them.

My car broke down late in the afternoon. I m from Atlanta but luckily a friend knew Adalberto at 4 seasons. They came and got my car which was completely dead. Took it to their shop. Called me at 5:30pm told me what was wrong. By 6:45pm it was fixed. It was a Saturday evening so did not expect to get anything fixed. It was a miracle!! Everyone was so nice and they are very knowledgeable. I m moving to Charlotte soon and will now use them exclusively for any repair and maintenance work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I'm new in town and don't know anyone here yet. I've been here in Charlotte for a few weeks and a few days ago, my van (Dodge Grand Caravan) smelled like gas. When I looked under, I could see that I actually had a gas leak! Somehow, I got the van back home and starting looking for a reputable mechanic.On line, I found a few places with over 100 good-great reviews and 4 Seasons was one of these that was close by. I had AAA tow the van to Alberto and Van over at 4 Seasons Auto Care and hoped that they would find and fix the problem and that they would be fair.To my great relief, these guys called me back in a few hours and said that I could come pick up the van. They had found the leak and fixed it! And they only charged me for labor!I got over to the shop and found it to be clean and professional. Everyone I met was really nice and I have no hesitation in recommending 4 Seasons Auto Care for your auto repair. While I'm in Charlotte, I will sleep well at night knowing that my vehicle is safe and that if I need a trustworthy skilled mechanic, I've found my shop.Thank you guys!

Alberto was absolutely helpful/resourceful. I m alittle late on the review but seriously go here for all your car needs! They were very professional and efficient they took care of my brakes also did the NC inspection in a timely manner. I live in the Gastonia area and I ll definitely always drive to them for my car needs. Thanks again guys for great work! You guys rock! Services: Brakes, Oil change

Great experience working with them. I was looking to change HID bulbs of my vehicle and was being quoted over $500 by many others just for labor. 4 seasons took care of it for a fraction of the cost. Service was quick and I didn't require appointment also. They accomodated even though it was towards their closing hour. The owner especially and the crew are awesome and knowledgeable. I would certainly thinking about going here again for all my auto care needs in future.

Went to 4 seasons to get my battery replaced. They did that for a reasonable price. The owner, who worked on my car, also saw that my tires needed air and did that without me even having to ask. Also, someone had backed into by car and my lower front panel was separated from the upper front panel by about an inch showing an ugly gap. I asked him if he could fix it...told him it didn't need to be perfect. He found a way to bring the panels together so that it was barely noticeable...took hime about 10 minutes. I asked him how much he wanted for that and he said, "just let others know we are a good place to get your car fixed". Great guy...honest and competent. I have used this shop for the past 3 years for my 15 passenger van. Everytime I have visited I have been treated with respect and the owner goes over and beyond to help me. The service is quick and the prices are very reasonable. I can not thank them enough for the exceptional customer service they provide. If you are looking for an honest mechanic look no further.

These guys are awesome. Ladies, if you want someone who will treat you fairly, not talk you into unnecessary work and give you a good price, this is the place to come. The guys bailed me out at five minutes to six, right before closing, when I had a flat tire and changed me to my mini spare for free. They gave me the best price they could on my replacement tire and treated me with courtesy and respect. I will keep coming here because I trust these guys to talk to me straight and not pad the bill with a whole lot of extras because they think I don t know any better. Love ya, 4 Seasons!

Alberto the owner, was just incredible. He worked for several days fixing a difficult alignment issue. He even drove my car late Saturday afternoon 5 miles down the road to Discount Tires where I needed to get 2 new tires put on before he could finish the alignment. He is very knowledgeable, honest and hard-working! Thanks again Alberto!! I will recommend everyone who needs an alignment to your facility!!Chris

Amazing service. The owner and mechanics were so accommodating and took care of me from the time I walked in until the time I left. They were professional, polite and genuine. They did great work on my car and in a timely manner. They told me their professional recommendations for work that needed to be serviced but we're not pushy. I will 100% be back and recommending them.

Service was horrible! Was told it would take 35 minutes for an oil change. I left, ate, and came back 45 minutes later and car hadn t been touched. When I asked about it, no explanation given. I took my key and left to get my oil changed at a place with better customer service. Disappointed

First I must say this is the best most honest mechanic ive ever known. Aldaberto is aKnowledge mechanic who takes great pride in his work and the hard work and efforts of his staff. He will go the extra mile to help. Haven't come across a more honest, quality auto shop in Charlotte. I had a dealership tell me that I needed a battery replacement and they wanted to charge me $300. Took it to Don Beto and although my battery was no longer under warranty and he could have easily told me that I needed a new one (for much cheaper than $300 btw), he had the battery checked and told me it was perfectly good. I've been here previously and have always been really satisfied with the service but this experience in particular made me a customer for life. I really appreciate their integrity and honesty!

This is the only auto shop I go to in Charlotte. I've been to a few others over the last few years (e.g., AAA, etc.). None are as attentive as at 4 Seasons. The staff are friendly and courteous; they've taken the time to explain repairs to me in terms I understand; and they've been incredibly accommodating and flexible with fitting me in for inspections. It's hard to find a shop that you trust and that you think is giving you an honest deal. I honestly won't go anywhere else with my car, because you get all of that here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The motor on my window stopped working and of course it was down, while raining. Terrible timing. I was driving down SB and just happened to pull in, on a Saturday mind you. Alberto immediately walked to my truck and asked if he could help me with something. I explained what was going on. No questions asked. Got me immediately serviced on the weekend, with a price that was beyond fair. It s so hard to find a good mechanic, good price and someone who actually cares to help. Poorly managed operation. Made an appointment for 8am a day prior and arrived there early to make sure my vehicle was there so work could begin without delay. Mechanic on site was nice enough to let me know they could not begin work until office person arrived. Office personnel did not arrive until 8:20 and did not initially have record of work order (handwritten sticky note on a board) as the person in office was actually a family member of the office manager who happened to be on vacation. Her attitude was not appreciated. After getting a good sense for the type of operation this was, I opted to take my business elsewhere. Cannot speak for the quality of work mechanics do, but my interaction with office was enough to steer me clear.

This place is 5* service at its best. I normally have my vehicles services at a car dealership but not any longer. These guys are knowledgeable, very friendly, and affordable. They performed work on my clutch that went bad in my vehicle, replaced a battery, and provided other routine service (oil change, wheel alignment). Needless to say, when I picked up my car they had also cleaned it out and had it working at a low cost. Going forward, they are my new mechanics.

Place felt crooked!! They quoted me 140 to change a knock sensor, a fairly simple job so I set an appointment to get my car done. When they told me my car was ready they couldn t give me a price over the phone. When I get to the shop the price is now 200. Guy says it s because it took about 3 hours todo. Then the guy charges me 1.50 fee for using my debit card without telling me. I feel like he told me he took longer to justify the 200 price to make it seem like it was a deal for an already inflated price. Ive never met a tradesmen that gives free labor on the first visit, even if it took 2.5 hours alot of places round up. Also they couldn't find my keys when I got there, had to come behind desk and help them locate them. Good work, bad vibes.Service: Engine repair

I have an older Jeep Wrangler, always have trouble finding parts and getting people to work on it. This shop was extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and skilled. They are a great shop!

I went in to get a oil change I purchased my own oil next door at the auto store. The man at the front desk said the price would be $76, I said even if I have my own oil he said yes. Then he said"you expect free service or $20 for a oil change we are running a business here". I said no I don't expect anything free but I do know if I provide the oil the price should change. thank you I will go somewhere else. Then he starts shuffling though some paperwork and says oh you have your own oil let me check I have it all wrong it will be $25. From the time I pulled up to this place I could sense the tension from the staff it made me feel unwanted and uncomfortable.

I have been going to Alberto for many years even before he opened Four Seasons - he is the BEST! He is honest and fair - especially for a woman who know nothing about cars! He always takes great care of me and my vehicles!
